Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of infant care, in particular to an infant phototherapy device suitable for families.
Background
The infant phototherapy device (natural light and artificial lighting) used in the present household is simply to place the lighting device in the range of the light which the infant can contact or directly contact the natural light, and such a scheme is quite common in the present household, but in actual operation, a plurality of technical problems are also highlighted:
1. because the baby needs to be illuminated by the light body, and the position where the baby contacts the illumination cannot be sealed or needs to be directly illuminated in the house in sufficient space, the local temperature around the baby cannot be strictly controlled (the proper temperature for the illumination of the newborn baby is 28-32 ℃), and the infant is easy to get high fever;

3. when the infant is in illumination, the eye shade is worn in the traditional way, but most of the products are soft, light and thin textiles, and are not easy to clean and disinfect. If the eye masks need to be replaced, the price of each eye mask is 15-25 yuan, and the illumination time of infants is long (calculated by 7 days on average, the cost of about 200 yuan is also required), if the eye masks are not replaced in time due to the cost problem, the eye masks are easy to damage and stain, and the standard of cleaning and nursing of infants is greatly reduced. In addition, the instinctive reaction of the infant has contradiction to the eye shielding object, once the eye shielding object is broken off by scratching of the infant when the professional blue light spectrum is used, the eye is easily in direct contact with low-wave blue light with the wavelength of 400-460 nanometers, the retina is damaged by the low-wave blue light, and a certain use risk exists.

The application aims to provide an infant phototherapy device which is novel in structure, convenient to install and suitable for family use.

an air inlet is formed in one side, close to the heating assembly, of the wind deflector assembly;
the wind of the heating component blows to the shading baffle component through the air inlet;
during phototherapy, natural light irradiates into the wind shield assembly through the upper end open structure of the wind shield assembly, or the illumination assembly irradiates into the wind shield assembly through the upper end open structure of the wind shield assembly.
Further, the wind deflector assembly comprises side plates which are oppositely arranged, and a rear baffle plate which is arranged at the rear sides of the two side plates;
the side plates and the rear baffle plate form a chamber inside, and an infant is laid in the chamber;
the upper end of the rear baffle is provided with an air inlet;
the side plate is formed into an opening portion at one side opposite to the tailgate, and the baby's head is placed at the opening portion.
Further, the heating assembly includes a heating device, and a first support assembly supporting the heating device at a tailgate of the wind deflector assembly;
an air outlet of the heating device faces the air inlet and faces the shading baffle assembly to air;
the first support assembly comprises a first support rod, the lower end of the first support rod is fixedly installed with an external mechanism through a first fastener, a first clamp is formed at the upper end of the first support rod, and the heating equipment is assembled at the upper end of the first support rod through the first clamp.
Further, the light shielding plate assembly includes a light shielding plate, and a second support assembly supporting the light shielding plate to the opening portion;

