When the server generates the graphic code, the server generates a corresponding graphic code according to the report information, wherein the graphic code comprises a display link of the report information, and the display link is used for displaying the report information; correspondingly sending the graphic code of the report information to at least one of the enterprise communication client and other enterprise communication clients; wherein, other enterprise communication clients include: enterprise communication client used by superior staff and enterprise communication client used by monitoring staff.
Based on fig. 2, the implementation method of step 204 is described in detail, and as shown in fig. 8 from step 2041 to step 2042, step 204 may be replaced by the following steps:
step 2041, the server screens out the target behavior record data marked with the user identifier in the target time period.
The behavior record data has user identifiers, which are used to indicate users of the enterprise communication client, that is, one user identifier corresponds to one user identifier.
The server determines the behavior record data marked with the same user identification as a group of target behavior record data. When at least two pieces of behavior record data are marked with different user identifications, at least two groups of target behavior record data are determined from the at least two pieces of behavior record data, and the user identifications of each piece of behavior record data in each group of target behavior record data are the same, namely each group of target record data comes from the same user identification.
Step 2042, the server performs classification statistics on the target behavior record data according to the statistical items to obtain a statistical result of the target behavior record data in the target time period.
And the server performs classification statistics on each group of target behavior record data according to the statistical items respectively to obtain a statistical result corresponding to each user identifier.
The statistical item is an item for performing statistics on the behavior record data, and optionally, the statistical item includes at least one of session times, usage duration, latest usage time, and last usage time;
the number of sessions refers to the number of sessions performed by using the enterprise communication client in a target time period; the use duration refers to the total duration of conversation or online using the enterprise communication client in a target time period; the latest use time refers to the time of using the enterprise communication client to work at the latest in a single working cycle; or the latest offline time of the enterprise communication client in a single working period; the last use time refers to the date and time of the last use of the enterprise communication client to work in the target time period.
Illustratively, the statistical items include the number of sessions, the duration of use, the latest time of use and the last time of use; counting the number of sessions, the use duration, the latest use time and the last use time of enterprise communication clients used by enterprise personnel in a certain week by taking one week as a work period; wherein, the behavior record data corresponding to a certain plum includes the following five items:
1. the type of the behavior: session/user nickname: plum for a certain/opposite party nickname: certain/initial time of week: 09: 10: 1 month and 7 days 2019;
2. the type of the behavior: session/user nickname: lie a certain/opposite nickname: certain/start time of Zhao: 13: 14:1 month and 7 days 2019;
3. the type of the behavior: session/user nickname: lie a certain/opposite nickname: certain/start time of guo: 09: 11: year 2019, month 1 and day 9;
4. the type of the behavior: session/user nickname: lie a certain/opposite nickname: certain/initial time of week: 15: 15: 1 month and 10 days 2019;
5. the type of the behavior: session/user nickname: lie a certain/opposite nickname: certain/initial time of Liu: 12: 13/date: year 2019, month 1, day 11;
the server obtains, through statistics of the five behavior data records, that the number of sessions of using the enterprise communication client in a certain week of plum is 5, the use duration is 340 minutes, the latest use time is 2019, 1, 10, 15, and the last use time is 2019, 1, 11, 13.
It should be further noted that before the server executes step 204, it is necessary to determine the enterprise to be subjected to report information push, and illustratively, referring to fig. 9, steps 301 to 302 are added before step 204, and the steps are as follows:
step 301, the server obtains an enterprise identifier list at a statistical start time point corresponding to a target time period.
The server firstly acquires an enterprise identification list corresponding to an enterprise to be reported at a starting time point for counting the behavior record data of the target time period.
And step 302, determining the enterprise to which the enterprise communication client belongs according to the enterprise identification in the m enterprises.
The behavior record data has enterprise identification, and the enterprise identification is used for indicating the enterprise to which the enterprise communication client belongs.
The enterprise identifier list includes m enterprise identifiers, and one enterprise identifier corresponds to one enterprise, so the server determines that the behavior record data of the m enterprises are to be reported. In the m enterprises, the server determines the enterprise to which the login user identification corresponding to the behavior record data belongs according to the enterprise identification of the behavior record data, wherein the user identification is logged in the enterprise communication client on the terminal.
