Description

Method for treating unvulcanized damaged materials of papermaking method fiber sealing material
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of crossing of rubber materials and papermaking technologies, and particularly relates to a method for treating unvulcanized damaged materials of a papermaking-method fiber sealing material.
Background
The fiber sealing material is one of key basic component materials for manufacturing various engines, vehicles and mechanical equipment, and is widely applied to sealing joints of mechanical equipment and pipeline systems in chemical industry, petroleum, electric power and the like. At present, two main manufacturing methods of the fiber sealing material comprise a rolling method and a paper making method, wherein organic solvents (benzene and toluene) harmful to human bodies are generally adopted as dispersion media in the production process of the fiber sealing material by the rolling method, and meanwhile, the problems of potential safety hazards (flammability and explosiveness) in production and VOC emission are solved; the production process of the fiber sealing material by the papermaking method takes water as a dispersion medium, and is an environment-friendly production mode. The papermaking method generally adopts two production devices, namely a cylinder wet papermaking machine and a fourdrinier paper machine, wherein the cylinder wet papermaking machine belongs to intermittent production equipment, and has low efficiency and poor product stability; the fourdrinier machine is continuous production equipment and has the advantages of higher automation degree, good product stability, high production efficiency and the like, so that a papermaking method adopting the fourdrinier machine is a main development direction for producing fiber sealing materials.
The fiber sealing material is prepared with asbestos-free or asbestos fiber, stuffing, latex and assistant as material and through compounding, forming, squeezing, drying, sulfurizing and other steps. The production process of the fiber sealing material is similar to that of conventional paper, but a certain amount of wet and dry damaged materials are generated due to relevant adjustment meeting process requirements, mechanical faults and the like in the production process, wherein the wet damaged materials are easy to be dredged in waterThe material is not difficult to be recycled because of disentangling, and the dry waste material is difficult to be recycled because the material contains high rubber content. In addition, the thickness of the fiber sealing material in the papermaking method is usually in the range of 0.30mm-1.60mm and the density is 1.00g/cm according to the application requirements3Above, and the basis weight is high compared with that of the conventional paper, and is generally 500g/m2-2500g/m2To (c) to (d); in addition, latex added in the pulp preparation of the fiber sealing material in the papermaking method can wrap the surfaces of the filler and the fibers, and once the fiber sealing material is formed and dried, the combination among the latex, the filler and the fibers in the components can be increased, and the hydrophilicity of the material can be reduced, so that the difficulty of defibering and dispersing dry damaged materials into wet pulp in water can be increased.
The technology for producing fiber sealing materials by the paper-making method of the fourdrinier machine in China is not mature enough at present, and attention is paid to the recovery and treatment of dry damaged materials, so that related research reports are few. At present, during the production process of a fiber sealing material production enterprise adopting a papermaking method, the produced waste material accounts for about 10-15% of the product, the waste material is generally accumulated on one side and directly treated as solid waste, and the treatment mode not only causes great waste, but also increases the treatment load of the solid waste and seriously reduces the economic benefit of the enterprise.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide a method for treating unvulcanized waste materials of a fiber sealing material in a papermaking method.
In order to achieve the aim, the method for treating the unvulcanized waste of the fiber sealing material by the papermaking method comprises the following steps of:
(1) shredding: the method comprises the following steps of (1) shredding or crushing unvulcanized waste materials of the fiber sealing materials of the papermaking method into sheet-shaped waste materials with irregular shapes through mechanical action, and then screening by using a jump screen;
(2) high-concentration mixing swelling: loading the screened flaky damaged materials into a mixing tank with a heating device and a high-concentration stirrer, adding clear water or paper machine white water while mixing by using the high-concentration stirrer to prepare a mixture, heating the mixture to a set temperature range by using the heating device, and continuously stirring at the temperature to ensure that the flaky damaged materials in the mixture are fully swelled in water and destroyed to become a pulp-water mixture with smaller size;
(3) high-concentration hydraulic pulping: transferring the pulp-water mixture into a high-concentration hydrapulper, adding clear water or white water of a paper machine for dilution, and then starting the high-concentration hydrapulper for pulping;
(4) high-frequency defibering: diluting the pulp treated by the high-concentration hydrapulper, and then circularly defibering the diluted pulp by using a high-frequency defibering machine;
(5) screening by a pressure screen: finally, screening the defibered slurry by using a pressure screen to prepare the recyclable pulp which is not vulcanized and damaged by the papermaking method fiber sealing material.
In the step (1), the screen aperture of the jump screen is less than phi 100 mm.
In the step (2), the concentration of the mixture is 30-60%; the set temperature range is 40-90 ℃; the stirring time is 30min-120 mim.
In the step (3), the pulping concentration is 10-25%, and the pulping time is 30-90 min.
In the step (4), the concentration of the diluted slurry is 5-15%, and the fluffing time is 30-120 min.
In the step (5), a screen cylinder in the pressure screen adopts a slotted screen with the slot width of 0.2mm-1.0mm or a hole screen with the hole diameter of 1.0mm-3.5 mm.
The method for treating the unvulcanized damaged materials of the fiber sealing material by the papermaking method is that the damaged materials are fully swelled and then mixed and defibered through mechanical action, so that the method is more suitable for materials with high quantitative and high density, such as similar sealing materials, and not only solves the problems of high treatment difficulty and damage to equipment due to single mechanical action, but also can effectively defiber the damaged materials in water to improve the yield of the damaged materials.
