a powder coating processing device comprises a storage bin, a crushing box, a cylinder, a motor, a transmission shaft, a crushing rod and a sieve plate, and is characterized in that the storage bin is arranged on a bracket, a feeding pipe and a discharging bin are arranged on the storage bin, a guide rail and a guide plate are arranged in the storage bin, a slide block is arranged on the crushing box and is connected with the guide rail, the cylinder is arranged on the storage bin, a power wire and a piston rod are arranged on the cylinder, the motor is arranged on the storage bin and is provided with a power wire, the transmission shaft is arranged on the motor and is provided with a connecting block on the transmission shaft, the crushing rod is arranged on the connecting block, the sieve plate is arranged in the storage bin, the crushing box capable of moving up and down is arranged on the guide rail in the storage bin, the crushing rod is arranged on the connecting block of the transmission shaft in the crushing box, and powder coating raw materials in the crushing box can be crushed through the crushing rod, the crushing quality and the crushing efficiency of powder coating raw materials are improved, the powder coating raw materials after smashing fall into on the sieve through smashing the box, the crushing box and the sieve contact that descend, the powder coating raw materials on the sieve extrude, further improve the crushing quality of powder coating raw materials, be provided with the stiffener between feed bin and support, the intensity of processing equipment has been improved, and then improve the stability of powder coating raw materials at crushing in-process, be provided with the guide plate in the feed bin, can flow the feed bin with the powder coating raw materials after smashing through going out the feed bin, avoid the raw materials to produce in the feed bin and remain, the waste of coating has been reduced.
The feed bin and the support are provided with the reinforcing rods, so that the strength of the processing equipment is improved through the reinforcing rods, and the stability of the powder coating raw materials in the crushing process is further improved.
The crushing box is connected with the piston rod, and the crushing box is arranged to be of a structure capable of moving up and down on the guide rail through the sliding block, so that the crushing rod can fully crush raw materials in the crushing box, and the crushing quality of the powder coating is improved.
The motor is set as a servo motor, so that the motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate forwards or reversely to drive the crushing rod to rotate forwards or reversely, and further crushing quality of powder coating raw materials in the crushing box is improved.
The crushing rod is in any one structure of a linear structure, an oval structure, an arc structure, a fan shape or a sawtooth shape, and the crushing rod with a proper structure is selected according to different raw materials, so that the crushing quality of the raw materials is improved, and the use cost of processing equipment can be enlarged.
The operation method comprises the following steps:
firstly, selecting a crushing rod and a sieve plate with proper structures according to different powder coating raw materials to be crushed, respectively installing the crushing rod and the sieve plate on a connecting block of a transmission shaft and a spring, checking whether a circuit of powder coating processing equipment is normal, and checking whether an air cylinder and a motor work normally;
secondly, pouring powder coating raw materials into a crushing box through a feeding pipe, respectively connecting power lines on an air cylinder and a motor with an external power supply, starting the motor, driving a transmission shaft to rotate by the motor, further driving a connecting block and a crushing rod on the connecting block to rotate, crushing the powder coating raw materials in the crushing box, enabling the crushed powder coating raw materials to fall into a bin below the crushing box, starting the air cylinder, driving the crushing box to move up and down on a guide rail through a piston rod by the air cylinder, and enabling the crushed powder coating raw materials to fall onto a sieve plate through the crushing box;
thirdly, the crushing box is continuously pushed to descend by the air cylinder and the piston rod and is in contact with the sieve plate, and large particle powder coating raw materials which are not screened on the sieve plate are crushed, so that the crushing quality and the crushing efficiency of the powder coating raw materials are improved, and the product quality of the coating is further improved;
fourthly, the powder coating raw material screened by the sieve plate falls onto the guide plate, flows into the discharging bin through the guide plate and is discharged out of the bin;
and fifthly, after the powder coating raw materials are crushed and screened, closing the air cylinder and the motor, removing the residual powder coating raw materials in the storage bin and the crushing box, and cutting off the power supply.
Has the advantages that: the crushing box capable of moving up and down is arranged on the guide rail in the storage bin, the crushing rod is arranged on the connecting block of the transmission shaft in the crushing box, powder coating raw materials in the crushing box can be crushed through the crushing rod, the crushing quality and the crushing efficiency of the powder coating raw materials are improved, the crushed powder coating raw materials fall onto the sieve plate through the crushing box, the descending crushing box is in contact with the sieve plate, the powder coating raw materials on the sieve plate are extruded, and the product quality is further improved. firstly, selecting a crushing rod 6 and a sieve plate 7 with proper structures according to different powder coating raw materials to be crushed, respectively installing the crushing rod 6 and the sieve plate 7 on a connecting block 16 and a spring 17 of a transmission shaft 5, checking whether a circuit of environment-friendly powder coating processing equipment is normal, and checking whether an air cylinder 3 and a motor 4 work normally;
secondly, pouring powder coating raw materials into the crushing box 2 through the feeding pipe 9, respectively connecting the air cylinder 3 and a power line 14 on the motor 4 with an external power supply, starting the motor 4, driving the transmission shaft 5 to rotate by the motor 4, further driving the connecting block 16 and a crushing rod 6 on the connecting block 16 to rotate, crushing the powder coating raw materials in the crushing box 2, enabling the crushed powder coating raw materials to fall into the bin 1 below the crushing box 2, starting the air cylinder 3, driving the crushing box 2 to move up and down on the guide rail 11 through the piston rod 15 by the air cylinder 3, and enabling the crushed powder coating raw materials to fall onto the sieve plate 7 through the crushing box 2;
thirdly, the crushing box 2 is continuously pushed to descend by the air cylinder 3 and the piston rod 15 and is in contact with the sieve plate 7, and large particle powder coating raw materials which are not screened on the sieve plate 7 are crushed, so that the crushing quality and the crushing efficiency of the powder coating raw materials are improved, and the product quality of the coating is further improved;
fourthly, the powder coating raw material screened by the sieve plate 7 falls onto the guide plate 12, flows into the discharging bin 10 through the guide plate 12 and is discharged out of the bin 1;
fifthly, after the powder coating raw materials are crushed and screened, the cylinder 3 and the motor 4 are closed, the powder coating raw materials remained in the storage bin 1 and the crushing box 2 are removed, and the power supply is cut off.