In summary, in the method provided in this embodiment, the server may obtain the enterprise identifier list at the statistical start time point corresponding to the target time period, and then determine, among the m enterprises, the enterprise to which the enterprise communication client belongs according to the enterprise identifiers; the method provides report information service for the enterprise using the enterprise communication client, eliminates the enterprise stopping the enterprise communication client, avoids the server doing useless work, and improves the working efficiency of the server.
In addition, after step 302, the server generates a task queue according to the enterprises, and when the server needs to generate the report information of at least two enterprises in the target time period, the report information of the enterprises is generated according to the sequence of the task queue; when the report information of each enterprise in the target time period is generated respectively, the report information corresponding to each user identifier needs to be generated sequentially.
After the server generates the report information in the target time period, the server also needs to add the pushing task of the report information of the enterprise communication client to a task queue according to enterprise grouping; correspondingly sending the report information of the enterprise communication client to at least one of the enterprise communication client and other enterprise communication clients at a counting ending time point corresponding to a target time period or a counting starting time point corresponding to the next target time period;
wherein, other enterprise communication clients include: enterprise communication client used by superior staff and enterprise communication client used by monitoring staff. Because the social relation chain in the enterprise communication client is organized based on the division of the enterprise organization architecture and the upper and lower level relations, the server can inquire and determine the upper level staff of the current account and send the report information to the enterprise communication client used by the upper level staff; and the monitoring staff corresponding to the current account can be inquired and determined, and the report information is sent to the enterprise communication client used by the monitoring staff. The monitoring employee may be an employee responsible for the workflow, an employee responsible for information security, and so forth.
That is, the server generates a push task of report information corresponding to each account of an enterprise, and adds at least one push task to the task queue in sequence; and then arranging the pushing tasks according to the enterprise sequence, and pushing at a counting ending time point corresponding to the target time period or a counting starting time point corresponding to the next target time period.
For example, in the job summary session interface 31 in fig. 6, the target time period corresponding to the display link 33 is 11 months, 10 days 06:00 to 11 months, 16 days 22, and the display link 32 is a display link for the work summary of the previous week corresponding to the display link 33; the transmission time of the display link 32 is the statistical start time point "11 months 10 days 06 of the work summary corresponding to the next week: 00", and the transmission time of the display link 33 is the statistical end time point" 11 months, 16 days, 22 00 "of the work summary corresponding to this week.
As can be seen from the report information generating and displaying methods shown in fig. 2 to 9, the report information generating and displaying method provided by the present application can be divided into a portion in which the terminal interacts with the server and a portion in which the server generates the report information. As shown in fig. 10, the process of terminal interaction with the server is mainly embodied; fig. 11 mainly shows the process of generating report information by the server, which is described in detail as follows:
1. referring to fig. 10, a method for displaying report information provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown, and includes the following steps:
step 401, the terminal collects behavior record data generated during each processing operation.
The enterprise communication client is installed on the terminal, enterprise personnel generate behavior record data during processing work on the enterprise communication client, and the terminal continuously collects the behavior data records and stores the behavior data records into the cache in an accumulated mode. And after the behavior record data accumulated in one time period is reported to the background server at the reporting moment, the terminal restarts collecting and accumulatively storing a new round of behavior record data in the next time period.
Optionally, the behavioral record data includes each session that the business person has conducted on the business communication client, and a start-stop time for conducting the session.
And step 402, the terminal reports the behavior record data.
The terminal reports behavior record data accumulated in a time period to a background server through a Common Gateway Interface (CGI) at a preset reporting time.
And step 403, the background server performs data verification, exception judgment, data accumulation, data sorting and other processing on the behavior record data.
The background server performs data verification on the reported behavior record data to determine the integrity of the data; the behavior record data is judged abnormally, so that the accuracy of the data is ensured; and then, carrying out deduplication processing on the repeated behavior record data. After the series of data processing, the background server sequences the processed behavior record data and stores the behavior record data into the memory in an accumulated mode in sequence, wherein a user identifier is logged in the enterprise communication client, and the background server stores the behavior record data by taking the user identifier as a main key. Alternatively, the data ordering may be ordered by time.
And the background server performs the data processing each time after receiving the behavior record data reported by the terminal.
The background server comprises a task generating module, and when the background server is at a counting starting time point, the task generating module generates a counting task of the report information in a target time period under each user identification.
And step 404, the background server feeds back a report success notification.
And after the behavior record data is successfully uploaded, the background server feeds back a notification of successful uploading to the terminal.
Step 405, the background server adds the statistical task to the message queue module.
