In the remote maintenance system for passenger conveyor in the second embodiment, when the passenger conveyor is confirmed, in order to confirm the correctness of the passenger conveyor provided by the maintenance personnel, the system can read the actual identity information of the passenger conveyor through wireless communication, and timely verify whether the passenger conveyor wirelessly connected with the mobile terminal is correct, so as to prevent the system from confusing the information of two passenger conveyors with different types but the same initial connection password, which causes the risk of the error of maintenance work, and improve the safety of the inner-layer data of the passenger conveyor. After the identity information of the maintenance personnel and the identity information of the passenger conveying equipment are both confirmed to be correct, the APP software client 21 opens a maintenance operation interface.
EXAMPLE III
In the remote maintenance system of the passenger conveyor according to the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the mobile terminal 20 is further provided with a background data module 22;
the remote service computer 30 is provided with a password generator 31;
if the newly input passenger conveyor identity information in the temporary equipment storage area 35 is inconsistent with the prestored passenger conveyor identity information, the remote maintenance computer 30 controls the password generator 31 to regenerate a new connection password, controls the APP software host 39 to send the new connection password to the background data module 22 of the mobile terminal 20, and sends an equipment password modification request to the server 50, where the equipment password modification request includes the prestored passenger conveyor identity information and the new connection password;
the background data module 22 of the mobile terminal 20 transmits the received new connection password to the passenger conveyor 10;
the passenger conveyor 10, updating the default connection password with the new connection password, and prohibiting the mobile terminal 20 from accessing the data in the passenger conveyor;
the server 50 updates the device initial password corresponding to the pre-stored identity information of the passenger conveyor in the device information database 51 thereof with the new connection password in the received device password modification request.
In the remote maintenance system for passenger conveyor in accordance with the third embodiment, if the identity information of passenger conveyor in the temporary storage area 35 is not identical to the identity information of passenger conveyor in advance, the remote maintenance computer 30 controls the password generator 31 to regenerate a new connection password, and sends the new connection password to the background data module 22 of the mobile terminal 20 through the APP software host 39, and the background data module 22 of the mobile terminal 20 transmits the received new connection password to the passenger conveyor 10; the passenger conveyor 10 updates the default connection password with the new connection password and prohibits the mobile terminal 20 from accessing the data in its interior; the new connection password is not displayed on a device login interface of the APP software client and is only used as background data to be transferred. At the same time, the remote service computer 30 sends a device password modification request including the identification information of the passenger conveyor and the new connection password to the server 50, and the server 50 updates the device initial password of the passenger conveyor corresponding to the device password modification request in the device information database 51.
In the remote maintenance system for passenger conveyors of the third embodiment, if the identification information of the passenger conveyors in the temporary storage area 35 is not identical to the identification information of the pre-stored passenger conveyors, the remote maintenance computer 30 controls the password generator 31 to regenerate a new connection password and update the default connection password of the passenger conveyors and the device initial password of the corresponding passenger conveyors in the device information database 51 of the server 50, so as to prevent the maintenance person from unauthorized wireless communication connection with the passenger conveyors through the mobile terminal without permission of the remote maintenance computer and to privately obtain or modify the data of the passenger conveyors.

Based on the remote maintenance system of the passenger conveyor in the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, when a user inputs and submits a software upgrading requirement through a maintenance operation interface, the APP software client 21 sends a software upgrading request including identity information of a prestored passenger conveyor to the APP software host 39; if the latest version software program fed back by the APP software host side 39 is received, sending a software upgrade package containing the latest version software program to the passenger conveyor 10;
the APP software host 39, if receiving a software upgrading request sent by an APP software client 21 of a mobile terminal 20, sends a maintenance data downloading request to the server 50; if the latest version software program fed back by the server 50 is received, feeding back the latest version software program to the APP software client 21;
the server 50, after receiving a maintenance data download request sent from the APP software host 39 of the remote maintenance computer 30, enters a program upgrading process, searches whether a latest version software program of corresponding pre-stored passenger transportation equipment identity information exists in the equipment information database 51, and feeds back the latest version software program to the APP software host 39 if the latest version software program is searched;
the passenger conveyor 10 updates the original program with the latest version of the software program of the received software upgrade package.
