D. a trigger signal of a correlation type optical sensor (502) arranged at a banknote inlet is sent to a microcomputer monitoring device, the microcomputer monitoring device controls a second stroke electric cylinder (273) to be pushed leftwards, the banknotes are pressed by a front vertical plate (15), a front sliding plate (22), a rear vertical plate (14) and a rear sliding plate (21), the second stroke electric cylinder (273) is pushed leftwards continuously, a placing pressure head (285) is pushed leftwards from a pressure head placing groove (47), a paper tape in a tape guide straight groove (42-C) is pushed by the placing pressure head (285) to be attached to a pin plate (202), meanwhile, a tape cutting mechanism (29) is pushed leftwards from a knife inlet (45) until a stroke switch (292) is contacted with the banknotes and triggered, and the pushing force of the pressure head (285) and the tape cutting mechanism (29) is pushed, the pushing force of a first limiting spring (272) enables the banknotes to be always fixed to the front sliding plate (22) by the front vertical plate (15), The rear vertical plate (14) is tightly pressed with the rear sliding plate (21);
E. a trigger signal of the travel switch (292) is sent to a microcomputer monitoring device, the microcomputer monitoring device controls a third travel electric cylinder (31) to push downwards, at the moment, a pushing fork (331) drives a tape pressing mechanism (34) to move downwards, a gear (343) on the tape pressing mechanism (34) is meshed with a rack (262), the tape pressing mechanism (34) rolls to move downwards, at the moment, a tape feeding mechanism (41) locks a paper tape, the paper tape in a tape guiding flat groove (42-A) is fixed, the paper tape in a tape guiding annular groove (42-B) is tensioned by the tape pressing mechanism (34) moving downwards until the tightened paper tape is pressed onto the paper tape drawn out from a tape guiding straight groove (42-C);
