In this embodiment, in order to limit the opening of the swing door 130 by a certain angle and prevent the damage caused by the overlarge opening angle, a limiting plate 131 is disposed on the inner side of the bottom of the swing door 130, and the limiting plate 131 is provided with a sliding slot 1311, where the extending direction of the sliding slot 1311 is horizontal and parallel to the swing door 130. The inside of the box body 100 is hinged with a limiting rod 132, the outer end of the limiting rod 132 is movably arranged in the sliding groove 1311, and the outer end of the limiting rod 132 can move along the sliding groove 1311. One end of the sliding groove 1311 near the hinge is provided with a locking groove 1312 extending towards the side-hung door 130 and inclining away from the hinge. When the vertical hinged door 130 is opened to the maximum angle, the limiting part of the limiting rod 132 slides to the end part of the sliding groove 1311 close to the hinged part, and when the vertical hinged door 130 is closed by external force, the limiting part enters the locking groove 1312 to prevent the vertical hinged door 130 from being closed, so that the interference of strong wind and external force can be resisted, and the operation is prevented from being influenced by the interference of the vertical hinged door 130 in the maintenance and installation process.
The lower end of the opening 101 is provided with a lower rail 120, and the lower rail 120 adopts a stamping forming process to control the structural strength of the lower guide rail. The side pulley mounting plate 1112 is horizontally disposed below the lower pulley mounting plate 1111 on a side opposite to the side sliding door 110, and the first auxiliary side pulley 112 is mounted on the side pulley mounting plate 1112.
There are various mounting manners of the lower pulley 113 and the first auxiliary side pulley 112, and rolling mounting can be performed through the rotation shaft. In this embodiment, the lower pulley 113 and the first auxiliary side pulley 112 are mounted on the lower pulley mounting plate 1111 and the side pulley mounting plate 1112 through the positioning pins 1122, the positioning pins 1122 for mounting the lower pulley 113 pass through the central hole of the lower pulley 113, the positioning pins 1122 for mounting the first auxiliary side pulley 112 pass through the central hole of the first auxiliary side pulley 112, the outer ends of the positioning pins 1122 are in threaded connection with two anti-slip nuts 1121, the lower pulley mounting plate 1111 and the side pulley mounting plate 1112 are clamped between the two corresponding anti-slip nuts 1121 to realize the mounting of the lower pulley 113 or the first auxiliary side pulley 112, and for the convenience of mounting the lower pulley 113, the lower pulley mounting plate 1111 is provided with a mounting notch 1114 extending downwards from the upper end edge, the clearance distance between the positioning pins 1122 and the anti-slip nuts is adjusted, so that the rolling resistance of the lower pulley 113 and the first auxiliary side pulley 112 is small and stable, and the translation of the side sliding door is ensured to be more stable and reliable.
For smooth sliding of the side sliding door 110, an upper rail 121 is provided at the upper end of the opening 101, the upper rail 121 extends horizontally and parallel to the front side, a second auxiliary side pulley 115 rolling in contact with the inner side of the upper rail 121 is mounted at the upper end of the side sliding door 110, and the upper rail 121 is sandwiched between the inner side of the side sliding door 110 and the second auxiliary side pulley 115. The second auxiliary side pulley 115 is mounted by an upper pulley arm 114, the upper pulley arm 114 has the same structure as the pulley arm 111, and the second auxiliary side pulley 115 is mounted in the same manner as the first auxiliary side pulley 112, except that the lower pulley 113 is not mounted on the upper pulley arm 114. In other embodiments, the side sliding door 110 may not use the second auxiliary side pulley 115 to slide, and since the weight of the side sliding door 110 is concentrated on the lower pulley 113, the upper end of the side sliding door 110 may serve as a guiding limit, and the upper end of the side sliding door 110 may be provided with a rail groove matching the upper rail 121. In order to improve the heat dissipation condition in the switch box, the lower portion of the side sliding door 110 is provided with a louver 117 for ventilation. Because of the inertia of wind, fresh cold air enters from the air inlet of the shutter, the air flow speed is high, the air flow speed above the switch box is low, the pressure difference is upward, the air outlet is circulated hot air, the hot air is discharged from the through hole of the top cover, the natural wind circulation system of the switch box is realized, and the ventilation efficiency is high. In order to further realize the dustproof effect of switch box, in this embodiment, the side sliding door 110 lateral surface is provided with the protection casing 118 that covers shutter 117, the protection casing 118 lower extreme has air inlet opening, and the welding of protection casing 118 the inside has stainless steel gauze for dustproof to improve the practical life of product, effectively increase the protection level of switch box.
The sliding of side sliding door along lower track is realized through lower pulley and lower track rolling contact to this design, and first supplementary sideslip pulley is used for spacing and plays directional guide effect to lower track, and the slip of side sliding door can be relaxed installs, maintains and maintains corresponding position in the box. The original three vertical hinged doors are designed, a plurality of stand columns are arranged in the middle, the middle vertical hinged door is replaced by the side sliding door through the design, and the stand column structure is eliminated through sliding installation of the side sliding door, so that the problem that a user rotates a knife switch, a load switch and other element devices by using an operating rod to be blocked by the middle stand columns easily during on-site maintenance and overhaul is solved.
