Abstract
本发明涉及环保型汽车用玻璃水。其中乙醇20.0‑25.0%、乙二醇1.0‑15.6%、防雾剂2.0‑6.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5‑5.0%、铜银缓蚀剂BTA 2.0‑4.2%、余量为水。本发明制备的环保型玻璃水绿色、不污染环境;具有良好的清洁性,能有效地清除挡风玻璃上黏稠物质及顽固污渍,且该玻璃水具有良好的抗腐蚀能力、抗静电和防冻性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保型汽车玻璃水。
背景技术
随着我国汽车需求量的快速增长,汽车的维护和保养已发展成为一个新兴产业。在我国北方冬季气温较低一般在零下25℃左右。因此,在汽车的挡风玻璃上易产生一层薄薄的冰晶,造成能见度低的等问题,给驾驶人员的安全驾驶带来一定的困难。当汽车的挡风玻璃上沾染黏稠液体或顽固污渍时,现有的玻璃水并不能迅速的清洗干净,因此,本领域亟需一种具有良好清洁能力的环保型玻璃水。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种环保型汽车用玻璃水,该玻璃水组成成分绿色环保、具有良好的清洁性、防腐性及防冻性。
本发明采用以下技术方案,环保型汽车用玻璃水由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
乙醇20.0-25.0%
乙二醇1.0-15.6%
防雾剂2.0-6.5%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5-5.0%
铜银缓蚀剂BTA2.0-4.2%
余量为水。
所述的防雾剂由聚丙烯酸铵、烷醇酰胺、卵磷脂、乙二醇和水按照质量比2:1:0.2:5:40组成。
优选的,所述环保型汽车用玻璃水由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
乙醇22.0%
乙二醇12.5%
防雾剂4.0%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.8%
铜银缓蚀剂BTA4.0%
余量为水。
所述的防雾剂的制备方法为:将烷醇酰胺和卵磷脂加入水中搅拌,混合均匀,再加入聚丙烯酸铵和乙二醇于55-60℃加热1-2小时。
所述的环保型汽车用玻璃水的制备方法如下:
S1.在反应釜中将水升温至75-96℃,搅拌状态下加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、铜银缓蚀剂BTA和防雾剂,转速100-200r/min,搅拌2-3h后冷却至40-55℃,得混合液;
S2.向混合液中依次加入乙二醇、乙醇于40-55℃混合均匀,得玻璃水。
在制备防雾剂的过程中,由于聚丙烯酸铵的基团特点,需要先加入烷醇酰胺和卵磷脂,再加入聚丙烯酸铵和乙二醇才能够制备得到防雾效果佳的防雾剂。在制备玻璃水的过程中,加料顺序会影响产品的综合性能,需要先加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和铜银缓蚀剂BTA。本发明涉及的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是碳链R为12-18,聚合度N=15-20的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
本发明的玻璃水组成中乙醇和乙二醇具有降低液体冰点的作用,使玻璃水具有良好的防冻性能,能很快溶解冰霜;乙二醇同时可起到润滑的作用,避免对玻璃表面产生损害,缓蚀剂BTA可以在汽车上金属部件的表面形成薄膜,保护金属免受有害介质的腐蚀;利用氨基与玻璃表面的化学结合,在其表面形成亲水薄膜,防雾剂可以防止玻璃表面形成雾滴,保证玻璃清洁度;利用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的结构特点,将其作为抗静电剂,能够显著减低汽车表面电阻,抗静电迅速、持久,可轻易消除汽车表面的静电。
本发明制备的环保型玻璃水绿色、不污染环境;具有良好的清洁性,能有效地清除挡风玻璃上黏稠物质及顽固污渍,且该玻璃水具有良好的抗腐蚀能力、抗静电和防冻性能。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例详述本发明,但不限制本发明的保护范围。如无特殊说明,本发明所采用的实验方法均为常规方法,所用实验器材、材料、试剂等均可市售获得。
实施例1
(1)按照质量比聚丙烯酸铵:烷醇酰胺:卵磷脂:乙二醇:水=2:1:0.2:5:40取料;
(2)将烷醇酰胺和卵磷脂加入水中搅拌,混合均匀,再加入聚丙烯酸铵和乙二醇于60℃加热2小时,得防雾剂;
(3)在反应釜中将水升温至80℃,搅拌状态下加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%、铜银缓蚀剂BTA4.0%和防雾剂5.0%,转速200r/min,搅拌3h后冷却至55℃,得混合液;
(4)向混合液中依次加入乙二醇15.0%、乙醇25.0%于45℃混合均匀,得玻璃水。
实施例2
(1)按照质量比聚丙烯酸铵:烷醇酰胺:卵磷脂:乙二醇:水=2:1:0.2:5:40取料;
(2)将烷醇酰胺和卵磷脂加入水中搅拌,混合均匀,再加入聚丙烯酸铵和乙二醇于60℃加热2小时,得防雾剂;
(3)在反应釜中将水升温至75℃,搅拌状态下加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.8%、铜银缓蚀剂BTA4.0%和防雾剂4.0%,转速200r/min,搅拌3h后冷却至55℃,得混合液;
(4)向混合液中依次加入乙二醇12.5%、乙醇22.0%于55℃混合均匀,得玻璃水。
实施例3
(1)按照质量比聚丙烯酸铵:烷醇酰胺:卵磷脂:乙二醇:水=2:1:0.2:5:40取料;
(2)将烷醇酰胺和卵磷脂加入水中搅拌,混合均匀,再加入聚丙烯酸铵和乙二醇于60℃加热2小时,得防雾剂;
(3)在反应釜中将水升温至75℃,搅拌状态下加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5.0%、铜银缓蚀剂BTA4.2%和防雾剂6.0%,转速200r/min,搅拌3h后冷却至55℃,得混合液;
(4)向混合液中依次加入乙二醇15.6%、乙醇25.0%于55℃混合均匀,得玻璃水。
实施例4
在反应釜中将水升温至75-96℃,搅拌状态下加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.8%、铜银缓蚀剂BTA4.0%、乙二醇12.5%、乙醇22.0%转速200r/min,搅拌3h后冷却至室温,得玻璃水。
对比例
将本发明实施例制备的玻璃水与市售某品牌玻璃水进行性能对比,结果如表1所示。将玻璃水喷在挡风玻璃上,在-25℃-35℃进行防雾试验,在-35℃进行防冻性测试;

1.一种环保型汽车用玻璃水,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
乙醇20.0-25.0%
乙二醇1.0-15.6%
防雾剂2.0-6.5%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5-5.0%
聚丙烯酸铵2.0-6.0%
铜银缓蚀剂BTA2.0-4.2%
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃水,其特征在于,所述防雾剂由聚丙烯酸铵、烷醇酰胺、卵磷脂、乙二醇和水按照质量比2:1:0.2:5:40组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃水,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
乙醇22.0%
乙二醇12.5%
防雾剂4.0%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.8%
聚丙烯酸铵5.0%
铜银缓蚀剂BTA4.0%
余量为水。
4.根据权利要求2所述的玻璃水,其特征在于,所述的防雾剂的制备方法为:将烷醇酰胺和卵磷脂加入水中搅拌,混合均匀,再加入聚丙烯酸铵和乙二醇于55-60℃加热1-2小时。
