Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the prior art, most numbering systems mainly use single window numbering, for example, the numbering can not be carried out at the window B at the same time when the window A is numbered, and due to the fact that a plurality of requirements of one patient can not be processed at the same time in the numbering mode, a large amount of time is wasted, and the numbering requirements that a user needs to carry out the numbering at the same time in multiple windows and receive treatment can not be met.
The embodiment of the application discloses a medical treatment queuing method which is applied to a server and can achieve the purpose that a user can simultaneously queue numbers in a plurality of devices, and therefore queuing time is saved.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a medical numbering method disclosed in an embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 1, and includes:
s101: after a queuing request for queuing a plurality of target devices sent by a client is obtained, determining user identification information of a current queuing user and all target devices in the queuing request;
in this embodiment, a server is used to receive a queuing request sent by a client, where the queuing request is a request of a current queuing user for queuing multiple target devices. And further analyzing the queuing request to obtain the identification information of the current queuing user and all target devices. The identification information of the current queuing user can be a mobile phone number and an identity card number, and of course, a unique number can be further generated by using the mobile phone number and the identity card number, and the unique number is used as the identification information of the current queuing user, and is not specifically limited herein.
S102: detecting whether the ranking information corresponding to the user identification information exists in a ranking information table corresponding to each target device;
in specific implementation, the ranking information table corresponding to each target device is inquired by using the identification information of the user, and whether the current ranking user performs ranking on the target device is further determined. It can be understood that, the ranking information table stores the identification information of the user into the table when the user ranks, so that the retrieval of the information in the table can be realized by using the identification information.
S103: if not, generating the queuing information by using the user identification information, the current maximum queuing number in the queuing information table and the corresponding equipment identification information of the target equipment, and adding the queuing information to the corresponding queuing information table to finish the queuing of the current queuing user.
It can be understood that, if no information corresponding to the identification information of the current queuing user exists in the queuing information table corresponding to the current target device, it indicates that the current queuing user is not queuing at the current target device, at this time, the maximum queuing number in the current queuing information table is increased by one, and is combined with the user identification information and the device identification information of the target device to generate queuing information, and the queuing information is stored in the corresponding queuing information table.
In this embodiment, since the ranking information is generated based on the combination of the user identification information and the device identification information of the target device, and each target device has a corresponding ranking information table, the ranking information of the current device does not conflict with the ranking information of other devices, thereby realizing the simultaneous ranking of multiple devices.
According to the scheme, the medical queuing method comprises the following steps: after a queuing request for queuing a plurality of target devices sent by a client is obtained, determining user identification information of a current queuing user and all target devices in the queuing request; detecting whether the ranking information corresponding to the user identification information exists in a ranking information table corresponding to each target device; if not, generating the queuing information by using the user identification information, the current maximum queuing number in the queuing information table and the corresponding equipment identification information of the target equipment, and adding the queuing information to the corresponding queuing information table to finish the queuing of the current queuing user. This application combines user's identification information and the identification information of equipment, generates the information of arranging a number, and the information of arranging a number between each equipment can not influence each other, realizes simultaneously carrying out the number arranging on a plurality of target devices, in addition, detects whether current user has arranged a number at target device before the number arranging to avoid repeated number arranging, saved the time effectively, improved the efficiency of arranging a number.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, after the number is successfully arranged, the present embodiment may further include:
when any one of the target devices is detected to start to be used, determining the used device and the device to be used in the target devices;
in this embodiment, after detecting that any target device corresponding to the current queuing user starts to be used, the currently used device is determined as a device in use, and all devices except the device in use in all the target devices are determined as devices to be used.
Determining the remaining waiting time of the current queuing user in the equipment to be used, and judging whether the waiting time is less than a first treatment period corresponding to the equipment in use;
further, the remaining waiting time of the current queuing user in the device to be used and the first treatment period corresponding to the device in use are determined, and whether the remaining waiting time is less than the first treatment period is judged.
If so, carrying out sequential processing on the ranking information in the ranking information table corresponding to the equipment to be used.
It will be appreciated that if the remaining wait time is greater than the first treatment period, no treatment may be performed. If the remaining waiting time is less than the first treatment period, it indicates that the equipment to be used is still in treatment of the equipment currently in use when the equipment to be used is available, and at this time, the ranking information of the current ranking user in the ranking information table corresponding to the equipment to be used is subjected to sequential processing, so that the remaining users are considered on the premise of ensuring that the time of the current ranking user is not wasted, and the target equipment is ensured to be fully used.