The background server comprises a message queue module, and the task generation module adds the statistical tasks into the task queue according to enterprise groups after generating the statistical tasks and waits for the execution of the statistical tasks.
And 406, the background server performs statistics on the behavior record data at regular time.
And respectively carrying out classification statistics on the behavior record data under each user identifier at a statistical time point before the report information is pushed. For example, statistics items such as the number of sessions, the duration of the sessions, the last time of use at the latest time of use, and the like in the target time period under each user identifier are counted from the behavior record data.
And after the background server obtains the statistical result, generating report information comprising the statistical result. Optionally, the statistical result and the famous-language alarm sentence are spliced to generate report information.
Step 407, the background server pushes the report information at regular time.
And the background server pushes the report information to the terminal at the counting starting time point or the counting finishing time point. Optionally, one user identifier corresponds to one report message, and the report message is sent to the enterprise communication client logged in with the corresponding user identifier.
And step 408, the enterprise personnel of the terminal receiving the report information performs sharing operation of the report information.
The terminal has a report information sharing function, and after the terminal receives the report information, enterprise personnel can share the report information to friends.
2. Referring to fig. 11, a method for generating report information according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown, which includes the following steps:
and step 501, updating data in units of enterprise personnel of the background server.
The enterprise personnel have a user identifier of an enterprise communication client, the background server comprises a data updating module, and the data updating module respectively updates behavior record data corresponding to each user identifier in a reported target time period.
Step 502, the background server updates the behavior record data in the target time period with enterprise personnel as a unit.
The background server also comprises a data storage module, and the data storage module accumulatively stores the updated behavior record data into the data storage module by taking the user identifier as a main key to be called.
Step 503, the background server updates the active enterprise list.
Step 504, the background server obtains the active enterprise list in the target time period.
The background server comprises a task generating module, and the task generating module is used for establishing a statistical task of report information of enterprises in the active enterprise list.
And 505, the background server delivers the statistical task.
And the task generation module adds the established statistical task to a task queue of the message queue module to wait for execution.
And step 506, the background server executes the counting task and delivers the pushing task.
And the message queue module executes the counting task and establishes a pushing task of the report information in the corresponding target time period.
And step 507, the background server acquires the behavior record data of the enterprise personnel.
The background server acquires the behavior record data in the target time period corresponding to each user identification from the data storage module, performs classification statistics on the behavior record data in the target time period corresponding to each user identification to obtain a statistical result, and generates report information according to the statistical result.
And step 508, the background server pushes report information regularly.
And the acquired server pushes the report information to the terminal at the counting starting time point or the counting finishing time point. Optionally, one user identifier corresponds to one report message, and the report message is sent to the enterprise communication client logged in with the corresponding user identifier.
Optionally, before executing the task of pushing the report information in the target time period, the background server further needs to detect whether the version of the enterprise communication client logged in with the corresponding user identifier supports the report information function. When the version of the enterprise communication client with the corresponding user identifier is logged in to support the report information function, whether the enterprise communication client is online needs to be detected. When the enterprise communication client is online, the background server pushes report information in a target time period.
Referring to fig. 12, a device for generating report information provided by an exemplary embodiment shown in the present application, the device may implement a part or all of a server through software, hardware, or a combination of the two, and the device includes: an acquisition module 601, a statistic module 602, a first determination module 603 and a generation module 604;
the acquiring module 601 is used for acquiring behavior record data recorded by an enterprise communication client;
the statistical module 602 is configured to perform classification statistics on the behavior record data in the target time period to obtain a statistical result of the behavior record data in the target time period;
a first determining module 603, configured to determine a target recommendation statement;
and a generating module 604, configured to generate report information in the target time period according to the statistical result and the target recommendation statement.
In some embodiments, the behavior record data has a user identifier indicating a user of the enterprise communication client; a statistics module 602, comprising:
the screening submodule 6021 is configured to screen target behavior record data marked with the user identifier in the target time period;
the statistic submodule 6022 is configured to perform classification statistics on the target behavior record data according to a statistic item, where the statistic item is a preset item for performing classification statistics, and obtain a statistic result of the target behavior record data in the target time period.

