A protective mask for protecting medical personnel comprises a cover shell, wherein a breather valve device is arranged on the front surface of the cover shell, and the protective mask is characterized by further comprising a liner main body, a breather hole is formed in the liner main body, a breather pipe in the liner main body is connected with the breather valve device, a connecting side edge is arranged on the side edge of the liner main body along the circumferential direction, a plurality of connecting pieces are arranged on the connecting side edge along the circumferential direction, an installation side edge is arranged in the protective mask along the circumferential direction, an installation piece is arranged on the installation side edge, the connecting piece is movably connected with the installation piece, and an elastic piece is arranged between the connecting piece and the installation piece;

A face shield according to claim 1, wherein the movable portion comprises a resilient biasing member having a sliding rod disposed thereon, the housing having a cylindrical passage, the sliding rod being slidably coupled within the cylindrical passage, the sliding rod having a spring member disposed thereon.

A face shield according to claim 7, wherein the driving portion comprises a driving rod rotatably connected in the cylindrical passage, a rotary driving member is provided at an end of the driving rod located outside the housing, and the telescopic portion comprises a plurality of elastic balls provided between an end of the driving rod located in the cylindrical passage and the sliding rod.
