Abstract
The invention provides a multifunctional medical bottle opening device, which comprises a handle, wherein a U-shaped prying opening and a crescent prying opening are arranged at the end part of the handle; two part cutting edges are arranged on the U-shaped prying opening, namely an inner cutting edge and a head cutting edge; the crescent prying opening is positioned at the rear side of the U-shaped prying opening and forms a U-shaped matching structure with the U-shaped prying opening, and the height of the crescent prying opening is lower than that of the U-shaped prying opening. The invention can open at least four common medical bottle caps at one time through a simple structure, and can open all the medical bottle caps in use at present. According to the invention, the lever principle is used, and different supporting points are used for prying different bottle caps, so that the bottle caps can be easily pried; the working cooperation of each position is proper, can not harm the operator, effectively protects operator's finger, can effectively open different bottle caps simultaneously again. The invention is suitable for popularization and application in hospitals, and can improve the working efficiency and lighten the working intensity of medical staff.

Background
At present, large glass bottle transfusion and penicillin bottle powder injection in the market mainly comprise an all-plastic sealing cover, an aluminum-plastic mixed sealing cover and an all-aluminum sealing cover, and the plastic bayonet sealing cover or the all-aluminum top sealing cover at the top is required to be pried off before use. The process needs to be completed by cooperation of two hands, the bottle body is held by one hand, and the top aluminum cover is pried off by using a non-professional tool such as a cover breaking off device or a sharp machine. The invention provides a multifunctional medical bottle opening device which is characterized by comprising a handle 3, wherein a U-shaped prying opening 1 and a crescent-shaped prying opening 2 are arranged at one end of the handle 3, and a hanging ring 4 is arranged at the other end of the handle 3.
Two part cutting edges are arranged on the U-shaped prying opening 1, namely an inner cutting edge 1 and a nose cutting edge 12; the inner cutting edge 11 is arranged on the inner side of the prying arms 10 on the two sides of the U-shaped prying opening, and the nose cutting edge 12 is arranged on the front outer side of the nose of the prying arms 12 on the two sides of the U-shaped prying opening and is in an inclined plane shape, so that the nose cutting edge is in a wedge-shaped outer side shape (see fig. 3).
The crescent prying opening 2 is arranged at the rear side of the U-shaped prying opening, the crescent prying opening 2 can effectively play a role in uncovering and form a U-shaped matching structure with the U-shaped prying opening 1 under the condition of reducing the height, the crescent prying opening 2 and the U-shaped prying opening 1 are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the U-shaped matching structure, the height of the crescent prying opening 2 is lower than that of the U-shaped prying opening 1, the U-shaped width of the U-shaped matching structure is narrower than that of the U-shaped prying opening, generally, the U-shaped width can be 8-10mm, and the U-shaped width of the U-shaped prying opening can be rotated to 12-14mm. Preferably, the two side high parts 21 of the crescent-shaped prying opening are slightly higher than the U-shaped bottom 13 of the U-shaped prying opening 1, and the middle low part 22 of the crescent-shaped prying opening is aligned with the U-shaped bottom 13 of the U-shaped prying opening and is basically consistent in height.

As shown in fig. 6, when the aluminum bottle cap 200 (penicillin bottle aluminum bottle cap) is pried, since the aluminum bottle cap top leaves the factory, the prying opening 201 is formed, the nose cutting edge 12 of the U-shaped prying opening of the bottle opening device can be easily inserted into the prying opening 201 at the aluminum bottle cap top, and the bottle cap top is used as a fulcrum, so that the bottle cap can be easily pried through the lever. As shown in fig. 7, when the plastic-aluminum mixed sealing cover 300 with the diameter larger than 25mm is pried out, the bayonet strength in the bottle cover is stronger due to the larger bottle cover, and the prizing cover is more strenuous for a female operator by using the mode of fig. 5, so that the top of the plastic bottle cover can be propped against the cutting edge 12 of the U-shaped prizing head, the crescent prizing head 2 props against two sides of the lower edge of the bottle cover, and the bottle cover is pried out easily from the lower edge by taking the top as a fulcrum of a lever. As shown in fig. 8, in the bottle cap 400 with the opening tab 401, the opening tab can be easily pried by inserting the U-shaped prizing opening 1 into the tab 401, pushing the top of the U-shaped prizing opening against the top of the aluminum cap, and taking the head of the U-shaped prizing opening as a lever supporting point. As shown in fig. 9, when the plastic bottle cap 500 (penicillin bottle plastic bottle cap) is pried open, since the top of the plastic bottle cap is provided with the prying opening 501 when leaving the factory, the nose cutting edge 12 of the U-shaped prying opening of the bottle opening device can be easily inserted into the prying opening 5201 at the top of the plastic bottle cap, and the top of the bottle cap is used as a fulcrum, and the bottle cap can be easily pried open in a lever mode. When the user finishes the work, the tool can be specially hung at a fixed position for convenient management and preventing the tool from falling on the ground.
For the bottle opening mode shown in fig. 1, as operators mostly use females, the threshold value of the opening diameter of the aluminum-plastic mixed sealing cover can be selected to be 25mm, and the diameter of the handle 3 is selected to be 20-30mm according to the bayonet strength of the bottle cap diameter smaller than 25mm and the size of female hands, so that the bottle opening mode is convenient to operate, comfortable to hold by the operators and suitable for repeated handheld operation; the stainless steel is used as the material of the device, so that the device can be repeatedly cleaned and disinfected, and the material itself can not pollute medicines.
In the embodiment, the U-shaped prying opening 1, the crescent-shaped prying opening 2 and the U-shaped structure formed by the U-shaped prying opening and the crescent-shaped prying opening can be made of a whole stainless steel plate through cutting and sheet metal, and then fixedly connected to one end of the handle 3 through connection modes such as welding and the like.
In the invention, the cutting edge is a relatively sharp or thin part so as to be capable of intensively outputting the uncovering acting force. The cutting edge, although it may take on that very sharp or pointed configuration, is preferably a structure that is not very sharp or pointed in practice but is relatively sharp or thin relative to its underlying area.

the inner cutting edge is arranged on the inner sides of the prying arms on the two sides of the U-shaped prying opening, and the cutting edge of the head part is arranged on the front outer sides of the heads of the prying arms on the two sides of the U-shaped prying opening;
the high parts of the two sides of the crescent prying opening are slightly higher than the U-shaped bottom of the U-shaped prying opening, and the middle low part of the crescent prying opening is aligned with the U-shaped bottom of the U-shaped prying opening and has basically consistent height;
the inner edge of the U-shaped prying opening is a bottle opening working position of the medical aluminum-plastic mixed sealing cover aiming at the diameter smaller than or equal to a threshold value; the inner cutting edge of one side of the U-shaped prying opening clamps the lower edge of the bottle cap, and the inner cutting edge of the other side clamps the top of the bottle cap; the cutting edge of the head part of the U-shaped prying opening is a bottle opening working part aiming at a medical aluminum bottle cap and a penicillin bottle all-plastic sealing bottle cap; the crescent prying opening and the U-shaped prying opening form a U-shaped matching structure which is a bottle opening working position of the medical aluminum-plastic mixed sealing cover with the diameter larger than a threshold value; the prying arm of the U-shaped prying opening is a bottle opening working position aiming at a bottle cap with an opening pull ring, and the threshold value is 25mm.