In some embodiments, the behavior record data has an enterprise id, and the enterprise id is used to indicate the enterprise to which the enterprise communication client belongs;

In summary, the report information generating device provided in this embodiment obtains the behavior record data of the enterprise communication client, performs classification statistics on the behavior record data in the target time period to obtain a statistical result of the behavior record data in the target time period, determines the target recommendation statement, and generates the report information in the target time period according to the statistical result and the target recommendation statement; the problems that a large amount of time of staff is consumed and the generation efficiency of report information is low due to the fact that the report information needs to be edited by staff manually are solved; the requirement of modern enterprises on automatic office is met, the generation efficiency of report information is greatly improved, and the working time of workers on the aspect of report information can be saved.
Referring to fig. 13, a display device for reporting information provided by an exemplary embodiment shown in the present application, the device may implement a part or all of a terminal through software, hardware or a combination of the two, and the device includes: a first receiving module 701, a display module 702 and a second receiving module 703;
a first receiving module 701, configured to receive report information sent by a server through a notification account, where the notification account is an account used for displaying the report information;
a display module 702, configured to display a message list of the enterprise communication client, where the message list includes a list item of report information;

In summary, the display apparatus for displaying the report information provided in this embodiment receives the report information sent by the server through the notification account; displaying a message list of the enterprise communication client, wherein the message list comprises list items of report information; receiving a trigger operation on a list item of report information; displaying a report information session interface in the enterprise communication client, wherein the report information session interface comprises a statistical result of behavior record data in a target time period and a target recommendation statement; the report information is generated by a server according to the statistical result of the behavior record data of the enterprise communication client in the target time period, manual editing of staff is not needed, and the problems that a large amount of time of the staff is consumed for editing the report information and the generation efficiency is low are solved; the requirement of modern enterprises on automatic office is met, the generation efficiency of report information is greatly improved, and the working time of workers on the aspect of report information can be saved.
Referring to fig. 14, a block diagram of a terminal 800 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown. The terminal 800 may be: a smart phone, a tablet computer, an MP3 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 3), an MP4 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 4), a notebook computer, or a desktop computer. The terminal 800 may also be referred to by other names such as user equipment, portable terminal, laptop terminal, desktop terminal, etc.
In general, the terminal 800 includes: a processor 801 and a memory 802.
The processor 801 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and so forth. The processor 801 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), and a PLA (Programmable Logic Array). The processor 801 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for Processing data in an awake state, and is also called a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 801 may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content required to be displayed on the display screen. In some embodiments, the processor 801 may further include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computing operations related to machine learning.
Memory 802 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. Memory 802 may also include high speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in memory 802 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by processor 801 to implement a method of displaying reporting information provided by method embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, the terminal 800 may further optionally include: a peripheral interface 803 and at least one peripheral. The processor 801, memory 802 and peripheral interface 803 may be connected by bus or signal lines. Various peripheral devices may be connected to peripheral interface 803 by a bus, signal line, or circuit board. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of a radio frequency circuit 804, a display 805, an audio circuit 806, a positioning component 807, and a power supply 808.
The peripheral interface 803 may be used to connect at least one peripheral device related to I/O (Input/Output) to the processor 801 and the memory 802. In some embodiments, the processor 801, memory 802, and peripheral interface 803 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, any one or two of the processor 801, the memory 802, and the peripheral interface 803 may be implemented on separate chips or circuit boards, which are not limited by this embodiment.
The Radio Frequency circuit 804 is used for receiving and transmitting RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also called electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuitry 804 communicates with communication networks and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The rf circuit 804 converts an electrical signal into an electromagnetic signal to be transmitted, or converts a received electromagnetic signal into an electrical signal. Optionally, the radio frequency circuit 804 includes: an antenna system, an RF transceiver, one or more amplifiers, a tuner, an oscillator, a digital signal processor, a codec chipset, a subscriber identity module card, and so forth. The radio frequency circuit 804 may communicate with other terminals via at least one wireless communication protocol. The wireless communication protocols include, but are not limited to: metropolitan area networks, various generation mobile communication networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G), wireless local area networks, and/or WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) networks. In some embodiments, the radio frequency circuit 804 may further include NFC (Near Field Communication) related circuits, which are not limited in this application.