The embodiment of the application discloses a medical treatment numbering method, and compared with the previous embodiment, the embodiment further explains and optimizes the technical scheme. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of another medical queuing method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 2, and includes:
s201: when any one of the target devices is detected to start to be used, determining the used device and the device to be used in the target devices;
s202: determining the remaining waiting time of the current queuing user in the equipment to be used, and judging whether the waiting time is less than a first treatment period corresponding to the equipment in use;
s203: if yes, determining a second treatment cycle and the remaining working time corresponding to the equipment to be used;
s204: determining the sequential delay number needing sequential delay by using a sequential delay number calculation formula based on the first treatment period, the second treatment period and the residual working time, and performing sequential delay processing on the ranking information based on the sequential delay number; wherein, the calculation formula of the sequential number is as follows:
(j-1)*Tic+Tζ<Tc≤j*Tic+Tζ;
wherein j is the sequential number; tic is the second treatment cycle; t zeta is the remaining working time; tc is the first treatment cycle.
It can be understood that, when the queuing information of the current queuing user is subjected to sequential processing, the number of sequential processing needs to be determined, so that the j second treatment periods Tic plus the remaining working time is only greater than the first treatment period Tc. In this embodiment, j is solved by using the sequential number calculation formula, an accumulation comparison mode may be adopted, when T ζ is less than Tc, Tic + T ζ and Tc are used for comparison, if Tic + T ζ is less than Tc, 2Tic + T ζ and Tc are used for comparison, and nTic + T ζ is analogized in turn until j meeting the condition is found.
For example, when three devices A, C, D are ranked to three devices A, C, D at the same time, when device a is selected by three, according to the identification information of three, such as the mobile phone number, the ranking of three devices C, D is obtained by query, and all devices C, D conform to the selective sequential delay, because the period of device a is 30 minutes, the ranking of device C is calculated according to the sequential number calculation formula (j-1) × Tic + T ζ < Tc ≦ j × Tic + T ζ. And substituting the Tic being 20 and the T zeta being 0 to obtain (j-1) × 20+0 being more than 30 and less than or equal to j × 20+0 so as to obtain j being 2, and extending the ranking information of Zhang three in the ranking information table corresponding to the equipment C by two digits. In the case of device D, similarly to that in device C, j is found to be 1 based on the consequent number calculation formula and the device cycle of device C.
In addition, after performing sequential processing on the ranking information in the ranking information table corresponding to the device to be used, this embodiment further includes:
and determining the target row number of the row number information after the sequential delay, and reducing the row number corresponding to the row number information before the target row number by one.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, after the queuing information of the current queuing user is postponed, the queuing information before the target queuing number is advanced, and specifically, a way of reducing the queuing number by one may be adopted.
Further, the present embodiment may further include,
after a queuing request is acquired, detecting whether a current queuing user is a registered user;
if not, prompting the current queuing user to register.
It is understood that the user's rank in this embodiment is only for registered users. And if the user initiating the queuing request is detected to be unregistered, displaying prompt information to prompt the current queuing user to register.
Accordingly, the present embodiment may further include:
after receiving a registration request, acquiring basic information of a current registered user;
and storing the basic information into a user information table to finish the registration of the current registered user.
In this embodiment, after receiving a registration request of a current registered user, basic information of the current registered user is obtained and stored in the user information table. The basic information of the current registered user may include information such as a mobile phone number, an identification number, and a name.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the present embodiment provides another medical queuing method, including:
step 1, after a queuing request for queuing a plurality of target devices sent by a client is obtained, determining user identification information of a current queuing user and all target devices in the queuing request;
step 2, detecting whether the ranking information corresponding to the user identification information exists in the ranking information table corresponding to each target device;
and 3, if not, generating the queuing information by using the user identification information, the current maximum queuing number in the queuing information table and the corresponding equipment identification information of the target equipment, and adding the queuing information to the corresponding queuing information table to finish the queuing of the current queuing user.
And 4, after receiving an inquiry request which is sent by a client and inquires the ranking information, displaying the ranking information corresponding to the inquiry request.