Preferably, the remote maintenance computer 30 is further provided with a formal maintenance data storage area 36;
the APP software host side 39, if receiving the latest version of software program fed back from the server 50, also stores the latest version of software program in the official maintenance data storage area 36.
In the remote maintenance system for passenger conveyor in the fourth embodiment, when a mobile terminal user inputs and submits a software upgrading requirement through a maintenance operation interface, the APP software client 21 sends a software upgrading request including identity information of a pre-stored passenger conveyor to the APP software host 39; the remote maintenance computer 30 sends a maintenance data downloading request to the server 50 after receiving the software upgrading request through the APP software host 39, the server 50 enters a program upgrading process after receiving the maintenance data downloading request, searches whether a latest version software program of corresponding pre-stored passenger transportation equipment identity information exists in the equipment information database 51, and feeds back the latest version software program to the APP software host 39 if the latest version software program is searched; the APP software host end 39 sends the latest version software program which receives the feedback from the server 50 to the APP software client end 21; the APP software client 21 sends a software upgrade package containing the latest version software program to the passenger conveyor, and the passenger conveyor 10 overwrites the original program with the latest version program after internal decoding and unpacking processing.

Based on the remote maintenance system of the passenger conveyor in the fourth embodiment, the passenger conveyor 10 updates the original program with the latest version software program of the received software upgrade package, and sends upgrade completion information to the APP software client 21 after the update is completed;
if the APP software client 21 receives the upgrade completion information, the upgrade completion information is sent to the APP software host 39;
the APP software host 39 sends a request for closing the upgrade software to the server if receiving the upgrade completion information sent by the APP software client 21;
the server 50, if receiving a request to shut down the upgrade software, shuts down the program upgrade process and leaves an upgrade record corresponding to the pre-stored passenger conveyor identity information in the device information database 51.
Preferably, if the APP software client 21 receives the upgrade completion information, the APP software client displays a prompt message indicating that the software upgrade is successful on the maintenance operation interface.

In the remote maintenance system of a passenger conveyor according to the fourth embodiment, the remote maintenance computer 30 further includes a failure analyzer 38;
the fault analyzer 38 is configured to analyze the fault record and obtain a future major repair and maintenance report;
after receiving a software upgrading request sent by an APP software client 21 of a mobile terminal 20, the APP software host 39 also sends a passenger conveying equipment fault record downloading instruction to the APP software client 21;
after receiving the passenger conveying equipment fault record downloading instruction, the APP software client 21 reads the passenger conveying equipment fault record from the passenger conveying equipment and sends the passenger conveying equipment fault record to the APP software host 39;

In the remote maintenance system for passenger conveyor in accordance with the sixth embodiment, after receiving the software upgrade request, the remote maintenance computer 30 further sends a passenger conveyor fault record download instruction to the APP software client 21, the APP software client 21 reads the passenger conveyor fault record and sends the passenger conveyor fault record to the APP software host 39, the APP software host 39 obtains the passenger conveyor fault record and stores the passenger conveyor fault record in the formal maintenance data storage area 36, and then sends the passenger conveyor fault record to the fault analyzer 38 for analysis and obtaining a future major maintenance and maintenance report, which is sent to the APP software client 21 to remind the maintenance staff to confirm.
The remote maintenance system for the passenger conveying equipment of the sixth embodiment analyzes possible future fault points of the passenger conveying equipment by reading fault records of the passenger conveying equipment, issues important messages in time and informs maintenance personnel to confirm and eliminate the fault points in time, so that the probability of fault occurrence is reduced, the maintenance personnel can be helped to find hidden equipment hazards more quickly and timely, and the working efficiency of the maintenance personnel is improved.
EXAMPLE seven
In the remote maintenance system for passenger conveyor according to the sixth embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the mobile terminal 20 is further provided with a background data module 22;
when a maintenance worker inputs and submits maintenance completion information through a maintenance operation interface of the APP software client 21, the APP software client 21 sends a maintenance completion request to the APP software host 39;
if the APP software host 39 receives the overhaul completion request, the remote maintenance computer 30 controls the password generator 31 to regenerate a new connection password, controls the APP software host 39 to send the new connection password to the background data module 22 of the mobile terminal 20, and sends an equipment password modification request to the server 50, where the equipment password modification request includes prestored passenger transportation equipment identity information and a new connection password;
the background data module 22 of the mobile terminal 20 transmits the received new connection password to the passenger conveyor 10;
the passenger conveyor 10, updating the default connection password with the new connection password, and prohibiting the mobile terminal 20 from accessing the data in the passenger conveyor;
the server 50 updates the device initial password corresponding to the pre-stored identity information of the passenger conveyor in the device information database 51 thereof with the new connection password in the received device password modification request.
