3. The adjustable grout sleeve fixation apparatus of claim 1 further comprising: fixing a sleeve screw;

4. The adjustable grout sleeve fixation apparatus of claim 1 wherein the first fixed stiffener plate, the second fixed stiffener plate, and the receiving sleeve plate are each movably connected to the first support plate and the second support plate by screws.
5. The adjustable grout sleeve fixation apparatus of claim 4 wherein said first securing stiffener plate, said second securing stiffener plate and said receiving sleeve plate are each securable to said first support plate and said second support plate by nuts.
6. The adjustable grout sleeve fixation apparatus of claim 1 further comprising: a third support plate;

9. A method of fixing a grout sleeve, characterized by using the adjustable grout sleeve fixing means of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
the first rubber sleeve is arranged in the first through holes of the first fixed reinforcing plate and the second fixed reinforcing plate, the positions of the first fixed reinforcing plate, the second fixed reinforcing plate and the bearing sleeve plate are adjusted, and the first reinforcing steel bars and the second reinforcing steel bars are fixed through the first rubber sleeve and are inserted into the sleeve arranged on the bearing sleeve plate.
