The invention provides unmanned vending equipment for supermarkets, which has the advantages of preventing a box door from being closed along with self inertia, fixing an anti-closing mechanism and protecting goods to be delivered, and solves the problems that the opened box door is closed together inadvertently to cause inconvenience in delivery due to the fact that the box door needs to be opened firstly when the current unmanned vending equipment is used for delivering goods, even the box door is closed due to the inertia and is easy to collide with limbs of a delivery person to cause certain potential safety hazards, in addition, when the current unmanned vending equipment is used for delivering goods, the goods generally fall directly to a goods taking chamber at the bottom of the equipment, and the goods are easy to damage due to a direct falling mode for the goods such as vegetables and fruits.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: an unmanned vending equipment for supermarket comprises a box body, the box body comprises a box door and a goods taking chamber, a fixed block is fixedly arranged at the top of an inner cavity of the box body, limit holes which are uniformly distributed are formed in the front of the fixed block, a connecting block is fixedly arranged at one side of the fixed block, a movable rod is movably sleeved at one side of the connecting block, a connecting plate fixedly sleeved with the movable rod is movably arranged in the inner cavity of the connecting block, one side of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with one end of a compression spring, the other end of the compression spring is fixedly connected with one side of the inner cavity of the connecting block, one end of the movable rod penetrates through the connecting block and is fixedly connected with a fixed frame in the fixed block, a limit rod is fixedly arranged at one side of the fixed frame, the middle part of the top end of the back of the box door is movably, fixed cover fixed mounting is at the back of chamber door, and the bottom fixed mounting of fixed cover inner chamber has the locating lever, the bottom movable mounting of fixed cover has the limiting plate, one side movable mounting of limiting plate has the thread bush, the front of box is seted up and is got the goods mouth of getting of goods room through connection, one side movable mounting who gets the goods room inner chamber has the baffle that is located and gets goods mouth one side, and gets the top fixed mounting of goods room inner chamber and have a shipment way, the bottom fixed mounting that shipment was said has the buffer board, the bottom fixed mounting of buffer board has the dead lever, and the bottom movable mounting of buffer board has buffer, one side fixed mounting who gets the goods room inner chamber has the fender goods board that is located buffer one side.
Preferably, the buffer device comprises a bottom plate, a telescopic rod is fixedly mounted on one side of the bottom plate, one end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with one side of the bottom of the inner cavity of the goods taking chamber, and a buffer spring sleeved outside the telescopic rod is fixedly mounted on one side of the bottom plate.

rod 21 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the buffer plate 20, a buffer device 22 is movably installed at the bottom of the buffer plate 20, the buffer device 22 comprises a bottom plate 221, an expansion link 222 is fixedly installed at one side of the bottom plate 221, one end of the expansion link 222 is fixedly connected with one side of the bottom of the inner cavity of the goods taking chamber 3, a buffer spring 223 sleeved outside the expansion link 222 is fixedly installed at one side of the bottom plate 221, goods sliding down from the buffer plate 20 are buffered through the buffering effect of the buffer device 22, so that the kinetic energy generated by the falling of the goods is gradually reduced, thereby reducing the possibility of goods loss, the bottom plate 221 is not in contact with the buffer plate 20 and the goods blocking plate 23, the length value of the bottom plate 221 is matched with the length value of the goods taking chamber 3, a rubber pad is movably installed at the, support commodity, guarantee simultaneously that bottom plate 221 can be to the elasticity of buffer spring 223 and freely go up and down to reset or cushion, get one side of goods room 3 inner chamber and fixedly install fender goods board 23 that is located buffer 22 one side.
The working principle is that firstly, when the unmanned vending equipment needs to replenish goods, a replenishing person opens the box door 2, rotates the threaded sleeve 16, breaks down the limit plate 15, takes out the support rod 12 from the semicircular groove on one side of the fixed sleeve 13, then inserts one end of the support rod 12 into the limit hole 5 at a required position, compresses the support rod by the limit rod 11, pulls the movable rod 7 after replenishing the goods, drives the fixed frame 10 to move, separates the limit rod 11 from the support rod 12, pulls out the support rod 12, loosens the movable rod 7, resets the movable rod 7 by the compression spring 9, then places the support rod 12 into the fixed sleeve 13, covers the limit plate 15, rotates the threaded sleeve 16 until fastening, when a user starts to use the unmanned vending equipment, goods fall out from the goods outlet channel 19, firstly pass through the buffer plate 20, arrive at the buffer device 22, are blocked by the goods blocking plate 23, finally the user takes out the goods from the goods taking port 17, and (4) finishing.
