技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架及其输送系统。
背景技术
鼻泪管阻塞是眼科常见疾病,常由炎症或外伤引起,患者常伴有流泪、溢脓、疼痛等不适症状,给患者生活和工作带来很大的不便和痛苦。鼻泪管阻塞可导致泪液和细菌滞留泪道内,引起化脓性感染、角膜溃疡、眼内炎等严重并发症。除此之外,新生儿泪囊炎是一种非常常见的婴幼儿先天性眼病,也是小儿眼科常见病,多发病。常规的鼻泪管阻塞手术治疗方式有:泪道探通术、人工泪管植入术、泪道激光手术、球囊扩张术。泪道探通术与球囊扩张术,短期疗效确切但易复发。泪道激光手术能够在泪道管腔内切除和气化阻塞泪道的异常组织,恢复泪道本身的管状结构,在治疗泪道阻塞方面取得较好的疗效,但由于激光光凝后形成新的创面,粘膜下成纤维细胞增殖,瘢痕组织形成,使管腔重新闭塞,单纯激光术后复发率高。人工泪管植入术使用的支架对鼻泪管的扩张程度有限,均需要二次手术取出,早期因血凝块和分泌物引起阻塞,后期泪囊内因不可吸收鼻泪管支架的刺激,引起纤维结缔组织形成物肉芽组织增生,而阻塞鼻泪管支架开口,导致难以取出。鼻腔泪囊吻合术可有效治愈阻塞的鼻泪道,但有较高的手术难度且对患者创伤较大,不利于术后恢复,很容易造成眼部与鼻部的损伤,破坏原有泪道结构,面部遗留疤痕等缺点,较多患者不易接受,为此我们提出了一种可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架及其输送系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架及其输送系统。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架,包括网状本体,所述网状本体包括支撑环和连接杆,所述支撑环为四周延伸的封闭的正弦波状支撑环,每个所述支撑环由重复的V字形单元首尾相连形成,所述支撑环之间连接有多个连接杆。
优选的,所述支撑环的宽度和连接杆的宽度均在0.05mm至0.3mm之间。
一种应用可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架的输送系统,包括球囊导管,其特征在于,所述球囊导管包括囊体,所述网状本体压在囊体的表面,所述囊体的一端设有外管,所述外管的一端设有注压手柄。
优选的,所述囊体为球囊,所述外管的一端与球囊连接,所述网状本体压在球囊的表面,所述球囊内固定有内芯。
优选的,所述外管的表面设有标记带。
优选的,所述球囊导管的一侧设有穿刺针,所述穿刺针包括针杆,所述针杆的一端设有接头,所述球囊位于针杆内。
优选的,所述囊体包括多个外球囊和一个内球囊,多个所述外球囊套设在内球囊的表面,并且外球囊与内球囊固定连接,每个所述外球囊与内球囊连通,所述外管的一端与内球囊连接,所述网状本体压在外球囊的表面,所述内球囊内固定有内芯。
本发明提出的一种可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架及其输送系统,有益效果在于:本发明中,生物可吸收的金属材料支架在管腔重建完成后,该支架逐渐降解,镁生成氢氧化镁和氢气,氢氧化镁被人体吸收,氢气通过鼻腔排出。其他元素形成离子被人体吸收。该完全可吸收的支架避免了像现有不可吸收的塑料鼻泪管支架如硅胶,那样的术后取出,避免了二次手术,减免了病患痛苦,同时操作方便,方便人们进行使用。

参照图1-4,一种可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架,包括网状本体1,网状本体1包括支撑环11和连接杆12,支撑环11为四周延伸的封闭的正弦波状支撑环,每个支撑环11由重复的V字形单元首尾相连形成,支撑环11之间连接有多个连接杆12,支撑环11和连接杆12由纯镁、镁锌合金、镁铝合金材料制成,并且纯镁的含量大于等于40%,支撑环11的宽度和连接杆12的宽度均在0.05mm至0.3mm之间,通过支撑环11和连接杆12的配合从而形成具有孔隙的网状本体1,支撑环11主要对堵塞的鼻泪管起支撑作用,支撑环11之间通过连接杆12形成一个整体,以防止扩张时支架不规则形变。
一种可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架的输送系统,包括球囊导管2,其特征在于,球囊导管2包括囊体,网状本体1压在囊体的表面,囊体的一端设有外管23,外管23的一端设有注压手柄25,囊体为球囊21,外管23的一端与球囊21连接,网状本体1压在球囊21的表面,球囊21内固定有内芯22,内芯22采用304不锈钢、316L不锈钢或聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯等材料加工而成,外管23的表面设有标记带24,球囊导管2的一侧设有穿刺针3,穿刺针3包括针杆31,针杆31的一端设有接头32,球囊21位于针杆31内,外管23表面设置的标记带24,用于配套穿刺针3指示球囊21进入的位置,标记带24采用激光打标或聚四氟乙烯等塑料热缩到外管23表面,同时标记带24的宽度不小于球囊21的长度。
参照图5,作为本发明的又一优选实施例,与上一实施例的唯一区别在于,囊体包括多个外球囊26和一个内球囊27,多个外球囊26套设在内球囊27的表面,并且外球囊26与内球囊27固定连接,每个外球囊26与内球囊27连通,外管23的一端与内球囊27连接,网状本体1压在外球囊26的表面,内球囊27内固定有内芯22,注压手柄25连接充盈装置,充盈装置通过注压手柄25经过外管23从而向内球囊27内充气,由于每个外球囊26与内球囊27连通,从而使得外球囊26将网状本体1撑开,由于设置了多个外球囊26,从而使得网状本体1受力均匀,更好的方便人们进行使用。
工作原理,首先将穿刺针3沿泪小点进入泪小管,插入鼻泪管,直到穿刺进入鼻腔,然后将已预压上鼻泪管支架1的球囊导管2,从穿刺针3 的接头32处进入到针杆31内,直至标记带24下沿开始进入接头32上沿,下一步将穿刺针3回撤提拉直至接头32上沿与球囊导管2上的标记带24上沿平齐,操作完成后,将充盈设备注入显影液,排空空气,使得充盈设备连接球囊导管2上的注压手柄25,充盈球囊21至规定的压力,扩张鼻泪管,同时扩张网状本体1,将网状本体1固定于鼻泪管中,等到固定完毕后,抽取球囊导管2,并抽取穿刺针3。

3.一种应用权利要求1或2所述的可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架的输送系统,包括球囊导管(2),其特征在于,所述球囊导管(2)包括囊体,所述网状本体(1)压在囊体的表面,所述囊体的一端设有外管(23),所述外管(23)的一端设有注压手柄(25)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架的输送系统,其特征在于,所述囊体为球囊(21),所述外管(23)的一端与球囊(21)连接,所述网状本体(1)压在球囊(21)的表面,所述球囊(21)内固定有内芯(22)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架的输送系统,其特征在于,所述外管(23)的表面设有标记带(24)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架的输送系统,其特征在于,所述球囊导管(2)的一侧设有穿刺针(3),所述穿刺针(3)包括针杆(31),所述针杆(31)的一端设有接头(32),所述球囊(21)位于针杆(31)内。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种可完全吸收的鼻泪管支架的输送系统,其特征在于,所述囊体包括多个外球囊(26)和一个内球囊(27),多个所述外球囊(26)套设在内球囊(27)的表面,并且外球囊(26)与内球囊(27)固定连接,每个所述外球囊(26)与内球囊(27)连通,所述外管(23)的一端与内球囊(27)连接,所述网状本体(1)压在外球囊(26)的表面,所述内球囊(27)内固定有内芯(22)。
