The control device 50 is connected to the vacuum system, and the control device 50 is used for detecting whether the vacuum system is abnormal when the cooking appliance enters a vacuum detection stage, and controlling the vacuum pump 31, the solenoid valve 33 and the driving assembly 42 to be in a stop working state and controlling the cooking appliance to execute a non-vacuum cooking program when the vacuum system is abnormal. The non-vacuum cooking procedure means that the vacuum system does not need to be started during cooking, and the vacuum device 30 and the positive pressure device 40 do not work.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the control device 50 may be an electric control board of the cooking appliance 100.
Specifically, before the cooking appliance enters the cooking program, a vacuum detection stage is first entered to detect each electronic component in the vacuum system, and if it is detected that there is an abnormality in the vacuum system, the control device 50 simultaneously controls the vacuum pump 31, the solenoid valve 33 and the driving assembly 42 to be powered off and stopped, the vacuum function in the cooking program is stopped, and the cooking appliance performs a non-vacuum cooking program, for example, a rice cooking function. At the moment, the cooking function is not influenced by the vacuum system and is stopped, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that, when it is detected that there is an abnormality in the vacuum system, the sequence of controlling the vacuum pump 31, the electromagnetic valve 33 and the driving assembly 42 to stop working after power is cut off is not required, for example, the vacuum pump 31 is controlled to stop working after power is cut off, the electromagnetic valve 33 is controlled to stop working after power is cut off, and finally the driving assembly 42 is controlled to stop working; for another example, the solenoid valve 33 is first controlled to be powered off to stop working, then the vacuum pump 31 is controlled to be powered off to stop working, and finally the driving assembly 42 is controlled to stop working. Similarly, two or three of the three may also be controlled to stop working at the same time, which is not illustrated here.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 50 is further configured to detect whether there is an abnormality in the vacuum system when the cooking appliance enters the vacuum operation stage, and further detect whether there is an abnormality in the vacuum pump 31 when there is an abnormality in the vacuum system, wherein if there is an abnormality in the vacuum pump 31, the control device 50 controls the vacuum pump 31 to stop operating, then controls the electromagnetic valve 33 to stop operating, and controls the driving assembly 42 to stop operating, and if there is no abnormality in the vacuum pump 31, the control device 50 controls the vacuum pump 31, the electromagnetic valve 33 and the driving assembly 42 to stop operating simultaneously.
Specifically, when the control device 50 detects that there is an abnormality in the vacuum system while the cooking appliance is performing the cooking function, it is further determined whether there is an abnormality in the vacuum pump 31. If there is an abnormality in the vacuum pump 31, the control device 50 controls the vacuum pump 31 to be immediately powered off and stop operating, and controls the solenoid valve 33 to be powered off after the vacuum pump 31 is powered off, and the time for powering off and stopping operating the driving assembly 42 is not limited, for example, the vacuum pump 31 may be powered off at the same time, the vacuum pump 31 may be powered off again after being powered off, and the solenoid valve 33 may be powered off again after being powered off. Thereby make the negative pressure between vacuum pump and the solenoid valve in time let out, prevent that the vacuum pump from continuously receiving the effect of negative pressure to when maintaining, the connecting pipe of being convenient for is dismantled from vacuum pump and solenoid valve.
If there is no abnormality in the vacuum pump 31, the control device 50 controls the vacuum pump 31, the solenoid valve 33 and the driving assembly 42 to be simultaneously de-energized, and controls the cooking appliance to perform a non-vacuum cooking process. It should be noted that there is no requirement for the sequence of controlling the vacuum pump 31, the solenoid valve 33 and the driving assembly 42 to stop working after power is cut off, for example, the driving assembly 42 is controlled to stop working first, then the vacuum pump 31 is controlled to stop working, and finally the solenoid valve 33 is controlled to stop working.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 50 is further configured to control the cooking appliance to execute the vacuum cooking procedure when there is no abnormality in the vacuum system. That is, in the vacuum detection stage or the vacuum operation stage, if it is detected that there is no abnormality in the vacuum system, the control device 50 controls the cooking appliance to perform the vacuum cooking process. The vacuum cooking procedure is a cooking procedure that requires opening of vacuum during cooking, and the vacuum pump device 30 and the positive pressure device 40 are normally operated.
Therefore, the cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention can detect the vacuum system when the cooking appliance enters a vacuum detection stage or a vacuum working stage, and take corresponding measures when the vacuum system is abnormal, so as to ensure that a user can normally use other functions, and greatly improve the user experience.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 50 is further configured to control the cooking appliance to send out a prompt message when there is an abnormality in the vacuum system. That is, when it is detected that there is an abnormality in the vacuum system, the control device 50 controls the cooking appliance to emit prompt information, such as a red light emitted by the indicator light and a flashing light to prompt the user, or a voice prompt to prompt the user to perform maintenance.
In some embodiments, the drive assembly 42 may include an electromagnet 421 and a pushrod 422. The electromagnet 421 is disposed on the cover 20, the push rod 422 is movably disposed on the electromagnet 421 along a horizontal direction (a front-back direction as shown in fig. 4), and one end (a back end as shown in fig. 4) of the push rod 422 can drive the plugging member 41 to move.
That is, when the vacuum system is abnormal, the control device 50 controls the driving assembly 42 to be powered off and stop, that is, controls the electromagnet 421 to be powered off, so that the blocking piece 41 cannot move to the blocking position, and the cooking cavity 11 is not in the closed state.
As a specific example, the vacuum system is abnormal during the inspection stage. As shown in fig. 5, before entering a certain cooking function, the vacuum rice cooker detects each electronic component of the vacuum rice cooker, and if it is detected that a problem occurs in the vacuum system, the vacuum pump 31, the electromagnetic valve 33 and the electromagnet 421 are all controlled to be powered off and stop working, and the three stop working sequences are not required, the vacuum function stops in the cooking program, other functions are performed according to the original set program, and at this time, the cooking function is not influenced by the vacuum system and stops working.
In summary, according to the cooking appliance of the embodiment of the invention, the vacuum device is used for vacuumizing the cooking cavity to form negative pressure vacuum in the cooking cavity, the positive pressure device is used for sealing the cooking cavity when the vacuum device performs the vacuumizing operation, the control device detects whether the vacuum system is abnormal when the cooking appliance enters the vacuum detection stage, and controls the vacuum pump, the solenoid valve and the driving assembly to stop working and the cooking appliance to execute the non-vacuum cooking program when the vacuum system is abnormal. Therefore, the cooking appliance can detect the vacuum system, control the vacuum pump, the electromagnetic valve and the driving assembly to be in a stop working state when the vacuum system is abnormal, execute a non-vacuum cooking program, and greatly improve user experience.
