Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of printing ink, and particularly discloses environment-friendly printing ink and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The ink is a main consumable in the printing industry and can be divided into a plurality of types according to the components and content of the ink, the application of printing stocks, the printing mode and the use method of printing equipment and the like. Most of the existing printing inks contain organic (or inorganic) solvents, pigments and the like, and do not meet the requirement of environment-friendly green printing. Nowadays, with the improvement of environmental awareness and the increasing demand for environmental protection, the ink is used as a main component of green printing, the environmental requirements for the ink are increasingly enhanced, and the amount of the printing ink suitable for environmental protection is increased year by year. Environmental protection has become the must way for the development of ink in the future. The development of the environment-friendly plant printing ink is an important measure for solving the problems, not only accords with the policy of national energy industry development, but also promotes the adjustment of the domestic plant oil industry, expands the application range of the plant oil, lightens the consumption and the import of non-renewable petroleum, also accords with the policy of the rural industry, drives the adjustment of agricultural planting structures, and has important significance.
The lacquer tree is deciduous tree or shrub of lacquer tree (Anacaraceae) genus (Toxicodendron) in the family of lacquer tree, is an important economic tree species in China, is mainly distributed in Guizhou, Sichuan, Yunnan, Hubei, Shanxi and other places, and has more than 2000 years of cultivation history from the present. The lacquer seed is fruit of lacquer tree, has high oil content, and can be extracted from lacquer seed peel and lacquer seed kernel to obtain lacquer wax and lacquer seed oil. The lacquer oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acid, wherein the content of linoleic acid is more than 60%, and the linoleic acid has the effects of regulating blood fat, resisting arteriosclerosis, reducing the morbidity and mortality of coronary heart disease and has a very high health-care function. The lacquer seed oil which is an important chemical raw material can also be used for preparing the biodiesel. According to statistics of Ministry of agriculture, the annual yield of the lacquer tree seeds in China is about 500 ten thousand tons, although the yield is very high, most lacquer seeds are not effectively utilized, and a large amount of lacquer seeds are idle and are not processed and utilized. If a part of resources of the method are processed into lacquer wax, lacquer oil and other fatty acid products, the value can be increased by about 20 to 30 million yuan each year. Therefore, the resource utilization of lacquer seeds should be highly regarded by various circles.
The lacquer seed is composed of saccharide, fiber, crude protein, fat, water and ash, and is solid oil extracted from lacquer seed skin-lacquer wax. The lacquer wax contains triglyceride, free fatty acid and free fatty alcohol. The main components and contents of fatty acid in the lacquer wax are as follows: 76.8% of palmitic acid, 16.9% of oleic acid and 6.6% of stearic acid. The lacquer wax is light yellow solid, has sticky feeling and toughness, and can be dissolved in various organic solvents such as ether, petroleum ether, turpentine and the like.
Lacquer tree seed kernel oil: the extraction rate of the oil product is 10-12% from lacquer tree seed kernels and a light yellow liquid, the linoleic acid content in the oil product is up to 60-70%, and the oil product also contains 10.53-11.3% of palmitic acid (palmitic acid), 0.25-0.34% of arachidic acid, 0.84-1.01% of palmitoleic acid, 1.46-1.59% of linolenic acid, 2.72-3.35% of stearic acid, 0.17-0.22% of arachidonic acid, 14.02-19.64% of oleic acid and 0.15-0.21% of ricinoleic acid.
The papermaking white water is waste water of a papermaking system, mainly contains a large amount of suspended matters such as fine fibers and fillers, sizing agents, preservatives, reinforcing agents and the like, and also contains a large amount of soluble colloidal substances (DCS). The indexes of dissolved COD and BOD are lower and are respectively 300-800 mg.L-1And 100 to 300 mg.L-1The content of suspended substances is higher, and the difference is larger, and is 500-3500 mg.L-1And (3) a range. The discharge amount of white water from paper making is large and the white water is discharged if not treatedNot only causes pollution to the environment, but also wastes water resources.
The substances contained in the paper machine white water include Dissolved (DS), Colloidal (CS) and Suspended Solids (SS). DS and CS are derived from fiber raw materials, water for production and various organic and inorganic additives added in the production process and applied chemicals, and SS is mainly derived from fines and fillers. Organic substances including wood degradation products, various polymers of additives, and the like; inorganic substances include various metal cations and anions such as CaCO3, talc, clay, TiO2, etc., added as a filler or coating, and aluminum sulfate, etc., added as a sizing or retention aid, a drainage aid, etc.
