When the movable pressing plate 4 is ejected to the opening position, the acting force on the two rotating members 6 is removed, and at this time, the two rotating members 6 are switched to the hooking position again under the action of the torsion spring 7. After the sanding plate 1 and the light blocking leaves 2 are cleaned, replaced or adjusted, the movable pressing plate 4 is pressed, the movable pressing plate 4 can drive the two sliding rods 5 to move downwards, and when the first hooks of the sliding rods 5 are contacted with the second hooks of the rotating pieces 6, the inclined guide surfaces of the first hooks and the second hooks can generate component force effects on acting force applied to the movable pressing plate 4, so that the two rotating pieces 6 can rotate outwards. When the two first hooks pass over the second hooks, the rotating piece 6 can be switched to the hooking position again under the action of the torsion spring 7, and the first hooks and the second hooks are hooked mutually at the moment, so that the upward movement of the two sliding rods 5 is limited, and the movable pressing plate 4 is used for press-fitting and fixing the sanding plate 1 and the light blocking leaves 2 on the end cover 3.