The display screen 805 is used to display a UI (User Interface). The UI may include graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display 805 is a touch display, the display 805 also has the ability to capture touch signals on or above the surface of the display 805. The touch signal may be input to the processor 801 as a control signal for processing. At this point, the display 805 may also be used to provide virtual buttons and/or a virtual keyboard, also referred to as soft buttons and/or a soft keyboard. In some embodiments, the display 805 may be one, providing the front panel of the terminal 800; in other embodiments, the display 805 may be at least two, respectively disposed on different surfaces of the terminal 800 or in a foldable design; in still other embodiments, the display 805 may be a flexible display disposed on a curved surface or a folded surface of the terminal 800. Even further, the display 805 may be arranged in a non-rectangular irregular pattern, i.e., a shaped screen. The Display 805 can be made of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), and other materials.
The audio circuitry 806 may include a microphone and a speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of a user and the environment, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals to the processor 801 for processing or inputting the electric signals to the radio frequency circuit 804 to realize voice communication. For the purpose of stereo sound collection or noise reduction, a plurality of microphones may be provided at different portions of the terminal 800. The microphone may also be an array microphone or an omni-directional pick-up microphone. The speaker is used to convert electrical signals from the processor 801 or the radio frequency circuit 804 into sound waves. The loudspeaker can be a traditional film loudspeaker or a piezoelectric ceramic loudspeaker. When the speaker is a piezoelectric ceramic speaker, the speaker can be used for purposes such as converting an electric signal into a sound wave audible to a human being, or converting an electric signal into a sound wave inaudible to a human being to measure a distance. In some embodiments, the audio circuitry 806 may also include a headphone jack.
The positioning component 807 is used to locate the current geographic position of the terminal 800 for navigation or LBS (Location Based Service). The Positioning component 807 may be based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) in the united states, the beidou System in china, the graves System in russia, or the galileo System in the european union.
Power supply 808 is used to power the various components in terminal 800. The power source 808 may be alternating current, direct current, disposable batteries, or rechargeable batteries. When the power source 808 comprises a rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery may support wired or wireless charging. The rechargeable battery may also be used to support fast charge technology.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 14 is not intended to be limiting of terminal 800 and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components may be used.
Fig. 15 shows a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present application. The server is configured to implement the report information generation method provided in the above embodiment. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the server 900 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 901, a system memory 904 including a Random Access Memory (RAM) 902 and a Read Only Memory (ROM) 903, and a system bus 905 connecting the system memory 904 and the central processing unit 901. The server 900 also includes a basic input/output system (I/O system) 906 for facilitating the transfer of information between devices within the computer, and a mass storage device 907 for storing an operating system 913, application programs 914, and other program modules 915.
The basic input/output system 906 includes a display 908 for displaying information and an input device 909 such as a mouse, keyboard, etc. for user input of information. Wherein the display 908 and the input device 909 are connected to the central processing unit 901 through an input output controller 910 connected to the system bus 905. The basic input/output system 906 may also include an input/output controller 910 for receiving and processing input from a number of other devices, such as a keyboard, mouse, or electronic stylus. Similarly, input-output controller 910 also provides output to a display screen, a printer, or other type of output device.
The mass storage device 907 is connected to the central processing unit 901 through a mass storage controller (not shown) connected to the system bus 905. The mass storage device 907 and its associated computer-readable media provide non-volatile storage for the server 900. That is, the mass storage device 907 may include a computer-readable medium (not shown) such as a hard disk or CD-ROM drive.
Without loss of generality, the computer-readable media may comprise computer storage media and communication media. Computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data. Computer storage media includes RAM, ROM, EPROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other solid state storage technology, CD-ROM, DVD, or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer storage media is not limited to the foregoing. The system memory 904 and mass storage device 907 described above may be collectively referred to as memory.
The server 900 may also operate as a remote computer connected to a network via a network, such as the internet, according to various embodiments of the present application. That is, the server 900 may be connected to the network 912 through the network interface unit 911 coupled to the system bus 905, or the network interface unit 911 may be used to connect to other types of networks or remote computer systems (not shown).
