and thirdly, blow molding, namely after the pre-blown bottle blank is naturally cooled, carrying out bottle blowing on the cooled pre-blown bottle blank again, wherein the blow molding comprises the following steps:
b1, performing variable-pressure preheating, namely performing variable-pressure preheating on a bottle blank of the hanging ring integrated infusion bottle subjected to pre-blowing molding, firstly preheating for 2 minutes under the pressure of 0.22Mpa at the preheating temperature of 40 ℃, then preheating for 2 minutes under the pressure of 0.09Mpa at the preheating temperature of 40 ℃, and finally preheating for 2 minutes under the pressure of 0.11Mpa at the preheating temperature of 45 ℃, and then performing pre-blowing;
b2, blowing a bottle, namely blowing the bottle blank of the preheated hanging ring integrated infusion bottle with high pressure air, wherein the pressure of the blown bottle is 1.2Mpa, the temperature of the blown bottle is 160 ℃, the first high pressure air is blown to the bottle blank for crystallization forming, the air is discharged, the second high pressure air is blown to the bottle blank for forming, and a finished product plastic bottle is obtained after the blown bottle is finished;
and fourthly, taking the bottle, demolding and taking down the obtained finished product hanging ring integrated infusion bottle to obtain the hanging ring integrated infusion bottle.
The hanging ring integrated infusion bottle manufactured in the first embodiment, the second embodiment and the third embodiment of the invention is selected to be compared with a conventional infusion bottle, and the comparison result is as follows:

as can be seen from the above table, the hanging ring integrated infusion bottle and the manufacturing method thereof according to the embodiments of the present invention are superior to conventional infusion bottles in quality evaluation, production cost, heat resistance, and stability.
The embodiment of the invention has the characteristics that: integrated into one piece between rings and the infusion bottle, no membrane gap that closes, the risk of not droing, no quality risk, the quality is high, need not the heat-sealing, removes heat-sealing's process from, has reduced the cost of labor, has reduced manufacturing cost, has reduced environmental pollution, and environmental protection is effectual, excellent in use effect does benefit to the popularization.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the infusion bottle may be replaced with an infusion bag, and is not limited to the infusion bottle.
While the invention has been shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (3)

1. A hanging ring integrated infusion bottle is characterized in that: the manufacturing method of the infusion bottle integrated with the hanging ring comprises a bottle body (10), wherein a bottle opening (10-1) is formed in the bottle body (10), the hanging ring (11) which is integrally formed with the bottle body (10) is arranged at the bottom of the bottle body (10), and the manufacturing method of the infusion bottle integrated with the hanging ring comprises the following steps:
(1) injection molding, namely performing injection molding on the mixed raw materials through a hanging ring integrated bottle blank injection mold to form a bottle blank of a hanging ring integrated infusion bottle, wherein a joint of a cavity and the hanging ring in the injection molded bottle blank is free of a mold closing seam;
(2) pre-blow molding, comprising the following steps:
a1, performing variable-pressure preheating, namely performing variable-pressure preheating on the bottle blank of the obtained hanging ring integrated infusion bottle, wherein the bottle blank is preheated at the pressure of 0.05-0.07 Mpa for 1-2 minutes at the preheating temperature of 30-40 ℃, then preheated at the pressure of 0.01-0.02 Mpa for 1-2 minutes at the preheating temperature of 32-42 ℃, and finally preheated at the pressure of 0.03-0.04 Mpa for 1-2 minutes at the preheating temperature of 35-45 ℃, and then preblowing;
a2, pre-blowing, namely pre-blowing the bottle blank of the hanging ring integrated infusion bottle obtained after preheating, wherein the pre-blowing temperature is 130-150 ℃, taking out the bottle blank after the pre-blowing is finished, placing the bottle blank on a station, naturally cooling the bottle blank to room temperature, blowing air at low pressure during the pre-blowing, wherein the pre-blowing pressure is 0.4-0.6 Mpa, blowing air at low pressure for the first time until the bottle blank is crystallized and preformed, then exhausting the air, and blowing air at low pressure for the second time until the bottle blank is preformed;
(3) blow molding, after the pre-blown bottle blank is naturally cooled, blowing the cooled pre-blown bottle blank, wherein the blow molding comprises the following steps:
b1, performing pressure swing preheating, namely preheating the bottle blank of the obtained preblowing and forming hanging ring integrated infusion bottle for 1 to 2 minutes under the pressure of 0.12 to 0.22Mpa at the preheating temperature of 30 to 40 ℃, then preheating for 1 to 2 minutes under the pressure of 0.07 to 0.09Mpa at the preheating temperature of 30 to 40 ℃, finally preheating for 1 to 2 minutes under the pressure of 0.1 to 0.11Mpa at the preheating temperature of 35 to 45 ℃, and then preblowing;
b2, blowing a bottle, namely blowing the bottle blank of the preheated hanging ring integrated infusion bottle with high pressure air, wherein the pressure of the blown bottle is 0.8 Mpa-1.2 Mpa, the temperature of the blown bottle is 140-160 ℃, the first high pressure air is blown to the bottle blank for crystallization forming, the air is discharged, the second high pressure air is blown to the bottle blank for forming, and the finished product plastic bottle is obtained after the bottle blowing is finished;
(4) and (4) taking the bottle, demolding and taking down the obtained finished product plastic bottle to obtain the hanging ring integrated infusion bottle.
2. The hanging ring integrated infusion bottle of claim 1, wherein: the hanging ring (11) is connected with the bottle body (10) through a fixing column (11-1), and the fixing column (11-1), the hanging ring (11) and the bottle body (10) are integrally formed.
3. The hanging ring integrated infusion bottle of claim 1, wherein: a notch (10-2) is formed in the bottom of the bottle body (10), and the hanging ring (11) is located in the notch (10-2).
