1) the liquid adhesive is divided into liquid and solid, so that the liquid adhesive has fluidity, when the device rotates, the liquid adhesive is possibly thrown out based on centrifugal force, in addition, the wood is longitudinally placed, the liquid adhesive is accumulated below the wood due to self weight, so that the liquid adhesive is unevenly distributed and even overflows, the adhesive viscosity detection is greatly influenced, and the viscosity detection is inaccurate;
2) the user need clockwise respectively and anticlockwise slow rotation first rocking handle and second rocking handle always, complex operation promptly, when the viscidity of gluing agent is stronger, when two blocks of timber bonds can not part together in normal phase, the setting of device can not easily take off timber, needs very big power, easily makes the device impaired.

(I) according to the invention, through the combination of the viscosity detection mechanism and the lifting plate, the upper wood and the lower wood can be driven to be pressed and bonded, the operation is simple and convenient, meanwhile, the viscosity of the adhesive can be judged through the difficulty of rotation, the difficulty of rotation of the hand rotating disc is in direct proportion to the viscosity of the adhesive, namely, the easier the hand rotating disc rotates, the weaker the viscosity of the adhesive is, the harder the hand rotating disc rotates, and the stronger the viscosity of the adhesive is;
(II) the upper wood and the lower wood are horizontally placed through the combined arrangement of the movable placing material body and the fixed placing material body, so that the mobility of the liquid adhesive can be greatly reduced, the liquid adhesive can be uniformly distributed, a vertical placing mode is abandoned, the liquid adhesive is prevented from accumulating below due to self weight due to the mobility, the overflow is avoided, and the influence on the viscosity detection of the adhesive due to the uneven distribution of the liquid adhesive can be effectively avoided;

according to the invention, (V) the dispersion ring, the air outlet and the drying device are combined to drive the drying device to convey hot air, and the hot air uniformly acts on the bonding part of the upper wood and the lower wood through the dispersion ring and the air outlet, so that the curing of the adhesive can be accelerated, the bonding time of the upper wood and the lower wood can be shortened, the detection time of the adhesive viscosity can be shortened, and the detection efficiency can be improved.

The height of the timber placing plate 2b5 is smaller than that of the translation plate 2b4, and the bottom surfaces of the timber placing plate and the translation plate are arranged in a tangent mode, so that the timber can be placed conveniently.

the mode of placing the lower wood on the fixed material body 14 is the same as the mode of placing the movable material body 12, then coating an adhesive on the wood on the fixed material body 14, rotating the hand-rotating disc 100 clockwise to enable the screw rod 103 to rotate under the linkage action of the triangular transmission belt 101 and the driven wheel 102, so that the plate body 114 is lowered through the nut pair 110, the movable material body 12 is lowered along with the movable material body until being limited by the lower wood, the upper wood and the lower wood are bonded together through the adhesive, the drying device is driven to convey hot air, the hot air uniformly acts on the bonding part of the upper wood and the lower wood through the flow dispersing ring 141 and the air outlet 143, the curing of the adhesive can be accelerated, the bonding time of the upper wood and the lower wood is shortened, after bonding, the hand-rotating disc 100 is rotated counterclockwise, the viscosity of the adhesive is sensed through hand rotation, and the difficulty of the hand-rotating disc 100 is in direct proportion to the viscosity of the adhesive, that is, the more easily the hand-rotating disc 100 rotates, the weaker the viscosity of the adhesive is, the more difficult the hand-rotating disc 100 rotates, the stronger the viscosity of the adhesive is, the clamping of the wood can be released by the wood clamping mechanism 122, so that the device can be reset, and the upper wood and the lower wood can be taken out.
In summary, the technical progress obtained by the invention compared with the prior art is as follows:
