Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
With the development of internet technology, electronic payment without relying on cash is becoming a favored payment method. Generally, in electronic payment, a user needs to take out an electronic product for payment to perform payment operation, for example, take out a mobile phone and call out a payment two-dimensional code to scan, take out the mobile phone to enter a code scanning interface to scan a two-dimensional code for collection in a shop, take out a bank card to pay for a cashier through a card swiping machine, and the like. In the electronic payment processes, a user needs to take out an electronic product for payment and perform corresponding operations, and the whole payment process is time-consuming.
In order to improve the payment speed and shorten the payment time, the payment can be performed through the biological characteristic information of the user, such as the biological characteristic information which can uniquely identify the identity of the user through the face, the fingerprint, the palm print, the iris and the like of the user. The user can be directly when paying, and the biological characteristic collection equipment that provides at the trade company provides corresponding biological characteristic information, if when paying through the people's face, the user provides face confession face collection equipment and gathers on the premise of people's face collection equipment, does not need the user additionally to take out the equipment that is used for payment such as cell-phone, and payment speed is faster, operates simplyr.
However, there is a certain safety risk in making payment through biometric information. On one hand, although the biological characteristic information can uniquely identify the user identity, the identification error is also very likely to occur, for example, the biological characteristic information of one user is identified as the biological characteristic information of another user; on the other hand, there may be a case where a lawbreaker imitates the biometric information of other users by simulation to impersonate other users to pay.
According to the using characteristics of the user on the mobile terminal and the off-line shopping characteristics, the inventor finds that if the fact that the user enters the vicinity of a payment machine tool is received, the fact that the user provides biological characteristic information through the payment machine tool for deduction is received, identity characteristic information provided for the user can be further determined, and therefore payment safety is further guaranteed. Therefore, the inventors have conducted a careful study on a procedure of making a payment through biometric information of a user.
The inventor found that, in the case of payment by biometric information, the biometric information is usually associated with a payment account number. And matching the payment account corresponding to the biological characteristic information when the biological characteristic information of the user is acquired, and deducting money from the matched payment account. The payment account matched with the biometric information may be a payment account bound in the mobile terminal, such as an account of a certain payment application program in the mobile terminal. When a user purchases online, the user usually carries a mobile terminal bound with a payment account. Therefore, under the condition that the mobile terminal bound with the payment account is determined to be located near the payment machine, the receiving user pays through the payment machine, and the payment safety can be further ensured.
Therefore, the inventor provides a payment information processing method, a payment information processing device, a mobile terminal and a payment information processing system provided by the embodiment of the application, a payment machine carries out broadcast of a broadcast message carrying a self device identifier, and the mobile terminal located near the payment machine can receive the broadcast message. The mobile terminal receiving the broadcast message can acquire the payment account bound by the payment application program installed by the mobile terminal and broadcast the payment account. And the payment tool receiving the broadcast message of the mobile terminal sends the payment account and the equipment identifier of the payment tool to the server for binding, so that the payment account of the user nearby the payment tool is bound with the payment tool. When the user uses the biological characteristic information to pay through the payment machine, the server can verify whether the payment account corresponding to the biological characteristic information is bound with the payment machine, so that the verification whether the mobile terminal corresponding to the payment account is near the payment machine or not and the verification whether the user corresponding to the payment account is near the payment machine or not are realized, double verification is realized, and the payment safety is improved.
The payment information processing method, the payment information processing device and the mobile terminal can be used for a payment information processing system 100 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1, the payment information processing system includes a mobile terminal 110, a payment tool 120 and a server 130, wherein the mobile terminal 110 and the payment tool 120 are respectively connected to the server 130 through a network. The payment instrument 120 and the server 130 may be connected by a wire or wirelessly, and the mobile terminal 110 and the server 130 may be connected by a wireless, such as a 2G, 3G, 4G, or other mobile network data connection or a wifi connection, or as shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal is connected to the server through the base station 140 and the gateway 150, or connected to the server through the hot spot 160.
The mobile terminal 110 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or other intelligent devices capable of performing mobile electronic payment, and a payment account pre-bound by a user is stored in the mobile terminal. The payment device 120 may be an intelligent device with a payment function and capable of broadcasting a message, such as a cash register in a supermarket, and may be configured to collect biometric information of a user and transmit the biometric information to the server 130, and the server 130 is configured to complete a payment operation according to the received biometric information. In the payment information processing system, the payment instrument 120 may continuously transmit the broadcast message, and when the mobile terminal 110 is located near the payment instrument 120 and comes within the radiation range of the payment instrument broadcast message, the broadcast message transmitted by the payment instrument may be received. The mobile terminal 110 may also send a broadcast message, and the payment machines located in the radiation range of the broadcast message of the mobile terminal 110 may receive the broadcast message sent by the mobile terminal 110.
Specifically, during the operation of the system, the payment instrument 120 may transmit the broadcast message in a set wireless communication mode, wherein a dashed circle 121 around the payment instrument 120 in fig. 1 represents a coverage of the broadcast message transmitted by the payment instrument. Optionally, the wireless communication mode includes a bluetooth BLE mode or a Wi-Fi Aware mode. Accordingly, the mobile terminal 110 may search for nearby wireless signals in a set wireless communication mode, so that when the mobile terminal 110 comes within the range of the dotted line 121 shown in fig. 1, a broadcast message transmitted by the payment appliance 120 may be received.
The mobile terminal 110 may also transmit the broadcast message in the set wireless communication mode, wherein the dashed circle 111 around the mobile terminal 110 in fig. 1 represents the coverage of the broadcast message transmitted by the mobile terminal 110. Optionally, the wireless communication mode includes a bluetooth BLE mode or a Wi-Fi Aware mode. Accordingly, the payment appliance 120 may search for nearby wireless signals in a set wireless communication mode, so that when the payment appliance 120 is located within the range of the dotted circle 111 shown in fig. 1, a broadcast message transmitted by the mobile terminal 110 may be received. Moreover, if the mobile terminal 110 can receive the broadcast message of the payment tool 120, the payment tool 120 may receive the broadcast message of the mobile terminal 110.
As one mode, after the mobile terminal 110 may receive the broadcast message sent by the payment tool 120, the mobile terminal 110 may establish a wireless connection with the payment tool 120 based on a currently adopted wireless communication mode, and after the wireless connection is established, the mobile terminal 110 may send a payment account number bound to itself to the payment tool 120, and the payment tool 120 obtains the payment account number sent by the mobile terminal. As another way, in order to reduce the power consumption of the mobile terminal 110, the mobile terminal may broadcast the broadcast message carrying the payment account bound to itself after receiving the broadcast message sent by the payment device 120, so that the payment device may obtain the payment account bound in the mobile terminal.
Optionally, after acquiring the payment account bound to the mobile terminal 110, the payment appliance 120 may send the acquired payment account and its own stored device identifier to the server 130. When the server 130 receives the device identifier and the payment account sent by the payment instrument 120, the device identifier and the payment account are bound, so as to represent that the user of the payment account is near the payment instrument to which the device identifier belongs. Furthermore, when the payment tool 120 sends the collected biometric information to the server 130 during the payment process, the server 130 may complete the payment operation of the payment account under the condition that the payment account corresponding to the biometric information is verified to be bound to the device identifier of the payment tool.
As shown in fig. 2, because the mobile terminal 110 broadcasts the broadcast message carrying the payment account number when receiving the broadcast message sent by the payment tool, the payment tool 120 may obtain the payment account number bound to the mobile terminal 110 through the broadcast message sent by the mobile terminal 110, and send the payment account number of the mobile terminal 110 and the device identifier of the payment tool 120 to the server for binding, so that the binding operation of the payment account number and the device identifier of the payment tool 120 on the server may be completed without the user operating the mobile terminal (for example, the mobile terminal may be placed in a pants pocket all the time in fig. 2). In the payment process, after the user only needs to collect the biometric information at the payment device 120, the payment device 120 can send the collected biometric information to the server 130 to complete the payment, and further, the user does not need to operate the mobile terminal, so that the user does not need to manually perform the payment operation in the whole process.
Based on the system and the system operation flow introduced above, the payment information processing method, the device, the mobile terminal and the system provided by the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail through specific embodiments.
Fig. 3 illustrates a payment information processing method provided by an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a mobile terminal. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
step S110: it is determined whether a first broadcast message satisfying a target data format is listened to.
The mobile terminal may listen to broadcast messages sent by other devices. When the mobile terminal enters the radiation range of the payment machine which sends the broadcast message, the mobile terminal can monitor the broadcast message sent by the payment machine. In the embodiment of the application, the broadcast message sent by the payment instrument is defined as a first broadcast message.
