Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for acquiring key video information of an abnormal event in a logistics transportation process, wherein the acquisition method comprises the steps of firstly powering on a video acquisition module, continuously acquiring and storing video data of transported goods; and then continuously acquiring video data of the transported goods, judging whether an abnormal trigger signal exists or not, if so, merging the video data, taking the timestamp information in the last abnormal trigger signal as a middle point, intercepting m seconds of video data before and after the last abnormal trigger signal, sending the video data to a remote monitoring platform, clearing an abnormal trigger signal mark, storing the merged video data, covering the data in the local data buffer area by using the video data acquired in S2, and if not, directly covering the data in the local data buffer area by using the video data acquired in S2. The method for acquiring the key video information of the abnormal event in the logistics transportation process can acquire the key video information of the on-site abnormal event in time when the abnormal event occurs.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of logistics transportation of major equipment and hazardous chemicals, and particularly provides a method and a system for acquiring key video information of an abnormal event in a logistics transportation process.
Background
With the rapid development of economic construction in China, the major equipment and hazardous chemical substance logistics transportation industry is rapidly developed, and the following safety accidents such as collision, impact, overspeed, loss of connection, leakage and the like of transportation vehicles frequently occur, so that a series of transportation safety problems are brought.
At present, in domestic major equipment and dangerous chemical logistics transportation tasks, a camera is usually adopted for local recording or remote whole-course monitoring is realized by uploading image information in real time, however, the monitoring mode is not targeted, and interception and timely remote reporting of video information of abnormal event key points cannot be realized.
Therefore, a method for acquiring the key video information of the abnormal time in the logistics transportation process is developed, so that when an abnormal event occurs, the remote monitoring platform can acquire the key video information of the on-site abnormal event in time, and the problem to be solved is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention aims to provide a method and a system for acquiring key video information of an abnormal event in a logistics transportation process, so as to solve the problems that the existing acquisition method is poor in pertinence and cannot acquire the key video information of the abnormal event on site in time, and therefore emergency measures cannot be taken quickly and accurately.
The invention provides a method for acquiring key video information of an abnormal event in a logistics transportation process, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the power-on video acquisition module is used for continuously acquiring n seconds of video data of the transported goods and storing the n seconds of video data into a local data buffer area;
s2: continuously acquiring n seconds of video data of the transported goods by the video acquisition module, then judging whether an abnormal trigger signal exists according to an abnormal trigger signal mark, if so, executing S3, otherwise, executing S5, wherein the abnormal trigger signal is sent by the vibration acquisition module and comprises corresponding timestamp information;
s3: combining the n seconds of video data collected in the S2 with the n seconds of video data in the local data buffer area, taking the timestamp information in the last abnormal trigger signal as an intermediate point of the combined 2n seconds of video data, respectively intercepting m seconds of video data before and after the combined 2n seconds of video data, sending the m seconds of video data to a remote monitoring platform, and clearing an abnormal trigger signal mark, wherein m is less than n;
s4: storing the merged 2n seconds of video data into a local abnormal event folder as abnormal event video record;
s5: covering n seconds of video data in the local data buffer area with the n seconds of video data collected in the S2;
s6: s2 to S5 are repeatedly executed until the monitoring of the abnormality information is ended.
Preferably, the abnormal trigger signal in S2 is sent by the vibration acquisition module, after S1 is executed, the vibration acquisition module is powered on, and after performing clock synchronization with the video acquisition module, vibration data of the transported goods are acquired in real time, and if the vibration data exceeds a preset alarm threshold, the abnormal trigger signal is sent to the video acquisition module after t seconds are delayed, and meanwhile, an abnormal trigger signal flag is set, where t is greater than m and less than n.

According to the method for acquiring the key video information of the abnormal event in the logistics transportation process, the timestamp information contained in the abnormal trigger signal is recorded and utilized, the video information most relevant to the abnormal event is intercepted and uploaded to the remote monitoring platform, so that the most effective abnormal information can be obtained at the remote monitoring platform end at the first time, and further, emergency measures can be rapidly and accurately made

s1: the system comprises a power-on video acquisition module, a local data buffer area and a data processing module, wherein the power-on video acquisition module is used for continuously acquiring n seconds of video data of transported goods and storing the n seconds of video data into the local data buffer area, and n is preferably 10;
s2: the video acquisition module continuously acquires n seconds of video data of the transported goods, then judges whether an abnormal trigger signal exists according to the abnormal trigger signal mark, if so, executes S3, otherwise, executes S5, wherein the abnormal trigger signal is sent by the vibration acquisition module, and the abnormal trigger signal comprises corresponding timestamp information;
s3: combining the n seconds of video data collected in the S2 with the n seconds of video data in the local data buffer area, taking the timestamp information in the last abnormal trigger signal as a middle point of the combined 2n seconds of video data, respectively intercepting m seconds of video data before and after the combined 2n seconds of video data, sending the intercepted m seconds of video data to a remote monitoring platform, and clearing an abnormal trigger signal mark, wherein m is less than n, and preferably is 2.5;
s4: storing the merged 2n seconds of video data into a local abnormal event folder as abnormal event video record;
s5: covering n seconds of video data in the local data buffer area with the n seconds of video data collected in the S2;
s6: s2 to S5 are repeatedly executed until the monitoring of the abnormality information is ended.
According to the key video information acquisition method for the logistics transportation abnormal event, timestamp information contained in the abnormal trigger signal is recorded and utilized, video information most relevant to the abnormal event is intercepted and uploaded to a remote monitoring platform, so that the remote monitoring platform can obtain most effective abnormal information at the first time, and then emergency measures can be made quickly and accurately.
The abnormal triggering signal in the step S2 is sent by the vibration acquisition module, after the step S1 is executed, the vibration acquisition module is powered on, and after the vibration acquisition module and the video acquisition module are subjected to clock synchronization, vibration data of the transported goods are acquired in real time, and if the vibration data exceeds a preset alarm threshold, the abnormal triggering signal is sent to the video acquisition module after t seconds is delayed, and meanwhile, an abnormal triggering signal flag is set, where t is greater than m, less than n, and preferably 3.

The video acquisition module is in signal connection with the remote monitoring platform through the 4G network communication module 6.

s3: combining the n seconds of video data collected in the S2 with the n seconds of video data in the local data buffer area, taking the timestamp information in the last abnormal trigger signal as an intermediate point of the combined 2n seconds of video data, respectively intercepting m seconds of video data before and after the combined 2n seconds of video data, sending the m seconds of video data to a remote monitoring platform, and clearing an abnormal trigger signal mark, wherein m is less than n;
s4: storing the merged 2n seconds of video data into a local abnormal event folder as abnormal event video record;
s5: covering n seconds of video data in the local data buffer area with the n seconds of video data collected in the S2;
s6: repeatedly executing S2-S5 until the monitoring of the abnormal information is finished;
and the abnormal trigger signal in the S2 is sent by the vibration acquisition module, after the S1 is executed, the vibration acquisition module is powered on, the vibration acquisition module and the video acquisition module are subjected to clock synchronization, vibration data of the transported goods are acquired in real time, if the vibration data exceed a preset alarm threshold value, the abnormal trigger signal is sent to the video acquisition module after t seconds, and meanwhile, an abnormal trigger signal mark is set, wherein t is larger than m and smaller than n.