Preferably, if the APP software host 39 receives the repair completion request, the remote maintenance computer 30 further deletes the data information in the temporary identity information storage area 33, the formal equipment information storage area 34, the temporary equipment information storage area 35, and the formal maintenance data storage area 36, and sends a maintenance data deletion instruction to the APP software client 21;
when receiving the instruction of deleting the maintenance data, the APP software client 21 accesses and deletes the maintenance data on the background data module 22 of the mobile terminal 20.
In the remote maintenance system of passenger conveyor in the seventh embodiment, when a maintenance worker inputs and submits maintenance completion information through the maintenance operation interface of the APP software client 21, the APP software client 21 sends a maintenance completion request to the APP software host 39; when the APP software host 39 receives the repair completion request, the remote maintenance computer 30 controls the password generator 31 to generate a new connection password and send the new connection password to the background data module 22 of the mobile terminal 20, and sends the device password modification request to the server 50, the remote maintenance computer 30 then deletes data information in all storage areas thereof, and the background data module 22 transmits the received new connection password to the passenger conveyor 10, and deletes all previous maintenance data.
In the remote maintenance system for a passenger conveyor according to the seventh embodiment, after the maintenance operation is completed, all maintenance data are stored in the server 50, and the remote maintenance computer 30 deletes all maintenance data, thereby completely avoiding the risk of enterprise damage caused by the loss of the mobile terminal 20. After the maintenance operation is completed, the remote maintenance computer 30 updates the default connection password of the device, and prohibits the mobile terminal 20 from continuously accessing the inner layer data of the passenger conveying device, so as to prevent maintenance personnel from obtaining or modifying the inner layer data of the passenger conveying device through the mobile terminal 20 and privately without permission of the remote maintenance computer 30 after completing a remote maintenance task, and the security is very high.
Example eight
In the remote maintenance system of the passenger conveyor according to the first to seventh embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the server 50 is connected to a plurality of remote maintenance computers 30 at the same time;
preferably, the remote service computer 30 is connected to a plurality of mobile terminals 20 simultaneously.
Preferably, the remote service computer 30 and the server 50 communicate over an encrypted local area network (e.g., a VPN network).
Preferably, the short-range wireless communication may be BLUETOOTH (BLUETOOTH).

Embodiment eight's passenger conveying equipment's remote maintenance system, many remote maintenance computers are connected to the server, many mobile terminal are connected to remote maintenance computer, mobile terminal connects many passenger conveying equipment's topological structure, can realize same region (extensive), same region (medium), the passenger conveying equipment of same place (small-scale) concentrates remote maintenance operation, and APP software through special development, the platformization of remote maintenance operation has been realized, the maintenance flow has been simplified and personnel's repetition labor has been avoided, thereby improve field maintenance personnel's work efficiency by a wide margin.
Example nine
According to the remote maintenance system of the passenger conveyor of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the server 50 is provided with a personnel information database 52;
the personnel information database 52 is used for storing identity information of maintenance personnel;
the APP software client 21 has an initial login interface, and after a mobile terminal user inputs and submits identity information of maintenance personnel through the initial login interface, the APP software client 21 sends a user identification request including the identity information of the maintenance personnel to the APP software host 39;
after the APP software host 39 is started, if a user identification request sent by an APP software client 21 on a mobile terminal 20 is received, sending a user comparison request to the server 50, where the user comparison request includes identity information of a maintenance person in the user identification request; if the user comparison success information fed back by the server 50 is received, feeding back user identification success information to the APP software client 21;
the server 50, after receiving a user comparison request sent from the APP software host 39 of the remote maintenance computer 30, retrieves the identity information of the maintenance personnel in the user comparison request from the personnel information database 52, and feeds back the successful user comparison information to the APP software host 39 if the user comparison request is retrieved.
Preferably, the APP software client 21 enters the device information login interface after receiving the user identification success information fed back by the APP software host 39.