Specifically, the first broadcast message sent by the payment appliance may be a broadcast message satisfying a target data format, so that when the mobile terminal monitors the broadcast message satisfying the target data format, it may be determined that the first broadcast message of the payment appliance is monitored.
Step S120: and if the mobile terminal monitors the payment account, acquiring the payment account bound by the mobile terminal.
When monitoring the first broadcast message meeting the target data format, the mobile terminal may acquire the bound payment account. The payment account can be a payment account bound by a payment application program in the mobile terminal, and if the payment account is an account of the payment account, deduction can be carried out on the payment account, and deduction can be carried out from the payment account corresponding to the payment account.
Step S130: and broadcasting the payment account through a second broadcast message to indicate that a payment tool receiving the second broadcast message sends the payment account and the equipment identifier of the payment tool to a server for binding, so that the server performs payment verification on whether the biological characteristic information acquired from the payment tool is matched with the payment account.
The mobile terminal broadcasts the payment account through the broadcast message, namely the mobile terminal broadcasts the broadcast message carrying the payment account. In the embodiment of the present application, a broadcast message broadcasted by a mobile terminal is defined as a second broadcast message.
And the mobile terminal broadcasts the payment account through the second broadcast message, so that the payment tool can receive the second broadcast message broadcast by the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal may acquire the payment account bound by the mobile terminal from the second broadcast message, and send the payment account and the device identifier of the mobile terminal to the server together. The server may bind the payment account and the device identifier, and indicate that the mobile terminal corresponding to the payment account is within a broadcast radiation range of the payment instrument corresponding to the device identifier, and indicate that the mobile terminal is not far away from the payment instrument. When the payment verification whether corresponds to the payment account is carried out through the biological characteristic information acquired from the payment machine, the biological characteristic information can be more surely provided for the user corresponding to the payment account, and the payment safety is improved.
The embodiment of the application also provides a payment information processing method which is applied to payment machines and tools. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the payment information processing method includes:
step S210: and when a second broadcast message broadcasted by the mobile terminal is monitored, acquiring the payment account bound by the mobile terminal from the second broadcast message.
The mobile terminal broadcasts the second broadcast message, and the payment machines in the radiation range of the mobile terminal broadcast message can receive the broadcast message sent by the mobile terminal. And the second broadcast message comprises the payment account bound by the mobile terminal, and the payment account can be obtained by the payment tool from the second broadcast message.
Step S220: and acquiring the equipment identifier of the payment equipment.
In addition, when a second broadcast message broadcasted by the mobile terminal is monitored, the payment equipment acquires the own equipment identification, and the equipment identification can uniquely represent the identity of the payment equipment.
Step S230: and sending the payment account and the equipment identifier to a server to instruct the server to bind the payment account and the equipment identifier, and performing payment verification on whether the biological characteristic information acquired from the payment tool is matched with the payment account.
And the payment tool sends the own equipment identifier and the payment account obtained from the second broadcast message to the server together, so that the server binds the payment account and the equipment identifier received from the payment tool. When the payment tool receives the input of the biological characteristic information, the biological characteristic information and the device identification of the payment tool are sent to the server, the server can verify whether the biological characteristic information and the payment account number which correspond to the same device identification are matched or not, if yes, the biological characteristic information sent by the payment tool can be judged, payment deduction can be carried out, and payment safety is improved.
The embodiment of the application also provides a payment information processing method which is applied to the payment information processing system. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the payment information processing method includes:
step S310: the payment machine sends a first broadcast message meeting a target data format according to a preset frequency.
The payment instrument may continually send out the first broadcast message so that a mobile terminal that comes within the radiation range of the payment instrument broadcast message may receive the first broadcast message and respond. The broadcast message sent by the payment machine affects the receiving range according to the power and the current environment inconsistency. The first broadcast message sent by the payment instrument is typically received when the mobile terminal enters a range of 5 meters to 10 meters from the payment instrument.
The payment tool may send the first broadcast message at a preset frequency, and a specific value of the preset frequency is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and it is preferable that any mobile terminal entering a radiation range of the payment tool quickly responds.
In this embodiment of the application, the payment implement may send a broadcast message in a low power consumption connectionless manner, such as a Beacon signal sent through low power consumption bluetooth communication (BLE), where the broadcast format of the Beacon signal may be iBeacon, AltBeacon, EddyStone, or the like; such as broadcast messages sent over WiFi Aware.
In addition, the payment instrument may transmit a broadcast message satisfying a target data format so that the mobile terminal may correctly recognize the first broadcast message. The target data format may be that data in a preset byte in the first broadcast message is designated data. The specified data may be preset data that is known to both the payment machine and the mobile terminal, so that it may be determined that the broadcast message satisfies the target data format when the specified data is recognized. For example, the specified data is data representing a legal payment application identity, and when the data in the preset bytes in the broadcast message is identified as the data of the legal payment application identity, the broadcast message is determined to meet the target data format. As another example, the designated data is an arbitrary arrangement of data, but the arrangement of data is commonly known to the payment instrument and the mobile terminal.
As an embodiment, the preset byte may be a certain byte segment in the broadcast message that is preset, known to both the payment appliance and the mobile terminal. For example, the transmitted beacon signal includes 31 bytes of data, one or more designated bytes of UUID data in the beacon signal are set to be used as preset bytes, the designated data is stored in the preset bytes, and the designated data can be directly obtained from the preset bytes.
As another embodiment, the location of the preset bytes may be stored from a predetermined designated byte that is known to both the payment instrument and the mobile terminal. For example, it can be known to both the payment tool and the mobile terminal that the byte where the specified data is stored in the byte a in the first broadcast message, if the data stored in the byte a in the first broadcast message is b, the specified data can be obtained from the byte a to obtain the data b, and then from the byte b in the first broadcast message. For another example, the sent beacon signal includes 31 bytes of Data, the UUID Data in the beacon signal is set to include Data and Mask Data, the Data may include device identification of the equipment, manufacturer information of the equipment, identity Data of the payment application program corresponding to the equipment, designation Data, and the like, and for example, the Data may be "0324616C 64570247962587864326561612436a 0100020003"; the Mask Data can identify which Data in the Data can be used for filtering the Bluetooth broadcast Data through the specified bytes, namely, the specified bytes identify which bytes in the Data are the specified Data. For example, the Mask Data may be 0000FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF0000000000000, the byte where the first 4 fs are located is a byte identifying a location of the designated Data, and the bluetooth broadcast may be filtered only if Data corresponding to FFFFs corresponding to the first 4 fs in the Mask is Data, that is, Data stored in FFFF bytes corresponding to the first 4 fs in the Data is the designated Data, and only if Data corresponding to the FFFF byte in the Mask is received as the designated Data, it is considered that the broadcast message meeting the target Data format is received.
In addition, optionally, in this embodiment of the application, in the first broadcast message sent by the payment instrument, there is a byte for storing the device identifier of the payment instrument, and the payment instrument may add its own device identifier to this byte. The specific bytes are used for storing the device identifier of the implement, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
As an embodiment, in the first broadcast message, the device identifier of the payment instrument may be stored in a preset byte known to both the payment instrument and the mobile terminal.
As another embodiment, the byte position for storing the device identifier of the payment instrument may be stored in a preset designated byte known to both the payment instrument and the mobile terminal. For example, if the position of the device identifier for storing the implement is stored in the a byte in the first broadcast message, if the data stored in the a byte in the first broadcast message is B, the data in the B byte in the first broadcast message is the device identifier of the implement.
As another embodiment, the device identifier of the payment instrument and the specified data may be stored in sequence, and then the location of the specified data is determined from the first broadcast message, and then the location of the device identifier of the payment instrument in the first broadcast message may be determined; alternatively, the location of the device identifier of the payment instrument may be determined from the first broadcast message, and the location of the designated data in the broadcast message may be determined.
In addition, other information, the device identifier of the equipment, the manufacturer information of the equipment, the identity data of the payment application program corresponding to the equipment, and the like may also be placed in the first broadcast message, and the storage manner of the other information in the first broadcast message may refer to the storage manner of the specified data and the storage manner of the device identifier of the payment equipment, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment of the present application, various information in the first broadcast message may be encrypted or unencrypted, and is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
Step S320: and when the mobile terminal monitors the first broadcast message meeting the target data format, acquiring a payment account bound by the mobile terminal, and broadcasting the payment account through a second broadcast message.
The mobile terminal can start monitoring the broadcast message, and the specific monitoring mode can be determined according to the mode of sending the broadcast message by the payment machine. For example, if the payment appliance sends the first broadcast message through the bluetooth low energy communication, the mobile terminal may receive the first broadcast message sent by the appliance through the bluetooth module in the bluetooth low energy communication mode, and if the payment appliance sends the first broadcast message through the WiFi Aware mode, the mobile terminal may receive the first broadcast message through the WiFi Aware mode.
When the mobile terminal monitors the broadcast message, whether the broadcast message meets a target data format or not can be judged, and if the broadcast message meets the target data format, the broadcast message is a first broadcast message sent by a payment machine. The specific way of determining whether the broadcast message satisfies the target data format may be to determine whether data in a preset byte in the broadcast message is designated data. If the received broadcast message is judged to be the broadcast message meeting the target data format, the mobile terminal receives the first broadcast message sent by the payment machine, and the first broadcast message indicates that the mobile terminal is located at the accessory of the payment machine, and the mobile terminal can broadcast the broadcast message to feed back information to the payment machine.
Specifically, the mobile terminal may obtain the bound payment account, and broadcast the payment account through the second broadcast message. The payment account bound by the mobile terminal is an account which can be paid and deducted by the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, when the payment account bound to the mobile terminal is obtained, the payment account corresponding to the first broadcast message in the payment account bound to the mobile terminal can be obtained.
Optionally, if only one payment account of the payment application program supports the payment information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application when the embodiment of the present application is implemented, when the payment account corresponding to the first broadcast message in the payment account bound to the mobile terminal is obtained, the payment account of the payment application program in the mobile terminal may be directly obtained. For example, only if the payment application a supports the payment information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal acquires the payment account number of the payment application a installed in the mobile terminal.
Optionally, in an implementation of the embodiment of the present application, there may be payment accounts of multiple payment application programs to support the payment information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the first broadcast messages corresponding to different payment application programs are different. The difference may be that the category information of the corresponding payment application program carried in different first broadcast messages is different. And when the payment account corresponding to the first broadcast message in the payment account bound by the mobile terminal is acquired, if the mobile terminal is bound with a plurality of payment accounts of payment application programs capable of corresponding to the first broadcast message, determining the payment account corresponding to the broadcast message according to the monitored bytes which represent the payment application program type in the first broadcast message. For example, if the payment application a and the payment application W support payment information processing in response to the first broadcast message, respectively, the mobile terminal may determine whether the payment application corresponding to the first broadcast message is a or W from a byte indicating the payment application type in the first broadcast message. If the number of the payment applications is A, acquiring a payment account number of the payment application A; and if the number is W, acquiring the payment account number of the payment application program W.
Optionally, the first broadcast messages corresponding to different payment application programs are different, or the specified data in the first broadcast messages corresponding to different payment application programs are different. And when the payment account corresponding to the first broadcast message in the payment account bound by the mobile terminal is acquired, if the mobile terminal is bound with a plurality of payment accounts of payment application programs capable of corresponding to the first broadcast message, acquiring the payment account of the payment application program corresponding to the monitored specified data in the first broadcast message.
And the mobile terminal broadcasts the acquired payment account number through a second broadcast message. Namely, the mobile terminal sends a second broadcast message carrying the payment account number after acquiring the payment account number. The second broadcast message may also be sent at a certain frequency, and the specific frequency is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The payment instrument within the broadcast message radiation range of the mobile terminal may receive the second broadcast message. The second broadcast message sent by the mobile terminal affects the receiving range according to the power level and the current environment inconsistency. A second broadcast message sent by the mobile terminal would typically be received when the payment instrument is within a range of 5 meters to 10 meters of the mobile terminal. The payment instrument broadcasting the first broadcast message can receive a second broadcast message sent by the mobile terminal, generally within the broadcast message radiation range of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment of the application, the second broadcast message may also be a broadcast message that satisfies a specified data format, and the specified data format may be the same as or different from a target data format of the first broadcast message, so that the payment apparatus can correctly identify the second broadcast message. That is, the payment instrument that receives the second broadcast message may determine that the second broadcast message is transmitted by the mobile terminal in response to the received first broadcast message, and may obtain the payment account number from the second broadcast message, in case that it is determined that the second broadcast message satisfies the specified data format.
The specified data format settings of the second broadcast message may be the same as or similar to the target data format of the first broadcast message. Specifically, the specific data format may be that data in a preset byte in the broadcast message is the specific data. The specified data may be preset data that is known to both the payment machine and the mobile terminal, so that it may be determined that the broadcast message satisfies the specified data format when the specified data is recognized. It is to be understood that the specific data may be the same as or different from the specific data of the first broadcast message, and the setting manner may be the same as or different from each other. The preset byte may be the same as or different from the preset byte of the first broadcast message, and the setting manner may be the same as or different from each other.
As an embodiment, the preset byte in the second broadcast message may be a certain byte segment in the broadcast message that is preset and known to the payment machine and the mobile terminal.
As another embodiment, in the second broadcast message, a position of the preset byte may be stored from a preset designated byte known to both the payment appliance and the mobile terminal.
In addition, optionally, in this embodiment of the application, a byte used for storing the payment account is included in the second broadcast message sent in the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal may add the acquired self-bound payment account in the byte. The specific bytes are used for storing the payment account number, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
As an embodiment, in the second broadcast message, the payment account number may be stored in a preset byte known to both the payment appliance and the mobile terminal.
As another embodiment, the byte position for storing the payment account number may be stored in a preset designated byte known to both the payment machine and the mobile terminal. For example, if the position where the x bytes in the second broadcast message are stored for storing the payment account is located, if the data stored in the x bytes in the second broadcast message is y, the data in the y bytes in the second broadcast message is the payment account.
As another embodiment, in the second broadcast message, the payment account and the specified data may also be stored in sequence, and then the location of the specified data is determined from the second broadcast message, and then the location of the payment account in the second broadcast message may be determined; alternatively, the location of the payment account may be determined from the second broadcast message, and the location of the specified data in the second broadcast message may be determined.
In addition, other information, such as a device identifier of the mobile terminal, identity data of the payment application corresponding to the payment account, and the like, may also be placed in the second broadcast message, and the storage manner of the other information in the second broadcast message may refer to the storage manner of the specified data and the storage manner of the payment account, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment of the present application, various information in the second broadcast message may be encrypted or unencrypted, and is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In this embodiment of the present application, if the mobile terminal determines that the monitored broadcast message is not the broadcast message satisfying the target data format, the mobile terminal may discard the broadcast message and continue to monitor the broadcast message.
Step S330: when the payment tool monitors a second broadcast message broadcasted by the mobile terminal, a payment account bound by the mobile terminal is obtained from the second broadcast message, an equipment identifier of the payment tool is obtained, and the payment account and the equipment identifier are sent to a server.
The payment tool can start monitoring the broadcast message when sending the first broadcast message, and the specific monitoring mode can be determined according to the mode of sending the broadcast message by the mobile terminal.
When the payment machine monitors the broadcast message, it needs to determine whether the broadcast message is the second broadcast message sent by the mobile terminal. Specifically, the payment instrument may determine whether the broadcast message satisfies a specified data format. The specific way of determining whether the broadcast message satisfies the specified data format may be to determine whether data in a preset byte in the broadcast message is specified data, where the preset byte and the specified data are a preset byte and specified data corresponding to the specified data format, respectively. If the received broadcast message is determined to be a broadcast message satisfying the specified data format, the broadcast line message may be determined to be a second broadcast message.
The payment instrument may obtain the payment account number from the second broadcast message. Specifically, the data in the byte used for storing the payment account in the second broadcast message may be acquired as the acquired payment account.
And the payment machine acquires the equipment identifier of the payment machine under the condition of monitoring the second broadcast message, and sends the equipment identifier and the payment account number acquired from the second broadcast message to the server, wherein the server is a payment server corresponding to the payment account number and can be a payment server corresponding to the payment application program and only accessed by a manufacturer to which the payment application program belongs.
The payment machine tool can encrypt and send the payment account number to the server, if the payment account number sent to the server is a string of characters encrypted by using an RSA asymmetric encryption technology, the safety is enhanced. In addition, the device identification of the payment instrument can be encrypted and then sent to the server.
Of course, in this embodiment of the present application, the payment account number and the device identifier sent by the payment instrument may also be unencrypted, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
If the mobile terminal determines that the received broadcast message is not the second broadcast message satisfying the specified data format, the mobile terminal may discard the broadcast message and continue to monitor the broadcast message.
Step S340: and the server binds the payment account and the equipment identification for payment verification.
The server binds the payment account and the device identifier received from the mobile terminal, and may specifically store the payment account and the device identifier correspondingly. Therefore, the server can carry out payment verification whether the biological characteristic information acquired from the payment tool corresponds to the payment account or not through the bound payment account and the equipment identification. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the embodiment of the present application may further include a step of obtaining the biometric information by the payment apparatus and sending the biometric information to the server for payment verification.
Step S350: the payment machine tool collects the biological characteristic information of the user through biological characteristic collecting equipment and sends the biological characteristic information and the equipment identification to a server.
Specifically, the payment instrument may be provided with a biometric acquisition device for acquiring biometric information for payment verification.
When a user pays in a payment machine, the payment machine can provide own biological characteristic information, and the payment machine acquires the biological characteristic information of the user through corresponding biological characteristic acquisition equipment, such as acquiring a face image of the user through image acquisition equipment; fingerprint information of a user and the like are collected through fingerprint collecting equipment. The payment machine sends the device identification of the payment machine and the collected biological characteristic information to the server. The payment machine tool can use the collected original information as the biological characteristic information sent to the server, for example, the collected face image is sent to the server, and the collected fingerprint image is sent to the server; the payment machine tool can also process the collected original information to be used as the biological characteristic information sent to the server, for example, the collected face image is coded and then sent to the server, and the collected fingerprint image is coded and then sent to the server.
Step S360: and the server receives the biological characteristic information and the equipment identification sent by the payment machine, and deducts the payment account when judging that the payment account and the biological characteristic information respectively corresponding to the same equipment identification are matched with each other.
And when the server receives the biological characteristic information and the equipment identification sent by the payment machine, the server verifies according to the payment account and the equipment identification sent by the payment machine. The server can judge that the biological characteristic information sent by the payment machine is legal when the two identification marks respectively corresponding to the biological characteristic information and the payment account are the same and the biological characteristic information is matched with the account, and the payment verification is passed.
For convenience of description, the device identification transmitted to the server together with the biometric information is referred to herein as a first device identification, and the device identification transmitted to the server together with the payment account number is referred to herein as a second device identification. Specifically, for the biometric information to be verified, the server determines a first device identifier sent by the payment instrument together with the biometric information, and the server may search for a second device identifier identical to the first device identifier. And then judging whether the found payment account bound with the second equipment identifier is matched with the biological characteristic information. The server may pre-store biometric information matched with different payment accounts, biometric information matched with the payment account, and biometric information representing a legitimate user of the payment account. And when the payment account number and the biological characteristic information respectively corresponding to the same equipment identifier are judged to be matched, the payment verification of the biological characteristic information is passed.
For the biometric information passing the payment verification, the server can deduct the payment account matched with the biometric information. The specific debit amount may be sent by the payment instrument. Optionally, the payment device may send the device identifier and the biometric information and send the deduction amount, or when the biometric information sent by the payment device passes payment verification, the server returns a feedback message passing the verification to the payment device, receives the payment device that has received the feedback message passing the verification, sends the deduction amount to the server, and the server deducts the deduction amount.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to verify the accuracy, the biological characteristic information of the user still passes the payment verification after the user leaves the radiation range of the payment machine for a long time, and the server temporarily stores the bound payment account and the device identification. Specifically, the server stores the binding information of the payment account and the device identifier sent by the payment tool for a preset time length and then deletes the binding information, so that the payment account and the device identifier sent to the server are not bound any more after the preset time length and cannot be used for payment verification.
In an embodiment of the application, the payment instrument may send a first broadcast message that satisfies a target data format. The mobile terminal enters the broadcast message radiation paradigm of the payment machine tool, can monitor the first broadcast message meeting the target data format, and send the second broadcast message carrying the payment account number. And the payment machine receives the second broadcast message and acquires the payment account number from the second broadcast message. The payment tool sends the payment account number and the device identification of the payment tool to the server, and the server binds the device identification and the payment account number. Therefore, when the server receives the biological characteristic information sent by the payment machine tool, if the biological characteristic information corresponds to the payment account number of the mobile terminal in the radiation range of the broadcast message of the payment machine tool, the safety when the payment is carried out through the payment machine tool by using the biological characteristic information is improved through the payment verification of the biological characteristic information and the joint verification of the payment account number, the biological characteristic information and the equipment identification of the payment machine tool sending the biological characteristic information.
The embodiment of the application also provides a payment information processing method which is applied to the payment information processing system. Compared with the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, the mobile terminal monitors the broadcast message when the monitoring condition is satisfied, and power consumption of the mobile terminal is reduced. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the method includes:
step S410: the payment machine sends a first broadcast message meeting a target data format according to a preset frequency.
