Abstract

本发明公开了一种集旋滚与旋剪一体的割草机，一所述蜗壳前后两端均安装有轮子，蜗壳的顶部安装有发动机、发电机和万向球支座，蜗壳的后排设置出草口，蜗壳两个侧面靠前位置均开有螺纹滑槽。螺纹滑槽设有连接螺栓，连接螺栓与螺纹滑槽的螺纹配合，连接螺栓轴向转动时，可沿螺纹滑槽移动，连接螺栓与旋滚刀架支撑板连接，在连接螺栓外端设置有锥形推杆，锥形推杆穿过连接螺栓。本发明可以根据需要调整草坪修剪高度而且不局限于一般草坪的修剪工作，在碰到一些比较高，茂盛的草或者灌木从时，可以使用旋剪工作杆操作割草，还可以修剪的灌木类绿化。另外在发生发动机或者发电机故障以及缺油时可借助外接电源为旋剪电机供电正常工作。

背景技术
随着人们对环境保护越来越重视，而在环境保护当中，绿化工作显得尤为重要，割草机在城市绿化和家庭除草等场合应用广泛。小推车式的单一旋滚割草机，在日常工作当中不可避免地碰到一些比较高，茂盛的草，或者灌木丛或者绿化类灌木等，此时单一的旋滚割草机就不满足我们的需要，另外有时候我们需要根据实际情况调整草坪的修剪高度。
如申请号为：201420498605.3的中国发明专利公开了一种双向旋剪同时可自动保护刀片的草坪机，包括了旋滚和旋剪，由于结构组合关系，其只是针对一般草坪的割草机，是的草坪得到重复修剪而取得好的平整度效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种集旋滚与旋剪一体的割草机，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种集旋滚与旋剪一体的割草机,包括割草机的蜗壳，所述蜗壳前后两端均安装有轮子，蜗壳的顶部安装有发动机、发电机和万向球支座，蜗壳的后排设置出草口，蜗壳两个侧面靠前位置均开有螺纹滑槽。螺纹滑槽设有连接螺栓，连接螺栓与螺纹滑槽的螺纹配合，连接螺栓轴向转动时，可沿螺纹滑槽移动，连接螺栓与旋滚刀架支撑板连接，在连接螺栓外端设置有锥形推杆，锥形推杆穿过连接螺栓，蜗壳顶端还设有支座，支座通过万向球装置与操作杆连接，操作杆的一端设有操作扶手，另一端与旋剪电机机头连接，操作杆采用弯曲设计，内部穿有导线经过万向球装置连接蜗壳上的发电机，导线另一端连接操作杆工作端旋剪电机机头。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述的一种集旋滚与旋剪一体割草机的旋剪机头还设有外接导线备用。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述的一种集旋滚与旋剪一体割草机的旋剪电机机头顶部设有半球形防护罩。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述的一种集旋滚与旋剪一体割草机的万向球装置支座为液压支座。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：可以根据需要调整草坪修剪高度而且不局限于一般草坪的修剪工作，在碰到一些比较高，茂盛的草或者灌木从时，可以使用旋剪工作杆操作割草，还可以修剪的灌木类绿化。另外在发生发动机或者发电机故障以及缺油时可借助外接电源为旋剪电机供电正常工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-2，本发明提供的是一种集旋滚与旋剪一体的割草机,包括割草机的蜗壳4，所述蜗壳4前后两端均安装有轮子3，蜗壳4一端与推杆1连接。