The above-mentioned serial numbers of the embodiments of the present application are merely for description and do not represent the merits of the embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (14)

1. A method for generating report information, the method comprising:
acquiring behavior record data recorded by an enterprise communication client;
acquiring an enterprise identification list at a statistical starting time point corresponding to a target time period;
if the enterprise to which the enterprise communication client belongs to the enterprise included in the enterprise identification list, performing classified statistics on the behavior record data in the target time period to obtain a statistical result of the behavior record data in the target time period; wherein the statistical result comprises at least one of session times, use duration, latest use time and last use time;
determining a target recommendation statement from at least two preset recommendation statements according to one of the conversation times, the use duration and the latest use time; the preset at least two recommendation sentences are divided into a first group of recommendation sentences and a second group of recommendation sentences; when the number of sessions exceeds a number threshold, the target recommended sentence is determined from the attention-related nameplate sentences contained in the first group of recommended sentences, and when the number of sessions does not exceed the number threshold, the target recommended sentence is determined from the attention-related nameplate sentences contained in the second group of recommended sentences; when the use duration exceeds a duration threshold or the latest use time exceeds a preset time, the target recommended sentence is determined from the famous language sentences which are contained in the first group of recommended sentences and are related to the physical health, and when the use duration does not exceed the duration threshold or the latest use time does not exceed the preset time, the target recommended sentence is determined from the famous language sentences which are contained in the second group of recommended sentences and are not related to the physical health;
and generating the report information in the target time period according to the statistical result and the target recommendation statement.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the behavioral record data has a user identifier indicating a user of the corporate client;
the classifying and counting the behavior record data in the target time period to obtain the statistical result of the behavior record data in the target time period includes:
screening out target behavior record data marked with the user identification in the target time period;
and carrying out classification statistics on the target behavior record data according to statistical items to obtain a statistical result of the target behavior record data in the target time period.
3. The method of claim 2,
the conversation times refer to the times of conversation by using the enterprise communication client in the target time period;
the service time refers to the total time for using the enterprise communication client to carry out conversation or online in the target time period;
the latest use time refers to the time of working by using the enterprise communication client terminal at the latest in a single working cycle; or the latest offline time of the enterprise communication client in a single working period;
the last use time refers to the date and time of the last use of the enterprise communication client to work in the target time period.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after generating the report information in the target time period according to the statistical result and the target recommendation statement, the method further comprises:
adding the pushing tasks of the report information of the enterprise communication client into a task queue according to the enterprise grouping;
correspondingly sending the report information of the enterprise communication client to at least one of the enterprise communication client and other enterprise communication clients at a statistical ending time point corresponding to the target time period or a statistical starting time point corresponding to the next target time period;
wherein, the other enterprise communication clients include: enterprise communication client used by superior staff and enterprise communication client used by monitoring staff.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after generating the report information in the target time period according to the statistical result and the target recommendation statement, the method further comprises:
generating a corresponding graphic code according to the report information, wherein the graphic code comprises a display link of the report information, and the display link is used for displaying the report information;
correspondingly sending the graphic code of the report information to at least one of the enterprise communication client and other enterprise communication clients;
wherein, the other enterprise communication clients include: enterprise communication client terminals used by superior employees and enterprise communication client terminals used by monitoring employees.
6. A display method of report information is applied to a terminal provided with an enterprise communication client, and comprises the following steps:
receiving the report information sent by a server through a notification account, wherein the notification account is an account used for displaying the report information; the enterprise to which the enterprise communication client belongs to an enterprise included in an enterprise identification list acquired by the server at a statistical starting time point corresponding to a target time period;
displaying a message list of the enterprise communication client, wherein the message list comprises list items of the report information;
receiving a trigger operation on the list item of the report information, wherein the trigger operation is used for displaying a report information conversation interface;
displaying the report information session interface in the enterprise communication client, wherein the report information session interface comprises a statistical result of behavior record data in a target time period and a target recommendation statement; wherein the statistical result comprises at least one of session times, use duration, latest use time and last use time; the target recommendation statement is divided into a first group of recommendation statements and a second group of recommendation statements from at least two preset recommendation statements according to one of the conversation times, the use duration and the latest use time; when the number of sessions exceeds a number threshold, the target recommended sentence is determined from the attention-related nameplate sentences contained in the first group of recommended sentences, and when the number of sessions does not exceed the number threshold, the target recommended sentence is determined from the attention-related nameplate sentences contained in the second group of recommended sentences; when the usage duration exceeds a duration threshold or the latest usage time exceeds a preset time, the target recommended sentence is determined from the famous language sentences which are contained in the first group of recommended sentences and are related to the physical health, and when the usage duration does not exceed the duration threshold or the latest usage time does not exceed the preset time, the target recommended sentence is determined from the famous language sentences which are contained in the second group of recommended sentences and are not related to the physical health.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the report information is displayed on the report information session interface in the form of a card, the card including a share button control thereon;
after the report information session interface is displayed in the enterprise communication client, the method further includes:
receiving a sharing operation triggered on the sharing button control;
and displaying at least one sharing mode on the terminal according to the sharing operation.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after displaying the report information session interface in the corporate client, comprising:
and displaying a graphic code corresponding to the report information on the report information session interface, wherein the graphic code comprises a display link of the report information, and the display link is used for displaying the report information.
