The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device: scanning a tool product to be detected to obtain product scanning information; controlling the tool product to be detected to be in butt joint with an adjustable port of a tool detection device according to the product scanning information; after the butt joint is determined to be completed, whether the tool product to be detected has a fault is detected through the tool detection device so as to determine whether the tool product to be detected is qualified.
Optionally, the data processing apparatus is further adapted to execute a program for initializing the following method steps when executed: opening the adjustable port to reach the maximum caliber; analyzing the product scanning information to obtain a pipe orifice diameter value of a current butt joint pipe orifice of the tool product to be detected; after the tool product to be detected is pushed to the target position, the adjustable port is reduced from the maximum caliber according to the diameter value of the pipe orifice so as to lock the current butted pipe orifice; and after the adjustable port is determined to be locked on the current butt joint pipe orifice, fixing the adjustable port in a preset mode to finish the butt joint.
Optionally, the data processing apparatus is further adapted to execute a program for initializing the following method steps when executed: carry out water detection test to water tank frock product through frock detection device, wherein, water detection examination includes following at least one: testing water pressure and water flow; and determining whether the water tank tool product has a fault or not according to the test result of the water detection test.

Claims (12)

1. A detection system, comprising:
the scanning device is used for scanning the tool product to be detected to obtain product scanning information;
the automatic telescopic device is communicated with the scanning device and is used for automatically butting the current butting pipe orifice of the tool product to be detected to an adjustable port of the tool detection device according to the product scanning information;
the tool detection device is connected with the automatic telescopic device and is used for judging whether the tool product to be detected has faults or not so as to determine whether the tool product to be detected is qualified or not,
the tool detection device comprises: the controller determines the pipe orifice information of the current butt joint pipe orifice of the tool product to be detected according to the product scanning information, and sends a butt joint instruction, wherein the pipe orifice information at least comprises: a pipe orifice diameter value; the adjustable port locks the current butt joint pipe orifice according to the pipe orifice information when the current butt joint pipe orifice is determined to reach a target position according to the butt joint instruction; and the magnetic component is arranged inside the tool detection device and used for adsorbing the adjustable port.
2. The inspection system of claim 1, wherein the adjustable port determines a nozzle diameter value of the current docking nozzle according to the nozzle information, opens a maximum diameter, and then sockets and locks the current docking nozzle.
3. The detection system of claim 1, wherein the automatic retraction device comprises:
the asynchronous motor is used for generating a first thrust corresponding to the tool product to be detected according to the product scanning information, wherein the first thrust is used for pushing the current butt joint pipe orifice to be in butt joint with the adjustable port;
and the air cylinder is used for generating a second thrust corresponding to the tool product to be detected according to the product scanning information, wherein the second thrust is used for controlling the automatic telescopic device to be in butt joint with or disconnected from the adjustable port.
4. The inspection system of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the fixture product to be inspected at least comprises: the water tank tool product is detected, when the tool product to be detected is the water tank tool product, the water tank tool product is subjected to water detection test through the tool detection device so as to judge whether the water tank tool product has at least one of the following faults: water leakage, gas leakage, and oil leakage.
5. The detection system of claim 4, further comprising:
the flowmeter is arranged in the water tank tool product and used for detecting water flow after a water detection test is started;
the pressure gauge is used for detecting the water pressure after the water detection test is started;
and the water pump is used for delivering water through the current butt joint pipe orifice after the water detection test is determined to be needed.
6. The detection system of claim 4, further comprising:
the power supply supplies power to all loads of the detection system;
and the circuit breaker is used for detecting the electric leakage of the power line of the water tank tool product and disconnecting the power transmission circuit.
7. The detection system according to claim 1, wherein the scanning device is an infrared scanning device, wherein the infrared scanning device comprises:
the infrared imaging equipment is used for scanning the tool product to be detected to obtain an infrared image;
the information processor is used for determining the product scanning information of the tool product to be detected according to the infrared image;
a recorder for recording the product scan information;
and the signal sending end is used for sending the product scanning information to the automatic telescopic device.
8. The detection system of claim 1, further comprising:
the fault processing terminal is used for sending a test result and reminding information to a target terminal after the test on the tool product to be detected is finished;
and the display screen is used for displaying the test result.
9. A control method of a detection system, comprising:
scanning a tool product to be detected to obtain product scanning information;
controlling the tool product to be detected to be in butt joint with an adjustable port of a tool detection device according to the product scanning information;
after the completion of the butt joint is determined, detecting whether the tool product to be detected has a fault through the tool detection device so as to determine whether the tool product to be detected is qualified,
controlling the step of butting the tool product to be detected and an adjustable port of a tool detection device according to the product scanning information, wherein the step comprises the following steps: opening the adjustable port to reach a maximum caliber; analyzing the product scanning information to obtain a pipe orifice diameter value of a current butt joint pipe orifice of the tool product to be detected; after the tool product to be detected is pushed to a target position, the adjustable port is reduced from the maximum caliber according to the pipe orifice diameter value so as to lock the current butt joint pipe orifice; and after the adjustable port is determined to lock the current butt joint pipe orifice, fixing the adjustable port in a preset mode to finish butt joint.
10. The control method according to claim 9, wherein when the tool product to be detected is a water tank tool product, the step of detecting whether the tool product to be detected has a fault through the tool detection device includes:
through the frock detection device is right the water tank frock product carries out the water and examines the test, wherein, the water detects the examination and includes following at least one: testing water pressure and water flow;
and determining whether the water tank tool product has a fault or not according to a test result of the water detection test.
11. A storage medium storing a program, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, controls an apparatus in which the storage medium is located to perform the control method of the detection system according to any one of claims 9 to 10.
12. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to run a program, wherein the program is configured to execute the control method of the detection system according to any one of claims 9 to 10 when running.