Preferably, if receiving the user identification success information fed back by the APP software host 39, the APP software client 21 prompts the user identification success, closes the initial login interface, and then enters the device information login interface.
Preferably, the remote maintenance computer 30 is provided with a temporary identity information storage area 33;
the APP software host 39 downloads the identity information of the maintenance staff in the user identification request sent by the APP software client 21 and stores the identity information in the temporary identity information storage area 33.
In the remote maintenance system for passenger transportation device in the ninth embodiment, when the passenger transportation device 10 is maintained, a maintenance person first uses the mobile terminal 20 carried with the maintenance person to open the APP software client 21, and inputs and submits maintenance person identification information on the initial login interface, such as: name, job number and fingerprint information, i.e. requesting user identification from the APP software host 39; the APP software host side 39 sends a user comparison request including identity information of maintenance personnel to the server 50, the server 50 searches whether the identity information of the maintenance personnel exists in the personnel information database 52, if yes, the user comparison success information is fed back to the APP software host side 39, the APP software host side 39 feeds back the user identification success information to the APP software client side 21, the APP software client side 21 receives the user identification success information, the identity identification success information can be displayed, the initial login interface is closed, and then the equipment information login interface is opened.
In the remote maintenance system of passenger conveyor in the ninth embodiment, the identity information of the maintenance personnel can be passed only through the server data comparison, so that the system has extremely high safety; maintenance personnel can access passenger conveying equipment 10 through mobile terminal 20 with short distance wireless communication mode, need not get into the computer lab and need not dismantle the control cabinet door plant and can realize the maintenance operation to passenger conveying equipment 10, has reduced its working strength, has improved its work efficiency.

1. A remote maintenance system for a passenger conveyor, comprising a mobile terminal (20), a remote maintenance computer (30), and a server (50);
the mobile terminal (20) can carry out short-distance wireless communication with the passenger conveying equipment (10) and can communicate with the remote maintenance computer (30) through a mobile network;
the remote service computer (30) being in communication with a server (50);
the mobile terminal (20) is provided with an APP software client (21);
the remote maintenance computer (30) is provided with an APP software host end (39);
the APP software client (21) is also provided with an equipment information login interface;
the server (50) is provided with an equipment information database (51);
the equipment information database (51) is used for storing identity information of passenger conveying equipment and an equipment initial connection password;
after a mobile terminal user inputs and submits identity information of passenger conveying equipment through an equipment information login interface, the APP software client (21) sends an equipment initial password request including the identity information of the newly input passenger conveying equipment to the APP software host (39), and displays an equipment initial connection password fed back by the APP software host (39);
the APP software host side (39) sends a conveying equipment comparison request to the server (50) if receiving an equipment initial password request sent by an APP software client side (21) of a mobile terminal (20), wherein the conveying equipment comparison request comprises identity information of newly input passenger conveying equipment in the equipment initial password request; if the device initial connection password fed back by the server (50) is received, feeding back the device initial connection password to the APP software client (21);
the server (50) receives a conveying equipment comparison request sent by an APP software host side (39) of a remote maintenance computer (30), retrieves newly input passenger conveying equipment identity information in the conveying equipment comparison request from an equipment information database (51), and feeds back an initial connection password corresponding to the newly input passenger conveying equipment identity information to the APP software host side (39) if the newly input passenger conveying equipment identity information is retrieved;
the passenger conveying equipment (10) is prestored with a default connection password;
when the initial device password in the internal layer data access request sent by the APP software client (21) is consistent with the default connection password, the passenger conveying device (10) allows the APP software client (21) to access the internal layer data;
the APP software client (21) sends an inner-layer data access request containing the device initial connection password to the passenger conveying device (10) after a user inputs and submits the device initial connection password through a device information login interface; if access to the data within it is allowed by the passenger conveyor (10), reading pre-stored passenger conveyor identity information from the passenger conveyor (10) and sending it to the APP software host side (39);
the remote maintenance computer (30) is provided with a temporary equipment information storage area (35); the APP software host end (39) of the remote maintenance computer (30) downloads the newly input passenger conveying equipment identity information in the equipment initial password request sent by the APP software client end (21) of the mobile terminal (20) and stores the newly input passenger conveying equipment identity information in the temporary equipment information storage area (35);
and if the APP software host end (39) receives the identity information of the pre-stored passenger conveying equipment sent by the APP software client end (21) of the mobile terminal (20), comparing whether the identity information of the newly input passenger conveying equipment in the temporary equipment storage area (35) is consistent with the identity information of the pre-stored passenger conveying equipment, and feeding back identity consistent information or identity inconsistent information to the APP software client end (21).