9. The method according to any one of claims 6 to 8,
the conversation times refer to the times of conversation by using the enterprise communication client in the target time period;
the service time refers to the total time for using the enterprise communication client to carry out conversation or online in the target time period;
the latest use time refers to the time of using the enterprise communication client terminal to work at the latest in a single working cycle; or the latest offline time of the enterprise communication client in a single working period;
the last use time refers to the date and time of the last use of the enterprise communication client to work in the target time period.
10. An apparatus for generating report information, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring behavior record data of the enterprise communication client;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring an enterprise identification list at a statistical starting time point corresponding to a target time period;
the statistical module is used for carrying out classified statistics on the behavior record data in the target time period to obtain a statistical result of the behavior record data in the target time period if the enterprise to which the enterprise communication client belongs to the enterprises included in the enterprise identification list; wherein the statistical result comprises at least one of session times, use duration, latest use time and last use time;
the screening module is used for determining a target recommendation statement from at least two preset recommendation statements according to one of the conversation times, the using time length and the latest using time; the preset at least two recommendation sentences are divided into a first group of recommendation sentences and a second group of recommendation sentences; when the number of sessions exceeds a number threshold, the target recommended sentence is determined from the attention-related nameplate sentences contained in the first group of recommended sentences, and when the number of sessions does not exceed the number threshold, the target recommended sentence is determined from the attention-related nameplate sentences contained in the second group of recommended sentences; when the use duration exceeds a duration threshold or the latest use time exceeds a preset time, the target recommended sentence is determined from the famous language sentences which are contained in the first group of recommended sentences and are related to the physical health, and when the use duration does not exceed the duration threshold or the latest use time does not exceed the preset time, the target recommended sentence is determined from the famous language sentences which are contained in the second group of recommended sentences and are not related to the physical health;
and the generating module is used for generating report information in the target time period according to the statistical result and the target recommendation statement.
11. A display device for reporting information, the device comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the report information sent by the server through a notification account, wherein the notification account is an account used for displaying the report information; the enterprise to which the enterprise communication client belongs to an enterprise included in an enterprise identification list acquired by the server at a statistical starting time point corresponding to a target time period;
the display module is used for displaying a message list of the enterprise communication client, wherein the message list comprises list items of the report information;
a second receiving module, configured to receive a trigger operation on the list item of the report information, where the trigger operation is used to display a report information session interface;
the display module is further configured to display the report information session interface in the enterprise communication client, where the report information session interface includes a statistical result of behavior record data in a target time period and a target recommendation statement; wherein the statistical result comprises at least one of session times, use duration, latest use time and last use time; the target recommendation statement is divided into a first group of recommendation statements and a second group of recommendation statements from at least two preset recommendation statements according to one of the conversation times, the use duration and the latest use time; when the number of sessions exceeds a number threshold, the target recommended sentence is determined from the attention-related nameplate sentences contained in the first group of recommended sentences, and when the number of sessions does not exceed the number threshold, the target recommended sentence is determined from the attention-related nameplate sentences contained in the second group of recommended sentences; when the use time length exceeds a time length threshold value or the latest use time exceeds a preset time, the target recommended sentence is determined from the namese warnings related to the physical health contained in the first group of recommended sentences, and when the use time length does not exceed the time length threshold value or the latest use time does not exceed the preset time, the target recommended sentence is determined from the namese warnings related to the physical health contained in the second group of recommended sentences.
12. A server, characterized in that the server comprises:
a memory;
a processor coupled to the memory;
wherein the processor is configured to load and execute executable instructions to implement the method of generating report information according to any of claims 1 to 5.
13. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
a memory;
a processor coupled to the memory;
wherein the processor is configured to load and execute executable instructions to implement the method of displaying report information according to any one of claims 6 to 9.

A computer-readable storage medium, wherein at least one program is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer-readable storage medium is applied to a server, the at least one program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the report information generation method according to any one of claims 1 to 5; when the computer-readable storage medium is applied to a terminal, the at least one program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the method for displaying the report information according to any one of claims 6 to 9.
