The invention is applied to the printing technology aspect of a combined intaglio rotary press, and mainly aims to solve the problems that the prior combined intaglio rotary press has discontinuous ink bars when printing due to the fact that ink is accumulated in gaps beside a running-in side after the printing press is used for a long time due to the structural installation precision, and the yield of printed products is greatly influenced;
the ink box cleaning mechanism is developed, so that leaked ink in an inking device in a printing machine due to long-term use can be cleaned, in order to prevent ink marks from being dried and blocked to form pasty ink substances to influence the operation of other parts of the printing machine, the ink box cleaning mechanism adopts a timed operation mode to clean gaps of the ink box, and a unique V-shaped scraper head of a scraper is attached to a groove gap of the ink box to scrape the ink and collect the ink into an ink collecting cavity for uniform discharge, so that ink bars can be prevented from being generated due to ink accumulation, ink residues can be collected, and the production environment can be prevented from being polluted.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the present invention provides a combined intaglio rotary press, which comprises: the ink cartridge cleaning mechanism 424 is composed of a scraper 424a, a drainage groove 424b, a humidifying pad seat 424c, a stirring blade 424d, a negative pressure ring 424e, a casing 424f, a mixing cavity 424g, an ink collecting cavity 424h, a pressure increasing valve 424i and a discharging valve 424j, the scraper 424a is communicated with the drainage groove 424b, the drainage groove 424b is simultaneously connected with the humidifying pad seat 424c and the stirring blade 424d, the negative pressure ring 424e is arranged at the bottom of the stirring blade 424d, the negative pressure ring 424e is communicated with the ink collecting cavity 424h through the mixing cavity 424g, the ink collecting cavity 424h is connected with the pressure increasing valve 424i and the discharging valve 424j, the casing 424f is arranged outside the ink collecting cavity 424h, the leaked ink can be scraped to the drainage groove 424b by the scraper 424a in the moving process, the ink stain in the drainage groove 424b is treated by the humidifying pad seat 424c to avoid drying, and the ink stain can smoothly enter the mixing cavity 424h under the action force of the negative pressure ring 424e through the stirring blade 424d and the stirring blade 424d in the downward conveying process, it is discharged to the position of the purge valve 424j by the repulsive force of the pressure-increasing valve 424i until it is completely discharged.
