The control console (6) controls the rotating speed of the motor (9), and the motor (9) transmits power to the fixed disc (3) through the speed reducer (10) and the bevel gear (11), so that the rotating speed of the fixed disc (3) is controlled.
The pull rod (5) is connected with the tool rest (4) through a connecting rod (12) mechanism.
