It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the flow of the method implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program instructing relevant hardware. The computer program includes program instructions, and the computer program may be stored in a storage medium, which is a computer-readable storage medium. The program instructions are executed by at least one processor in the computer system to implement the flow steps of the embodiments of the method described above.
Accordingly, the present invention also provides a storage medium. The storage medium may be a computer-readable storage medium. The storage medium stores a computer program, wherein the computer program comprises program instructions. The program instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of: obtaining subscription information from a preset database according to a subscription identifier, wherein the subscription information comprises: subscribing topic groups, wherein each group of the subscribing topic groups subscribes social account numbers of a plurality of subscribers; establishing a social group according to the social account numbers of the subscribers in the subscription topic group; and if the fact that the alarm occurs in the subscription topic group is detected, generating an alarm message according to the alarm occurring in the subscription topic group and sending the alarm message to the social group.
In an embodiment, when the processor executes the program instructions to implement the step of establishing a social group according to social accounts of subscribers in the subscription topic group, the following steps are specifically implemented: generating a social group invitation link according to the subscription topic group; sending the social group invitation link to a social account of a subscriber in the subscription topic group; and receiving an invitation accepting feedback of the social account of the subscriber and inviting the social account of the subscriber to join a social group according to the invitation accepting feedback.
In an embodiment, when the processor executes the program instructions to generate an alert message according to an alert generated according to the subscription topic group and send the alert message to the social group, the following steps are specifically implemented: generating an alarm message according to the alarm generated by the subscription topic group through a preset alarm rule; and sending the alarm message to the social group through a polling mechanism.
In an embodiment, after the processor executes the program instructions to implement the step of generating an alert message according to the alert occurring according to the subscription topic group by using a preset alert rule, the processor further implements the following steps: judging whether the alarm message belongs to the alarm message to be filtered according to a preset filtering rule; if the alarm message belongs to the alarm message to be filtered, storing the alarm message into a log; and if the alarm message does not belong to the alarm message to be filtered, adding the alarm message into a polling queue of the polling mechanism.
In an embodiment, after the step of generating an alert message according to the alert generated according to the subscription topic group by using a preset alert rule by executing the program instructions, the processor further implements the following steps: selecting the alarm message according to a preset screening rule to carry out optimization processing to obtain an emergency alarm message; and copying a preset number of the emergency alarm messages to be added into a polling queue of the polling mechanism.
The storage medium may be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, which can store various computer readable storage media.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative components and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the components and steps of the various examples have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
In the several embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative. For example, the division of each unit is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation. For example, various elements or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented.
The steps in the method of the embodiment of the invention can be sequentially adjusted, combined and deleted according to actual needs. The units in the device of the embodiment of the invention can be merged, divided and deleted according to actual needs. In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a separate product, may be stored in a storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention essentially or partially contributes to the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution can be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a terminal, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (5)

1. An alert method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps of taking a subscription identifier as a key word, taking subscription information as a key value to form a key value pair, searching the key value matched with the subscription identifier from a preset database in a traversing way according to the subscription identifier, and if the key value matched with the subscription identifier exists in the preset database, acquiring the subscription information corresponding to the key value, wherein the subscription information comprises: subscribing topic groups, wherein each group of the subscribing topic groups subscribes social account numbers of a plurality of subscribers;
generating a social group invitation link according to the subscription topic group;
calling a public service account to send the social group invitation link to a social account of a subscriber in the subscription topic group, wherein the public service account is a social account which is specially served for the subscription information, and social relations exist between the social account and all subscribers;
receiving an invitation accepting feedback of the social account of the subscriber and inviting the social account of the subscriber to join a social group according to the invitation accepting feedback;
if the fact that the alarm occurs in the subscription topic group is detected, generating an alarm message through a preset alarm rule according to the alarm occurring in the subscription topic group, wherein the preset alarm rule refers to a rule for carrying out level classification on the alarm, the alarm level carries out level division according to the severity of an event, the alarm level comprises a special level alarm, a first level alarm, a second level alarm and a third level alarm, and the special level alarm is a hardware damage type;
judging whether the alarm message belongs to the alarm message to be filtered according to a preset filtering rule;
if the alarm message belongs to the alarm message to be filtered, storing the alarm message into a log;
if the alarm message does not belong to the alarm message to be filtered, adding the alarm message into a polling queue of a polling mechanism;
inquiring whether the alarm message is generated or not according to a preset polling time interval, if the alarm message is generated, sending the alarm message to a social group, and if the alarm message is not generated, inquiring in the next polling time interval.
2. The alert method according to claim 1, after generating an alert message according to the alert occurring in the subscription topic group according to a preset alert rule, further comprising:
selecting the alarm message according to a preset screening rule to carry out optimization processing to obtain an emergency alarm message;
and copying a preset number of the emergency alarm messages to be added into a polling queue of the polling mechanism.
3. An alert device, comprising:
an obtaining unit, configured to use a subscription identifier as a keyword, use subscription information as a key value to form a key value pair, search, in a traversal manner, for a key value matching the subscription identifier from a preset database according to the subscription identifier, and if the key value matching the subscription identifier exists in the preset database, obtain subscription information corresponding to the key value, where the subscription information includes: subscribing topic groups, wherein each group of the subscribing topic groups subscribes social account numbers of a plurality of subscribers;
the first generation unit is used for generating a social group invitation link according to the subscription topic group;
a sending unit, configured to invoke a public service account to send the social group invitation link to a social account of a subscriber in the subscription topic group, where the public service account is a social account that is specifically served for the subscription information, and the social account has social relationships with all subscribers;
the invitation unit is used for receiving invitation receiving feedback of the social account of the subscriber and inviting the social account of the subscriber to join a social group according to the invitation receiving feedback;
a second generating unit, configured to generate an alarm message according to a preset alarm rule according to an alarm occurring in the subscription topic group if it is detected that the alarm occurs in the subscription topic group, where the preset alarm rule is a rule for performing level classification on an alarm, and the alarm level is classified according to the severity of an event, where the alarm level includes a super-level alarm, a first-level alarm, a second-level alarm, and a third-level alarm, and the super-level alarm is a hardware damage type;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the alarm message belongs to the alarm message to be filtered according to a preset filtering rule;
the storage unit is used for storing the alarm message into a log if the alarm message belongs to the alarm message to be filtered;
a first adding unit, configured to add the alarm message to a polling queue of a polling mechanism if the alarm message does not belong to the alarm message that needs to be filtered
And the polling unit is used for inquiring whether to generate the alarm message according to a preset polling time interval, sending the alarm message to a social group if the alarm message is generated, and inquiring in the next polling time interval if the alarm message is not generated.
4. A computer arrangement, characterized in that the computer arrangement comprises a memory having stored thereon a computer program and a processor implementing the method according to any of claims 1-2 when executing the computer program.
5. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1-2.
