本发明涉及电连接和/或粘接装置领域;本发明更具体地涉及用于接地连接的“线夹”型或保护脚型的电连接装置。
背景技术
已知通过将每根导线分别固定在由导电材料制成的相同连接部分上来电连接两根导线,每根导线被夹紧抵靠在所述连接部分,其通过位于在所述连接部分上的每个端部的线夹部分或夹笼夹紧。还已知通过将导电线的一端固定在导电材料制成的第一连接部分或导线夹上来连接导线,该导线夹与也由大量导电材料制成第二接地连接部分或保护脚保持接触。
由于该材料的优异导电性,导电连接部分通常由铜制成。但是这种材料很重且很贵。
因此,本发明旨在提出对这些问题的全部或部分的简单解决方案。
发明内容
为此,本发明涉及一种电连接装置,包括连接部分和至少一个固定设备,该固定设备被配置为将至少一根导线的一端固定在连接部分上,该连接部分由非磁性整体制成。一保护材料层沉积在至少一个连接部分的表面的至少一个部分上。
根据本发明的一个方面,保护材料层保护非磁性材料免受氧化。
因此,连接装置可以直接使用,而无需事先清洁其表面的步骤以除去氧化部分。
根据本发明的一个方面,非磁性材料是铝合金。
铝合金比铜更轻,更便宜。
根据本发明的一个方面,保护材料是锡,或锌,或银,或金。
根据本发明的一个方面,在铝合金和保护材料层之间,在连接部分的表面的至少一个部分上沉积一粘接材料层。
根据本发明的一个方面,粘接材料层加强了保护材料层固定到导电部分的表面。
根据本发明的一个方面,粘接材料是铜。
根据本发明的一个方面,沉积铜层的厚度在1μm和6μm之间。

具体实施方式
将描述第一电连接装置1,其也将被称为线夹,和其实施例在图2中示出。
根据这里描述的实施例,线夹包括呈中空平行六面体或圆柱形状的连接部分12,界定开放或非开放,以及通孔或非通孔,适于接收不同形状和/或尺寸的导线末端,特别是不同直径或长度的尺寸。该部分的每个端部设置有固定装置,该固定装置构造成将导线的端部固定成与连接部分接触。根据一个实施例,固定装置包括镫形物2,3,镫形物被添加到连接部分12的一个端部上并且保持在连接部分12的一个端部上,使得导电线的端部被夹在并夹紧在镫形物2,3和连接部分12的表面之间。
连接部分12由导电材料制成,因此确保导电线之间的电连续性,导线的相应端部固定到连接部分12的每个端部。
为了减轻和降低该连接部分12的成本,并且为了避免或限制在高功率应用的情况下形成涡流,使用除铜之外的另一种非磁性材料来制造连接部分12,优选铝合金。
为了保护非磁性材料免受氧化,特别是由于连接部分的铝和将被插入连接部分12的导线的铜之间的电偶,一保护材料层可以沉积到连接部分12的全部或部分表面。保护材料可以是锡,锌,银或金。优选地,锡将用作保护材料。
为了促进保护材料固定在非磁性材料的表面上,在连接部分12的表面上,在非磁性材料和保护材料层之间沉积铜层。该铜层的厚度在1μm和6μm之间。在没有氧的情况下,在保护材料层和所使用的非磁性材料的表面之间,特别是如果它是铝合金,铜和这种材料之间的天然电偶将没有氧化作用。
连接部分或线夹12以两个部分6,7容纳在壳或外壳内,如图1,图3和图6所示,外壳由绝缘材料制成,并且其中布置有两个开口允许分别进入线夹12的两端用于通路和固定待连接的导线的端部。

该接地连接部分10的表面的上部分被添加到线夹12的下表面上并通过螺钉9牢固地与其接触,螺钉9从顶部到底部穿过线夹12;在通过其螺纹端将螺钉9拧到轴承部分16上之前,该螺钉9也穿过接地连接部分10,轴承部分16设有与螺钉9的螺纹端配合的螺纹孔,接地连接部分10支承在轴承部分16;因此,接地连接部分因此夹在并夹紧在轴承部分16和线夹12之间。

Claims (6)

1.一种电连接装置(1),包括连接部分(12)和至少一个固定设备(2,3),所述固定设备(2,3)被配置为将至少两根导线的一端固定在所述连接部分(12)上,所述连接部分(12)由非磁性材料整体制成,一保护材料层沉积在至少一个连接部分的表面的至少一部分上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置(1),其中所述非磁性材料是铝合金。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的装置(1),其中所述保护材料是锡,或锌,或银,或金。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(1),其中,在所述铝合金和所述保护材料之间,在所述连接部分(12)的所述表面的所述至少一个部分上沉积一粘接材料层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置(1),其中所述粘接材料是铜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置(1),其中所述铜层的沉积厚度在1μm和6μm之间。
