Technical Field

Background
The basic construction of a pressure cooker is a closed steel vessel incorporating a pressure relief valve. The boiling point increases due to the liquid being at a higher pressure. The pressure cooker applies pressure to the water aiming at the physical phenomenon, so that the water can reach higher temperature without boiling, thereby accelerating the efficiency of stewing food, and achieving the purposes of saving time and energy; the pressure relief valve used in the prior pressure cooker can only achieve the purpose of discharging gas to reduce the pressure in the pressure cooker, and when the air leakage hole is blocked by food materials, the purpose of pressure relief can not be effectively and quickly achieved.

According to the technical scheme, the air release valve structure of the pressure cooker can enable the blocked food materials to be discharged in a proper space through the air release hole.