It can be understood that, with the medical queuing method provided in this embodiment, after the current queuing user successfully queues up the number, the client may initiate an inquiry request for queuing information inquiry, and the server may display corresponding information according to the inquiry request.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the present embodiment further explains a process of displaying corresponding ranking information according to a query request, and as shown in fig. 3, the process includes:
s301: after receiving an inquiry request for inquiring the remaining queuing time of the equipment to be used, determining a second treatment period and the remaining working time of the equipment to be used;
s302: judging whether the current queuing user is a set-top user in a queuing information table corresponding to the equipment to be used;
s303: if yes, determining that the priority of all the top users is greater than the number of the users of the current queuing user, and calculating the remaining queuing time by using a first time calculation formula based on the number of the users, the second treatment period and the remaining working time; wherein the first time calculation formula is:
Tsum=K*Tic+(Tic-Tζ);
wherein Tsum is the remaining queuing time, K is the number of users, Tic is the second treatment period, and T ζ is the remaining working time;
it should be noted that the user with the top may perform the top treatment for the user with an urgent disease condition according to the conditions of all users with the top ranking in the specific implementation situation, and add the top priority.
S304: if not, determining the number of first users of the top-placed users and the number of second users of which the ranking numbers in the non-top-placed users are smaller than the ranking number of the current ranking user, and calculating the residual ranking time by using a second time calculation formula based on the number of the first users, the number of the second users, the second treatment period and the residual working time; wherein the second time calculation formula is:
Tsum=(a+b)*Tic+(Tic-Tζ);
wherein Tsum is the remaining queuing time, a is the number of the first users, b is the number of the second users, Tic is the second treatment period, and T ζ is the remaining working time;
s305: and displaying the remaining queuing time.
In this embodiment, after the query request of the remaining queuing time of the device to be used by the current queuing user is acquired, a second treatment cycle and remaining working time of the device to be used are determined first.
Further, whether the current queuing user is a top user needs to be determined, if yes, the number of users with the priority greater than that of the current queuing user in all the top users needs to be determined, and the remaining queuing time is determined based on a first time calculation formula; if the current number-arranging user is a non-top-arranging user, the number of all top-arranging users and the number of users with the number being in front of the current number-arranging user in the non-top-arranging user are required to be determined, and the remaining number-arranging time is determined based on a second time calculation formula.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the medical numbering method according to the embodiment of the present application may further include:
and after receiving the queuing cancellation request, deleting the queuing information in the corresponding queuing information table based on the queuing cancellation request.
In specific implementation, if the user needs to cancel the queuing, a queuing cancellation request can be sent to the server through the client, and correspondingly, the server can determine the queuing information table according to the queuing cancellation request and delete the corresponding queuing information.
In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a medical queuing method, applied to a client, including:
sending a queuing request for queuing a plurality of target devices to a server so that the server determines user identification information of a current queuing user and all target devices in the queuing request, and detecting whether corresponding queuing information exists in a queuing information table corresponding to each target device by using the user identification information; if not, generating the queuing information by using the user identification information, the current maximum queuing number in the queuing information table and the corresponding equipment identification information of the target equipment, and adding the queuing information to the corresponding queuing information table to finish the queuing of the current queuing user.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, a user may initiate a queuing request to a server through a client, where the queuing request is a request for queuing multiple target devices, and then the server may determine all the target devices according to the queuing request, and detect whether corresponding queuing information exists in a queuing information table corresponding to each target device, so as to avoid repeated queuing. If the server does not detect the ranking information corresponding to the current user, the server can add one to the current maximum ranking number, and combine the user identification information and the equipment identification information of the target equipment to generate the ranking information, and add the ranking information to the corresponding ranking table, thereby completing the ranking.
According to the scheme, the medical queuing method comprises the following steps: sending a queuing request for queuing a plurality of target devices to a server so that the server determines user identification information of a current queuing user and all target devices in the queuing request, and detecting whether corresponding queuing information exists in a queuing information table corresponding to each target device by using the user identification information; if not, generating the queuing information by using the user identification information, the current maximum queuing number in the queuing information table and the corresponding equipment identification information of the target equipment, and adding the queuing information to the corresponding queuing information table to finish the queuing of the current queuing user. According to the method and the system, the client initiates the number ordering requests of the target devices, and the number ordering requests are processed through the server, so that the number ordering is simultaneously carried out on the target devices, the time is effectively saved, and the number ordering efficiency is improved.
