Example 2: the working principle of the bushing press-fitting device of the invention is as follows:
1-12, the lifting appliance lifts the front auxiliary frame onto the clamp of the bushing press-fitting device, at this time, the strong clamping assembly 14 is opened, after the front auxiliary frame reaches a set position, a plurality of proximity switches detect whether the front auxiliary frame is in place, if a gap exists, the front auxiliary frame is not in place, the system can give an alarm, and if the proximity switches detect that all points of the front auxiliary frame are in place, the next step can be carried out.
The manual operation presses the clamping cylinder control button, and the clamping cylinders 1411 on the four powerful clamping assemblies push the clamping arms to clamp the front auxiliary frame.
The cylinder 415 is driven to drive the press-fit unit assembly mounting frame to a specified position, and the bushing detection cylinder drives the bushing position sensor 301 to translate to a position to be detected.

After the oil pressure cylinder drives the pressure head to return to the initial position, a proximity switch detects whether the pressure head returns to the initial position, and after the detection, the clamping arms are opened by the four clamping cylinders.
The lifting hook is manually controlled by the lifting appliance, and the workpiece after the bushing is installed is lifted out of the machine table.
In the invention, the periphery of the equipment is provided with a door which can be opened and closed, the door is provided with a sensor, namely, the door is close to a door, and the machine can not run after the door is opened.
The whole equipment is provided with two sets of gratings, one set of gratings is arranged on the machine table, the lower part of the one set of installing machine table is used for detecting the foot position of a person, after the clamp is clamped, the starting button is pressed, if the person is in the machine table or other things are in the machine table, the gratings can be detected, and the whole machine table can stop running.

the top of the press-fit assembly (4) is provided with a press-fit unit assembly, the press-fit unit assembly is provided with a lifting mechanism and a press bush assembly arranged at the lower end of the lifting mechanism, and the press bush assembly is provided with a pressure sensor and a displacement sensor;
the pressure sensor is used for detecting the resistance of the pressure head on the pressure measuring bushing assembly after contacting the bushing;
the displacement sensor is used for detecting displacement formed by deformation of the pressure head;
the bushing press-fitting equipment further comprises a hydraulic station system (200) connected with each press-fitting positioning component through an oil pipe and used for providing oil supply for a lifting mechanism on each press-fitting component;