蜗壳4的顶部安装有发动机2和发电机5，蜗壳4的后排设置出草口6，蜗壳4两个侧面靠前位置均开有螺纹滑槽7，螺纹滑槽7设有连接螺栓11，连接螺栓11与螺纹滑槽7的螺纹配合，连接螺栓11轴向转动时，可沿螺纹滑槽移动；连接螺栓11与旋滚刀架19支撑板连接，在连接螺栓11外端设置有锥形推杆9，锥形推杆9穿过连接螺栓11，手工扳动锥形推杆转动，这样连接螺栓就沿螺纹滑槽7移动，从而带动旋滚刀架19移动，调整旋滚刀架19高度。由于连接螺栓11与螺纹滑槽7螺纹紧密配合，停止扳动锥形推杆9，连接螺栓11及其连接件就固定死，为保险起见，在连接螺栓与已后锁紧连接螺栓11与蜗壳4螺母固定加紧，这样旋滚刀架就可以沿螺纹滑槽移动并固定锁紧，这样就达到了可以根据需要调整草坪修剪高度的效果。
蜗壳4顶端还设有液压支座13，液压支座13通过万向球装置20与操作杆14连接，
操作杆的一端设有操作扶手15，另一端与旋剪电机机头16连接，操作杆采用弯曲设计，内部穿有导线经过万向球装置连接蜗壳4上的发电机，导线另一端连接操作杆工作端旋剪电机机头16，旋剪机头16还设有外接导线备用（在发动机或发电机发生故障时，可通过外接电源使得旋剪电机独立工作）。旋剪电机机头15通过连接件与刀片18连接。旋剪电机机头16顶部设有半球形防护罩17，使得工作时产生的的草料、枝叶只能向下掉落）。
由于弯曲的操作杆安装在蜗壳顶端的万向球装置上，根据图示设计，很方便的使用扶手操作旋剪电机到达各个方向的工作位置，旋剪电机工作范围很大。这样就实现了割草机旋滚与旋剪一体化。
本发明的工作原理是：本发明的割草机在工作前可根据实际情况手工扳动锥形推杆转动，这样连接螺栓就沿螺纹滑槽7移动，从而带动旋滚刀架19移动，方便调整旋滚刀架高度。由于连接螺栓11与螺纹滑槽7螺纹紧密配合，停止扳动锥形推杆9，连接螺栓11及其连接件就固定死，为保险起见，在连接螺栓与已后锁紧连接螺栓11与蜗壳4螺母固定加紧。这样旋滚刀架就可以沿螺纹滑槽移动并固定锁紧。本发明的割草机在一般工况比较好的时候，根据需要调整好的割草高度，轮式旋滚割草正常工作。
在碰到比较高、茂盛的草时，轮式旋滚无法工作，这时使用操作扶手15，调节旋剪机头16到达工作位置，旋剪电机机头由蜗壳4上的发电机5连接，打开供电开关使得旋剪机头16由发电机5供电，这样打开工作开关，对比较高、茂盛的草或者灌木类进行割除工作。如果发动机或者发电机出现故障，或者缺油，可以利用旋剪机头的外接导线供电使得继续工作。

1.一种集旋滚与旋剪一体的割草机,包括割草机的蜗壳（4），其特征在于，所述蜗壳（4）前后两端均安装有轮子（3），蜗壳（4）的顶部安装有发动机（2）、发电机（5）和液压支座（13），蜗壳（4）后侧设置有后排草口（6），蜗壳（4）两个侧面靠前位置均开有螺纹滑槽（7），蜗壳（4）一端与推杆（1）连接，螺纹滑槽（7）上均有锥形推杆（9），锥形推杆（9）通过穿过螺纹滑槽（7）的连接螺栓（11）与旋滚刀架（19）连接，蜗壳顶部设置支座(13)，支座(13)通过万向球装置（20）与操作杆（14）连接，操作杆（14）的一端设有操作扶手（15），另一端与旋剪电机机头（16）连接，旋剪电机机头（16）通过开关、绝缘导线与蜗壳上的发电机（5）连接；旋剪电机机头（15）通过连接件与刀片（18）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的，其特征在于一种集旋滚与旋剪一体的割草机，所述的支座（13）是液压支座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的，其特征在于一种集旋滚与旋剪一体的割草机，所述旋剪机头（16）还设有外接导线。