2. The remote maintenance system of a passenger conveyor of claim 1,
and when the APP software client (21) receives the inconsistent identity information fed back by the APP software host end (39), the access to the passenger conveying equipment inner layer data is quitted.
3. The remote maintenance system of a passenger conveyor of claim 1,
the remote maintenance computer (30) is also provided with a formal equipment information storage area (34); and the APP software host end (39) of the remote maintenance computer (30) downloads the pre-stored passenger conveying equipment identity information sent by the APP software client end (21) of the mobile terminal (20) and stores the information in the formal equipment information storage area (34).
4. The remote maintenance system of a passenger conveyor of claim 1,
the mobile terminal (20) is also provided with a background data module (22);
the remote maintenance computer (30) is also provided with a password generator (31);
if the identity information of the newly input passenger conveying equipment in the temporary equipment storage area (35) is inconsistent with the identity information of the prestored passenger conveying equipment, the remote maintenance computer (30) controls a password generator (31) to regenerate a new connection password, controls an APP software host end (39) to send the new connection password to a background data module (22) of the mobile terminal (20), and sends an equipment password modification request to a server (50), wherein the equipment password modification request comprises the identity information of the prestored passenger conveying equipment and the new connection password;
the background data module (22) of the mobile terminal (20) transmits the received new connection password to the passenger conveying equipment (10);
the passenger conveyor (10) updating a default connection password with the new connection password and prohibiting the mobile terminal (20) from accessing its internal layer data;
the server (50) updates the device initial password corresponding to the prestored passenger conveyer identity information in the device information database (51) with the new connection password in the received device password modification request.
5. The remote maintenance system of a passenger conveyor of claim 1,
the APP software client (21) is also provided with a maintenance operation interface;
and when the APP software client (21) receives identity consistency information fed back by the APP software host side (39), a maintenance operation interface is opened.
6. The remote maintenance system of a passenger conveyor of claim 1,
and when the APP software client (21) receives identity consistency information fed back by the APP software host end (39), closing the equipment information login interface, and then opening the maintenance operation interface.
7. The remote maintenance system of a passenger conveyor of claim 5,
when a user inputs and submits a software upgrading requirement through a maintenance operation interface, the APP software client (21) sends a software upgrading request comprising identity information of pre-stored passenger conveying equipment to the APP software host (39); if the latest version software program fed back by the APP software host side (39) is received, sending a software upgrade package containing the latest version software program to the passenger conveyor (10);
the APP software host side (39) sends a maintenance data downloading request to the server (50) if receiving a software upgrading request sent by an APP software client side (21) of a mobile terminal (20); if the latest version software program fed back by the server (50) is received, feeding back the latest version software program to the APP software client (21);
the server (50) enters a program upgrading process after receiving a maintenance data downloading request sent by an APP software host (39) of a remote maintenance computer (30), searches whether a latest version software program corresponding to the identity information of the pre-stored passenger conveying equipment exists in an equipment information database (51), and feeds back the latest version software program to the APP software host (39) if the latest version software program exists;
the passenger conveyor (10) overwrites the original program with the latest version of the software program of the received software upgrade package.
8. The remote maintenance system of a passenger conveyor of claim 7,
the passenger conveying equipment (10) uses the received latest version software program of the software upgrading package to cover the original program, and sends upgrading completion information to the APP software client (21) after the upgrading completion information is completed;
the APP software client (21) sends the upgrade completion information to an APP software host side (39) if receiving the upgrade completion information;
the APP software host side (39) sends an upgrade closing software request to the server if receiving upgrade completion information sent by the APP software client side (21);
the server (50) shuts down the program upgrade process if a request to shut down the upgrade software is received, and leaves an upgrade record corresponding to the pre-stored passenger conveyor identity information in the equipment information database (51).

and if the APP software client (21) receives the upgrade completion information, displaying a prompt message of successful software upgrade on a maintenance operation interface.
