When the assemblies are sorted or after the assemblies are sorted, the scanning equipment scans and acquires the identification information of each assembly, wherein the identification information is information contained in the assembly identification codes. Preferably, the product package data management means controls the sorting of the machine implemented components. And finally, generating packaging data according to the identification information and the product type code and uploading the packaging data to a remote server. Further, the wrapping module 63 includes a display module 631, a wrapping analysis module 632, and a data generation module 633,
the display module 631 is configured to obtain a product type code corresponding to a product to be packaged, and obtain and display a packaging barcode rule corresponding to the product to be input from a remote server according to the product type code;
a package analysis module 632, configured to analyze multiple component types included in the product to be packaged according to each parameter in the package barcode rule, and sort out a component corresponding to the product to be packaged according to the component types;
and the data generating module 633 is configured to scan and acquire identification information of each component, and generate package data according to the identification information.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the product packaging data management device 6 may further include a configuration module 61, a first communication module 62, a packaging module 63, and a second communication module 64. The packaging module 63 also includes a display module 631, a packaging analysis module 632, and a data generation module 633, and the functions of the modules are the same as those of the modules in the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.
The function implementation of each module in the product package data management apparatus 6 corresponds to each step in the embodiment of the product package data management method, and the function and implementation process thereof are not described in detail here.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a product packaging data management apparatus/terminal device according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the product package data management apparatus/terminal device 8 of this embodiment includes: a processor 80, a memory 81, and a computer program 82, such as a product packaging data management program, stored in the memory 81 and operable on the processor 80. The processor 80, when executing the computer program 82, implements the steps in the various product package data management method embodiments described above, such as the steps S11-S12 shown in fig. 1. Alternatively, the processor 80, when executing the computer program 82, implements the functions of each module/unit in each device embodiment described above, for example, the functions of the modules 61 to 62 shown in fig. 6.
Illustratively, the computer program 82 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units, which are stored in the memory 81 and executed by the processor 80 to implement the present invention. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions for describing the execution of the computer program 82 in the product package data management apparatus/terminal device 8. For example, the computer program 82 may be divided into a configuration module and a first communication module (module in a virtual device), and each module specifically functions as follows:
the configuration module is used for acquiring a product type code, acquiring product configuration information corresponding to a target product when the target product corresponding to the product type code is an existing product, and configuring parameters of a packaging bar code rule corresponding to the target product according to the product configuration information;
and the first communication module is used for packaging and storing the parameters contained in the packaging bar code rule of the target product and the product type code, and sending the parameters and the product type code to a remote server.
The product package data management device/terminal device 8 may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server, or other computing devices. The product packaging data management device/terminal apparatus 8 may include, but is not limited to, a processor 80, a memory 81. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that fig. 8 is merely an example of the terminal device 8, and does not constitute a limitation of the product package data management apparatus/terminal device 8, and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or different components, for example, the terminal device 8 may further include an input-output device, a network access device, a bus, etc.
The Processor 80 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 81 may be an internal storage unit of the product package data management apparatus/terminal device 8, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal device 8. The memory 81 may also be an external storage device of the product package data management apparatus/terminal device 8, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, provided on the terminal device. Further, the memory 81 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the product packaging data management apparatus/terminal device 8. The memory 81 is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the terminal device. The memory 81 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It should be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the foregoing division of the functional units and modules is only used for illustration, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules as needed, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus may be divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above described functions. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present application. For the specific working processes of the units and modules in the system, reference may be made to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein again.

