Background
The lacrimal passage irrigation is a conventional diagnosis and treatment means of ophthalmology, is suitable for preoperative treatment of all patients with ophthalmologic operations and diagnosis and treatment of patients with lacrimal passage diseases, and needs to use a special lacrimal passage irrigator to enter lacrimal canaliculus from a lacrimal punctum and use normal saline or medicaments to irrigate the lacrimal passage. At present, a common direct insertion type interface is arranged between a lacrimal passage flushing needle and an injector, adverse events that the lacrimal passage flushing needle is separated from the injector can occur when the lacrimal passage is blocked or the pressure is increased, and similar adverse events occur for a plurality of times in clinic, which seriously threaten the safety of patients and operators, the punctum is positioned at the inner canthus of the lower eyelid, and if the flushing needle is separated, the eyes of the patients are easily injured, and the operators are easily injured; after the washing needle is pulled out, the washing liquid is splashed out, which brings the risk of infection. In addition, the existing flushing needle is connected with the injector by adopting a threaded structure, but the flushing needle needs to stretch into the lacrimal passage in the using process, the threaded structure enables the flushing needle to generate rotary deviation easily in the stretching and operating processes, and the flushing needle is inconvenient to replace by adopting the threaded structure.
The prior patent of the invention with the application number of 201710528559.5 and the name of 'a locking type lacrimal passage flusher and an installation and disassembly method thereof' fixes a retaining sleeve through a locking mechanism, so that the front end surface of the retaining sleeve tightly props against the rear end surface of a needle sleeve, and a positioning block in the needle sleeve moves to the front end of a limiting groove, thereby completely locking the needle sleeve, and preventing the needle sleeve from rotating along the circumferential direction and moving along the axial direction. However, the structure is complex, and the needle guard and the retaining sleeve need to be assembled and disassembled in multiple steps, so that the needle guard and the retaining sleeve need to be assembled and disassembled respectively, and the assembly and disassembly are troublesome, and therefore, improvement is needed.

Therefore, the circumferential locking mechanism and the axial locking mechanism with different structures can be selected to be combined according to actual needs, and the mouthpiece with the thread structure can also be matched with the needle sleeve with the traditional thread structure for use.
In the above easy-to-use lacrimal passage irrigator, when the circumferential locking mechanism comprises a limiting groove located on the outer wall of the interface tube and the axial locking mechanism comprises an engaging groove and a locking groove located on the outer wall of the interface tube, the limiting groove is the front section part of the engaging groove.

A method of installation and removal for an easy-to-use lacrimal passage irrigator, comprising:

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in figures 1-3, the invention relates to an easy-to-use lacrimal passage flusher, which comprises an injector 1, wherein the front end of the injector 1 is provided with a circular tube-shaped mouthpiece 11 communicated with the inside of the injector 1, and also comprises a flushing needle, the flushing needle comprises a sleeve-shaped needle sleeve 2 and a hollow needle tube 21 connected with the front end of the needle sleeve 2, and also comprises a lock sleeve 3 with the rear end inner diameter smaller than the front end inner diameter, the front end of the lock sleeve 3 is movably sleeved on the outer wall of the needle sleeve 2, the outer wall of the needle sleeve 2 and the inner wall of the front end of the lock sleeve 3 are mutually matched circular sleeve-shaped structures, the outer wall of the needle sleeve 2 is provided with a chute 22, the chute 22 is a circular ring or arc shape arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the needle sleeve 2, the inner wall of the front end of the lock sleeve 3 is provided with a slide block 31 slidably positioned on the chute 22, the rear ends of the needle sleeve 2 and the lock sleeve 3 are matched and sleeved on the mouthpiece 11 together, the mouthpiece 11 and the needle sleeve 2 are relatively fixed in the circumferential direction through a circumferential locking mechanism, the lock sleeve 3 can rotate in the circumferential direction of the needle sleeve 2, the mouthpiece 11 and the rear end of the lock sleeve 3 are relatively fixed in the axial direction through an axial locking mechanism, and the needle sleeve 2 and the mouthpiece 11 are relatively fixed in the axial direction through the lock sleeve 3.
Further, the circumferential locking mechanism comprises an outer wall of the mouthpiece 11 in a regular polygon sleeve-shaped structure and an inner wall of the needle sleeve 2 which is matched with the outer wall of the mouthpiece 11 and is in a regular polygon sleeve-shaped structure; or the circumferential locking mechanism comprises a spline groove which is positioned on the outer wall of the joint pipe 11 and the groove length of which is arranged along the axial direction of the joint pipe 11, and spline teeth which are positioned on the inner wall of the needle sleeve 2 and matched with the spline groove; or the circumferential locking mechanism comprises a limiting groove 12 which is positioned on the outer wall of the mouthpiece 11 and is axially arranged along the mouthpiece 11 in the length direction, and a limiting block 23 which is positioned on the inner wall of the needle sleeve 2 and is slidably positioned on the limiting groove 12, and the front end of the limiting groove 12 is positioned at the front end of the mouthpiece 11. The axial locking mechanism comprises external threads and internal threads which are respectively arranged on the outer wall of the mouthpiece 11 and the inner wall of the rear end of the lock sleeve 3 and are matched with each other, and the sliding groove 22 is in a ring shape and is arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the needle sleeve 2; or the axial locking mechanism comprises a connecting groove 13 which is positioned on the outer wall of the mouthpiece 11 and is arranged along the axial direction of the mouthpiece 11 in the length direction, a locking groove 14 which is arranged along the circumferential direction of the mouthpiece 11 and is vertically connected with the rear end of the connecting groove 13, and a locking block 32 which is positioned on the inner wall of the rear end of the locking sleeve 3 and is slidably positioned on the locking groove 14, the front end of the connecting groove 13 is positioned at the front end of the mouthpiece 11, and the sliding groove 22 is in the shape of a circular arc which is arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the needle sleeve 2. When the circumferential locking mechanism comprises a limiting groove 12 positioned on the outer wall of the mouthpiece 11, and the axial locking mechanism comprises a connecting groove 13 and a locking groove 14 positioned on the outer wall of the mouthpiece 11, the limiting groove 12 is the front section part of the connecting groove 13. When the sliding block 31 is located at the front end or the rear end of the sliding groove 22, the limiting block 23 and the locking block 32 are aligned or staggered in the circumferential direction of the needle sleeve 2, the notch at the front end of the limiting groove 12 is of a V-shaped flaring structure, and when the sliding block 31 is located at the rear end of the sliding groove 22, the width of the notch of the limiting groove 12 is larger than the distance between the limiting block 23 and the locking block 32 in the circumferential direction of the needle sleeve 2. A one-way torsion spring is arranged between the needle sleeve 2 and the lock sleeve 3, and the one-way torsion spring twists the sliding block 31 to be positioned at the rear end of the sliding groove 22. The groove wall of the locking groove 14 near the rear end is provided with a convex projection 15, and when the locking piece 32 is located at the rear end of the locking groove 14, the projection 15 blocks one side of the locking piece 32. A seal 16 abutting against the needle hub 2 is fixed to the front end of the mouthpiece 11. The needle tube 21 is a hollow steel needle with a bent middle part.

A method for assembling and disassembling an easy-to-use lacrimal passage irrigator,
the installation method comprises the following steps: the needle sleeve 2 and the lock sleeve 3 are matched and sleeved on the interface tube 11 together, so that the limiting block 23 and the locking block 32 enter the limiting groove 12 through the notch of the limiting groove 12, after the lock sleeve 3 is pushed to be in place, the one-way torsion spring twists the sliding block 31 to be positioned at the rear end of the sliding groove 22, and the locking block 32 moves to the rear end of the locking groove 14;
the disassembling method comprises the following steps: rotating the lock sleeve 3 circumferentially around the needle hub 2 moves the lock 32 to the front of the lock groove 14, holding the syringe 1 and separating the lock sleeve 3 from the mouthpiece 11 moves the lock 32 along the engagement groove 13.
