Optionally, the diameter D3 of the horn 5 ranges from 6 to 15 mm. Alternatively, the material of the horn 5 may be stainless steel SUS304, an aluminum alloy.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, a sinking platform 22 is provided on the cover 2 to be recessed downward, and a mounting through hole is provided in the sinking platform 22, thereby facilitating the assembly of the ultrasonic transducer 3 and the horn 5. Preferably, the sinking platform 22 is located in the middle of the lid 2. Optionally, the depth H of the sinking platform 22 ranges from 8 mm to 30 mm.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the pot cover 2 includes a top plate 23 and a surrounding plate 24, the surrounding plate 24 extends downward from the periphery of the top plate 23, and the mounting seat 6 is disposed on the top plate 23 and adjacent to the surrounding plate 24, i.e. the ultrasonic transducer 3 is disposed adjacent to the formed bend of the pot cover 2. Specifically, the apron 24 and the top plate 23 are an integrally formed piece.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the diameter of the top plate 23 of the pot cover 2 is D1, the pot cover 2 is provided with a mounting region concentric with the pot cover 2, the diameter of the mounting region is D2, the mounting through hole is located in the mounting region, wherein the value of D2/D1 ranges from 0.1 to 0.5. So that energy loss of the ultrasonic transducer 3 can be avoided.
Other configurations of cooking apparatus according to embodiments of the present invention, such as exhaust devices and the like, and operations thereof, are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking apparatus, characterized by comprising:
a pan body including an inner pan;
a pot cover provided on the pot body to open or close the pot body;
the ultrasonic transducer is arranged on the pot cover, and the transmitting end of the ultrasonic transducer faces the inner pot;
the control device is arranged on the pot body or the pot cover and comprises an ultrasonic cleaning key and a timer, the control device is connected with the ultrasonic transducer, when the pot cover closes the pot body, the ultrasonic transducer is controlled to operate by the ultrasonic cleaning key in a preprocessing stage so as to reduce purine content in food materials and soup, the timer starts to time, and when the operation time of the ultrasonic transducer reaches a set time, the ultrasonic transducer stops operating;
the amplitude transformer is arranged at the transmitting end of the ultrasonic transducer;
the inner cup of pot cover is equipped with the installation through-hole, be equipped with the mount pad in the installation through-hole, become width of cloth pole pass the mount pad in order to stretch into in the inner pot, the mount pad includes: the upper section part upwards penetrates through the mounting through hole, and the lower section part is positioned on the lower surface of the inner cover;
the connecting surface between the upper section part and the lower section part is abutted to the lower surface of the inner cover so as to position the mounting seat.
2. The cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the lid has an operating area thereon, the ultrasonic cleaning key being disposed at the operating area.
3. The cooking apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an upper nut engaged with the mount and resting on the lid, and a lower nut threadedly engaged with the horn and the mount, respectively.
4. The cooking apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the horn is provided with a mounting step, the mounting step is located below the lower surface of the lid and within the mounting seat, and the lower nut abuts against the lower surface of the mounting step.
5. The cooking apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the lid is provided with a sinking platform recessed downward, and the mounting through-hole is provided in the sinking platform.
6. The cooking apparatus of claim 5, wherein the depth H of the platform ranges from 8 mm to 30 mm.
7. The cooking apparatus of claim 3, wherein the lid includes a top plate and a skirt extending downwardly from a periphery of the top plate, the mount being disposed on the top plate and adjacent to the skirt.
8. The cooking apparatus of claim 3, further comprising an upper gasket disposed between the upper nut and the lid.
9. The cooking apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a lower seal ring disposed between the mounting step and the mounting seat.
10. Cooking device according to any of claims 1-9, characterized in that the cooking device is an electric rice cooker or an electric pressure cooker.
