本发明提出了一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛，其特征在于：包括织唛主体和连接边部，所述织唛主体包括基布层、涤纶内层、抑菌层和涤纶外层，所述基布层上方设有涤纶内层，所述涤纶内层上方设有抑菌层，所述抑菌层上方涤纶外层，所述织唛主体的外沿处设有连接边部。与现有技术相比，本发明提供的一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛，结构合理，通过用涤纶纱线编织而成的涤纶内层和涤纶外层包裹抑菌层后设置在基布层上从而构成织唛主体，可以在抑菌的同时，保证织唛具有一定的弹性，更舒适，从而减少织唛被剪掉丢弃的现象。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及织唛设计制作技术领域，特别涉及一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛。
【背景技术】
织唛是织在衣服、裤子上面的，包含有文字、字母、LOGO图案的布标。服装厂、制衣厂、家纺厂在其生产、制造、加工或者销售服装、家纺时采用的，用于区别服装、家纺的来源，由文字、图形、字母、数字、三维标志、颜色组合，或者上述要素的组合，具有显著特征的标志，是现代经济的产物。现有的织唛由于仅仅具有标识功能，不舒适，且容易滋生细菌，因此人们往往在购买新衣服后，会将织唛剪掉，而剪掉的织唛商标就失去了广告标识功能。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛，其旨在解决现有技术中织唛仅仅具有标识功能，不舒适，且容易滋生细菌等技术问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提出了一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛，其特征在于：包括织唛主体和连接边部，所述织唛主体包括基布层、涤纶内层、抑菌层和涤纶外层，所述基布层上方设有涤纶内层，所述涤纶内层上方设有抑菌层，所述抑菌层上方涤纶外层，所述织唛主体的外沿处设有连接边部。
作为优选，所述涤纶内层和涤纶外层均由涤纶纱线编织而成，所述涤纶纱线包括经线和纬线，
作为优选，所述经线和纬线垂直交织排列。
作为优选，所述涤纶纱线采用“S”捻，所述涤纶纱线的单位捻度为450T/m，所述涤纶纱线的上机密度为200*200根/10cm。
作为优选，所述抑菌层采用抑菌丝线编织而成，所述抑菌丝线采用“Z”捻，所述抑菌丝线的单位捻度为300T/m，所述抑菌丝线的上机密度为200*200根/10cm。
作为优选，所述抑菌丝线采用活性炭浸涂的棉纺长丝。
作为优选，所述的织麦主体表面设有用于显示服饰信息的喷涂区和防伪条形码区，所述防伪条形码区位于喷涂区的下方。
作为优选，所述连接边部上设有若干个便于缝线固定织唛的织孔。
本发明的有益效果：与现有技术相比，本发明提供的一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛，结构合理，通过用涤纶纱线编织而成的涤纶内层和涤纶外层包裹抑菌层后设置在基布层上从而构成织唛主体，可以在抑菌的同时，保证织唛具有一定的弹性，更舒适，从而减少织唛被剪掉丢弃的现象。

参阅图1和图2，本发明实施例提供一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛，其特征在于：包括织唛主体1和连接边部2，所述织唛主体1包括基布层3、涤纶内层4、抑菌层5和涤纶外层6，所述基布层3上方设有涤纶内层4，所述涤纶内层4上方设有抑菌层5，所述抑菌层5上方涤纶外层6，所述织唛主体1的外沿处设有连接边部2。
所述涤纶内层4和涤纶外层6均由涤纶纱线61编织而成，所述涤纶纱线61包括经线611和纬线612，所述经线611和纬线垂直交织排列。所述涤纶纱线61采用“S”捻，所述涤纶纱线61的单位捻度为450T/m，所述涤纶纱线61的上机密度为200*200根/10cm。
所述抑菌层5采用抑菌丝线51编织而成，所述抑菌丝线51采用“Z”捻，所述抑菌丝线51的单位捻度为300T/m，所述抑菌丝线51的上机密度为200*200根/10cm。所述抑菌丝线51采用活性炭浸涂的棉纺长丝。
所述的织麦主体1表面设有用于显示服饰信息的喷涂区11和防伪条形码区12，所述防伪条形码区12位于喷涂区11的下方。
所述连接边部2上设有若干个便于缝线固定织唛的织孔21。
本发明工作过程：
本发明一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛在工作过程中，通过用涤纶纱线61垂直交织编织而成的涤纶内层4和涤纶外层6包裹抑菌层5后设置在基布层3上从而构成织唛主体1，可以在抑菌的同时，保证织唛具有一定的弹性，更舒适，从而减少织唛被剪掉丢弃的现象，涤纶纱线61和抑菌丝线51均采用较佳的工艺和材料制作，保证了织唛的质量和效果。

1.一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛，其特征在于：包括织唛主体(1)和连接边部(2)，所述织唛主体(1)包括基布层(3)、涤纶内层(4)、抑菌层(5)和涤纶外层(6)，所述基布层(3)上方设有涤纶内层(4)，所述涤纶内层(4)上方设有抑菌层(5)，所述抑菌层(5)上方涤纶外层(6)，所述织唛主体(1)的外沿处设有连接边部(2)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛，其特征在于：所述涤纶内层(4)和涤纶外层(6)均由涤纶纱线(61)编织而成，所述涤纶纱线(61)包括经线(611)和纬线(612)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛，其特征在于：所述经线(611)和纬线垂直交织排列。
4.按照权利要求3所述的一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛，其特征在于：所述涤纶纱线(61)采用“S”捻，所述涤纶纱线(61)的单位捻度为450T/m，所述涤纶纱线(61)的上机密度为200*200根/10cm。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种具有抑菌功能的涤纶织唛，其特征在于：所述抑菌层(5)采用抑菌丝线(51)编织而成，所述抑菌丝线(51)采用“Z”捻，所述抑菌丝线(51)的单位捻度为300T/m，所述抑菌丝线(51)的上机密度为200*200根/10cm。