Claims (7)

1. A product packaging data management method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a product type code, obtaining product configuration information corresponding to a target product when the target product corresponding to the product type code is an existing product, and configuring parameters of a packaging bar code rule corresponding to the target product according to the product configuration information, wherein the parameters of the packaging bar code rule comprise a product tracing code, a finished product identification code and an outer box identification code; the product tracing code represents an identity of the whole factory-leaving product, the finished product identification code is the identification code of each finished product component contained in the factory-leaving product, and the outer box identification code is the identification code of the outer packaging box;
packaging and storing parameters contained in the packaging bar code rule of the target product and the product type code, and sending the parameters and the product type code to a remote server;
when the target product corresponding to the product type code is judged not to be the existing product or the corresponding target product cannot be found out according to the product type code, sending an error-reporting prompt to a worker, and simultaneously inquiring whether the product type is newly established or not;
analyzing a plurality of component types contained in a product to be packaged according to each parameter in the packaging bar code rule, and sorting out components corresponding to the product to be packaged according to the component types;
acquiring a product type code corresponding to a product to be packaged, and acquiring and displaying a packaging bar code rule corresponding to the product to be packaged from a remote server according to the product type code; the method comprises the following steps of sequentially acquiring identification information corresponding to each parameter in the packaging bar code rule of the product to be packaged from scanning equipment, and generating packaging data according to the identification information, and comprises the following steps: scanning to obtain identification information of each component, and generating packaging data according to the identification information;
and uploading the packaging data to a remote server.
2. The product packaging data management method of claim 1, wherein the configuring the parameters of the packaging barcode rule corresponding to the target product according to the product configuration information comprises:
newly adding or adjusting the package bar code rule corresponding to the target product according to the product configuration information; and/or adding or deleting parameters in a packaging barcode rule corresponding to the target product according to the product configuration information.
3. A product packaging data management apparatus, comprising:
the configuration module is used for acquiring a product type code, acquiring product configuration information corresponding to a target product when the target product corresponding to the product type code is an existing product, and configuring parameters of a packaging bar code rule corresponding to the target product according to the product configuration information; parameters of the packaging bar code rule comprise a product tracing code, a finished product identification code and an outer box identification code; the product tracing code represents an identity of the whole factory-leaving product, the finished product identification code is the identification code of each finished product component contained in the factory-leaving product, and the outer box identification code is the identification code of the outer packaging box;
when the target product corresponding to the product type code is judged not to be the existing product or the corresponding target product cannot be found out according to the product type code, sending an error-reporting prompt to a worker, and simultaneously inquiring whether the product type is newly established or not;
the first communication module is used for packaging and storing the parameters contained in the packaging bar code rule of the target product and the product type code and sending the parameters and the product type code to a remote server;
the apparatus is further configured to:
analyzing a plurality of component types contained in a product to be packaged according to each parameter in the packaging bar code rule, and sorting out components corresponding to the product to be packaged according to the component types;
acquiring a product type code corresponding to a product to be packaged, and acquiring and displaying a packaging bar code rule corresponding to the product to be packaged from a remote server according to the product type code;
the method comprises the following steps of sequentially acquiring identification information corresponding to each parameter in the packaging bar code rule of the product to be packaged from scanning equipment, and generating packaging data according to the identification information, and comprises the following steps: scanning to obtain identification information of each component, and generating packaging data according to the identification information;
and uploading the packaging data to a remote server.

The product packaging data management device of claim 3, wherein the configuration module is further configured to add or adjust a package-like bar code rule corresponding to the target product according to the product configuration information; and/or adding or deleting parameters in a packaging barcode rule corresponding to the target product according to the product configuration information.

the second communication module is used for uploading the packaging data to a remote server;
the packaging module comprises a display module, a packaging analysis module and a data generation module, wherein the display module is used for acquiring a product type code corresponding to a product to be packaged, and acquiring and displaying a packaging bar code rule corresponding to the product to be packaged from a remote server according to the product type code; the package analysis module is used for analyzing a plurality of component types contained in the product to be packaged according to each parameter in the package bar code rule and sorting out components corresponding to the product to be packaged according to the component types; and the data generation module is used for scanning and acquiring the identification information of each component and generating packaging data according to the identification information.
6. A terminal device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method according to claim 1 or 2 are implemented when the processor executes the computer program.
