技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药配方，具体涉及一种治疗高脂血症的中药组合物。
背景技术
高脂血症是指由于脂肪代谢或运转异常使血浆中一种或多种脂质高于正常的病症。高脂血症是动脉粥样硬化(AS)的首要危险因素，随着生活节奏的加快和饮食结构的改变，在AS基础上发生心脑疾病所引起的死亡率正在上升。高脂血症是常见病、多发病，它与心脑血管疾病有着十分密切的关系。改善血脂异常可防止或逆转动脉粥样硬化病变的进展。因此，降脂疗法对冠心病发病的一、二级预防有着非常重要的作用。
高脂血症是现代医学病名，中医学没有与之相对应的病名，仅在文献中有所描述，散见于“肥人”、“痰浊”、“胸痹”等症的记载之中，如，《灵枢·卫气失常》曰:“人有脂、有膏、有肉”。《灵枢·五瘾津液别》中云:“五谷之津液和合而为膏脂，内渗于骨空，补益脑髓，而下流于阴股”。张志聪刊灵枢集注》中云:“中焦之气，蒸津液化，其精微溢于外则皮肉膏肥，余于内则膏脂丰满”。由此可以认为，中医学所言之“膏脂”即是指“血脂”。同时，也说明膏脂乃人体生理组成成份之一，属津液范畴，并可与津液的其他成份相互转化。津从浊化为膏，凝则为脂。其源于水谷精微，由脾胃运化敷布，随血而循脉上下，营运全身以濡润滋养五脏六腑、四肢百骸，有注骨空、补脑髓、润肌肤之作用。一旦膏脂在体内的转输、排泄等发生异常，则化为病理性的脂浊痰湿，注入血脉，引发高脂血症。
高脂血症的高血脂即病理性膏脂，是血中之痰浊。痰之与饮，异名同类。稠浊者为痰，清稀者为饮，如张景岳俄景岳全书·痰饮》中云:“盖痰涎之化，本由水谷，使果脾强胃健如少壮者流，则随食随化，皆成气血，焉得留而为痰，唯其有能尽化而十留一二，则一二为痰矣，十留三四则三四为痰矣”。
本发明通过痰淤入手，以化瘀活血立法，随证变化施治，取得了较好疗效，长期服用后即可治愈高脂血症。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术上的问题，特提供一种效果明显、疗程较短的治疗高脂血症的中药组合物。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗高脂血症的中药组合物，所述中药组合物组分及各自重量为：首乌30克，玉竹30克，泽泻20克，丹参15克，五味子6克，决明子12克，生地12克，枸杞子15克，菊花9克，黄精12克，玄参20克，女贞子10克。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：将上述重量配比的中草药加水煎煮，每天1剂，每天分2次服用，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明的一种治疗高脂血症的中药组合物，诸味药物共用，相互协同相得益彰，共奏清热解毒，清热利湿，清热疏风，通经活血、行血消肿，活血散瘀，散结通络、散结消肿之效，诸药合用，活血化痰、通脉降脂，化瘀泄浊，祛瘀生新之功，是高脂血症的一剂良药。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗高脂血症的中药组合物，所述中药组合物组分及各自重量为：首乌30克，玉竹30克，泽泻20克，丹参15克，五味子6克，决明子12克，生地12克，枸杞子15克，菊花9克，黄精12克，玄参20克，女贞子10克。
实施例2：如果患者有高血压症状，在上述组分中加桑寄生12克，槐米15克。
实施例3：如果患者有糖尿病症状，在上述组分中加山萸肉10克，粉葛根13克。
将上述重量配比的中草药加水煎煮，每天1剂，每天分2次服用，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于高脂血症护理的药方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
50例高脂血症患者，均为一年以上高脂血症病史，患者平均年龄45±20岁(25～65岁)，符合“《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局颁布)”中的高脂血症诊断标准，全部诊断为高脂血症患者。
50例高脂血症患者全部头晕目眩、头痛、肢麻等症状。
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状消失，各项指标正常；
显效：临床症状明显减轻，部分指标正常；
无效：临床症状无明显减轻、症状加重，判定为无效。
3、治疗结果
50例高脂血症患者治疗3～4疗程后，治愈38例，治疗显效8例，无效2例。治疗总有效率为93％。
典型案例：
陈某，男性，57岁，胸骨后压榨样疼痛5小时，既往史：多发腔隙性脑梗塞，慢性肾功能不全，脂肪肝，肝多发囊肿，甲状腺结节，胆囊结石，外周动脉粥样硬化，高血压，高血脂症。过敏史：青霉素，外伤史：右下腹受伤。手术史：阑尾切除术，右疝气切除术，2000年前列腺切除术。1.3专科情况(体检)：T：36.5℃，P：76次/分，R：16次/分，BP：160/80mmHg。神志清楚，查体合作，面容、皮肤巩膜未见黄染，浅表淋巴结未触及肿大，心率76次/分，心律齐，心音正常，未闻及杂音。双肺未闻及啰音，腹软，无压痛，肝脾未触及。双下肢无水肿。生理反射存在，病理发射未引出。查体：烦躁不安，双肺呼吸音清，心率105次/分，律齐，心音低。既往有心绞痛病史。准备接受中药治疗，后服用本发明配方6剂，水煎服，每天1剂，每日2服。第二诊：疼痛略感减轻，继服12剂，三诊：疼痛基本解除，之后，为巩固治疗效果，嘱继续服用12剂。随访1年，一切正常。

1.一种治疗高脂血症的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物组分及各自重量为：首乌30克，玉竹30克，泽泻20克，丹参15克，五味子6克，决明子12克，生地12克，枸杞子15克，菊花9克，黄精12克，玄参20克，女贞子10克。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗高脂血症的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物还包括桑寄生12克，槐米15克。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗高脂血症的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物还包括山萸肉10克，粉葛根13克。