the phototherapy apparatus further includes:
the heating component is integrated on one side of the wind shield component 1 opposite to the shading baffle component; and
an illumination assembly 2 adjacent to the heating assembly and disposed above the wind deflector assembly 1;
an air inlet 103 is formed on one side of the wind deflector assembly 1 close to the heating assembly;
the wind of the heating component blows to the shading baffle component through the air inlet 103;
during phototherapy, natural light irradiates into the wind deflector assembly 1 through the upper end opening structure of the wind deflector assembly 1, or the illumination assembly irradiates into the wind deflector assembly 1 through the upper end opening structure of the wind deflector assembly 1.
Specifically, the present embodiment discloses an infant phototherapy device with novel structure and suitable for home use, so called phototherapy has been described in detail in the background art, and for infants, exposure to natural light or spectrum can make them healthier and beneficial to their growth, so the illumination mode of the present embodiment is generally divided into the above two types, namely, the first is natural light, and the second is illumination device spectrum illumination; in order to ensure that the ambient temperature of the baby's body is more suitable for the baby to stay for a long time, the wind deflector assembly 1 is designed, and the wind deflector assembly 1 is formed into a structure with an open upper end and an open side (the lower part is closed by articles such as a bed, and the lower part is the position of the baby's body), so that the upper part of the wind deflector assembly 1 can not influence the illumination to irradiate into the wind deflector assembly 1, thereby ensuring the normal phototherapy.
Preferably, the wind deflector assembly 1 in this embodiment includes opposite side plates 101 and a rear baffle 102 mounted on the rear side of the two side plates 101;
the side plate 101 and the rear baffle 102 form a chamber inside which the baby lies;
the upper end of the rear baffle 102 is provided with an air inlet 103;
the side plate 101 is formed as an open portion at which the infant's head is placed, on the side opposite to the tailgate 102.
Firstly, the structure of the wind deflector assembly 1 is specifically limited, in order to form an open structure at the upper end and one side, the wind deflector assembly 1 mainly adopts paper boards which can be mutually spliced, the splicing mode can be to form grooves on the paper boards, then the connected paper boards are formed with bulges, and the bulges are directly inserted into the grooves, so that the three can be easily connected into a whole. When in use, the wind deflector assembly 1 is internally provided with a cavity, and meanwhile, the wind deflector assembly 1 is directly arranged at the position of a bed body, a balcony, a bay window and the like, and the size specification of the wind deflector assembly 1 can be freely changed and selected according to the actual infant body shape. The three-sided closed structure formed by the wind shield assembly 1 is provided with an upper opening for illumination, and an opening on one side is mainly formed by placing the head of an infant at the position, meanwhile, the light shield baffle assembly and the three-sided closed wind shield assembly 1 form a similar closed box structure, and after the heating equipment 301 blows hot air inwards, the formed hot air can form a circulation of a limited space in the cavity, so that the temperature suitable for the long-time position of the infant is kept in the whole cavity all the time. Meanwhile, the air inlet 103 is formed in the upper end of the rear baffle 102, so that hot air of the heating assembly can enter the cavity from the air inlet and can circulate in the cavity once blown on the light shielding baffle assembly, and therefore, the design of the wind shielding plate assembly 1 is obviously superior to any structure in the prior art, and the wind shielding plate assembly has good practicability.
Preferably, the heating assembly comprises a heating device 301, and a first support assembly for supporting the heating device 301 at the tailgate 102 of the wind deflector assembly 1; the air outlet of the heating device 301 faces the air inlet 103 and faces the shading baffle assembly to discharge air;
the first support assembly includes a first support bar 302, a lower end of the first support bar 302 is fixedly installed to an external mechanism through a first fastener 304, a first clamp 303 is formed at an upper end of the first support bar 302, and the heating apparatus 301 is assembled to an upper end of the first support bar 302 through the first clamp 303.
Firstly, the first support component of the embodiment is a support structure for fixing the heating device 301 at the rear baffle 102, in order to adapt to an external mechanism and the heating device 301 at the upper end, the embodiment selects a first support rod 302 at the position of a solid iron pipe with phi 50mm, meanwhile, the lower end of the first support rod 302 is fixedly connected with a bed body or other external structures by using a screw type fixing clamp capable of adjusting the opening size, and a first clamp 303 is mounted at the upper end of the first support rod 302, so as to realize adjustable angle and quick clamping, the first clamp 303 of the embodiment is most preferably a butterfly clamp, which is quite common in the clamp field, and has good clamping effect. The angle adjustment of the first fixture 303 may be to movably connect the first fixture 303 to the upper end of the first support rod 302 by using a rotating shaft, or other structures capable of adjusting the angle, which is not a main direction of research, so that details thereof are not repeated.
The light shielding plate assembly includes a light shielding plate 401, and a second support assembly supporting the light shielding plate 401 at the opening portion;
the second support assembly includes a second support bar 402, the lower end of the second support bar 402 is fixed to an external mechanism by a second fastener 404, a second clamp 403 is formed at the upper end of the second support bar 402, and the light shielding plate 401 is assembled to the upper end of the second support bar 402 by the second clamp 404.
Similar to the first supporting component, the second supporting component is also constructed by using an iron pipe as a support, then a screw type fixing clip similar to the first fastening piece 304 is also designed at the lower end of the second supporting rod 402 to be assembled and fixed with an external mechanism, and a butterfly clip is also designed at the upper end of the second supporting rod 402 as a second clip 403 for clamping the light shielding plate. Because the structures and the use principles of the first support component and the second support component are basically consistent, the description thereof is omitted.
Preferably, the side plate 101 and the back plate 102 are each paper plates having a thickness of 3 mm.
Preferably, the light shielding plate 401 is a dark light shielding plate with a thickness of 2 mm.
The paper board specification selection and the light shielding plate 401 specification selection can be properly adjusted according to actual needs, such as thickness, color and the like, and can be freely selected, however, for the light shielding plate 401, a dark light shielding plate is necessarily required, and meanwhile, the environment-friendly paper board is selected as far as possible in consideration of physical and psychological health problems of infants.
The shading baffle 401 is utilized to shade the face of the infant, so that not only can the illumination be prevented from directly irradiating the eyes of the infant, but also the infant can be prevented from being scratched due to discomfort, and the infant face shading device has good practicability.
In the technical scheme, the household infant phototherapy device provided by the application has the following beneficial effects:
the phototherapy device realizes local small-space temperature regulation and control, saves energy, is suitable for long-time phototherapy of infants, and has good practicability;
the wind shield component and the shading baffle component of the phototherapy device form a similar closed space, so that the exhaust air of the heating equipment 301 can form circulation of a limited space in the similar closed space, the temperature of the environment where the baby is located is further improved, and the risk of illness of the baby is reduced;
aiming at the specificity of the baby, the shading baffle assembly capable of shading the face of the baby is specially designed, so that the direct irradiation of illumination to the eyes of the baby is avoided, and the physical and mental health of the baby is further protected.

the phototherapy apparatus further includes:
the heating assembly is integrated on one side of the wind shield assembly (1) opposite to the shading baffle assembly; and
an illumination assembly (2) adjacent to the heating assembly and positioned above the wind deflector assembly (1);
an air inlet (103) is formed in one side, close to the heating assembly, of the wind deflector assembly (1);
the wind of the heating component is blown to the shading baffle component through the air inlet (103);
during phototherapy, natural light irradiates into the wind deflector assembly (1) through an upper end opening structure of the wind deflector assembly (1), or the illumination assembly irradiates into the wind deflector assembly (1) through an upper end opening structure of the wind deflector assembly (1);
the wind deflector assembly (1) adopts paper boards which can be mutually spliced, and the wind deflector assembly (1) comprises side boards (101) which are oppositely arranged and a rear baffle (102) which is arranged at the rear sides of the two side boards (101);
the side plate (101) and the rear baffle (102) form a chamber inside, and an infant is laid in the chamber;
an air inlet (103) is formed in the upper end of the rear baffle (102);
the side plate (101) is formed into an opening part at one side opposite to the rear baffle plate (102), and the baby head is arranged at the opening part;