Step S420: the mobile terminal judges whether the monitoring condition is met. If yes, go to step S430; if not, go to step S420.
If the mobile terminal is always in the monitoring state of the broadcast message, some unnecessary power consumption may be generated. In order to save power consumption, the monitoring of the broadcast message may be performed only if it is determined that the mobile terminal satisfies the monitoring condition.
When a user carrying the mobile terminal needs to pay through a payment machine, the user is usually in a motion state. Therefore, as an implementation manner, the determining whether the mobile terminal satisfies the monitoring condition may be determining whether the mobile terminal is in a motion state. The motion state of the mobile terminal can be detected through a sensor which is arranged in the mobile terminal and used for detecting the motion state, such as an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a magnetometer and other attitude sensors.
If the mobile terminal does not have a corresponding payment application program, the payment account bound by the mobile terminal and used for payment verification cannot be obtained, and even if the first broadcast message meeting the target data format is monitored, the payment information cannot be processed through the method provided by the embodiment of the application. Therefore, as an implementation manner, the determining whether the mobile terminal meets the monitoring condition may be determining whether the mobile terminal installs an application corresponding to the payment account. For example, when the mobile terminal receives the first broadcast message satisfying the target data format and acquires the payment account number of the payment application program a, it is determined whether the mobile terminal is installed with the payment application program a. In addition, in this embodiment, it may be further determined whether the payment application a is logged in by the user, or whether a payment account of the user is stored.
In this embodiment of the present application, the foregoing multiple embodiments may be used as an embodiment for determining whether the mobile terminal meets the monitoring condition, or some of the embodiments may be used as an embodiment for determining whether the mobile terminal meets the monitoring condition. When the mobile terminal is determined to satisfy more than one embodiment of the monitoring condition, it may be determined that the mobile terminal does not satisfy the monitoring condition if the determination result of any one embodiment is negative.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal may determine whether the monitoring condition is satisfied at a certain frequency, and after determining that the monitoring condition is satisfied, may also continue to determine whether the monitoring condition is satisfied. And when the mobile terminal judges that the monitoring condition is not met, if the mobile terminal is in a monitoring state, stopping monitoring.
Optionally, to prevent the mobile terminal from stopping monitoring when the monitoring condition is occasionally not satisfied in the monitoring process, for example, when the user carries the mobile terminal to shop in a supermarket, the monitoring is stopped because the mobile terminal is temporarily stationary, and in the monitoring process of the mobile terminal, the frequency for determining whether the monitoring condition is satisfied may be lower than the frequency for determining whether the monitoring condition is satisfied when the mobile terminal does not start monitoring.
It is understood that steps S410 and S420 are executed by different terminal devices, and the execution of each other does not affect each other.
Step S430: and the mobile terminal monitors the broadcast message.
Step S440: and when the mobile terminal monitors the first broadcast message meeting the target data format, acquiring the equipment identifier of the payment equipment from the first broadcast message.
When the monitoring condition is met, the mobile terminal starts monitoring the broadcast message, so that the first broadcast message sent by the payment machine can be monitored. When the mobile terminal monitors the broadcast message meeting the target data format, it can be determined that the first broadcast message sent by the payment appliance is received, so that the device identifier of the payment appliance can be acquired from the first broadcast message. Specifically, the data in the byte used for storing the device identifier of the payment instrument in the first broadcast message may be acquired as the device identifier of the payment instrument.
In this embodiment of the present application, the power consumption of the mobile terminal may be saved by controlling the monitoring frequency of the broadcast message, and the specific monitoring frequency is not limited in this embodiment of the present application, for example, once every two minutes, once every five minutes, once every ten minutes, and the like.
In addition, optionally, if the first broadcast message including one same device identifier is monitored within the continuous preset times, or the first broadcast messages which are monitored within the continuous preset times and are all some device identifiers are monitored, the monitoring frequency is reduced; and if the monitored equipment identification included in the first broadcast message is continuously kept to be one or more, continuously reducing the monitoring frequency until the monitoring frequency is reduced to the set lowest monitoring frequency. If the first broadcast messages including the equipment identifier m are monitored for the continuous preset times, or the first broadcast messages including the equipment identifier m and the equipment identifier n are monitored for the continuous preset times, the monitoring frequency is changed from the original 2-minute one to five-minute one. The frequency reduction may be performed sequentially at each preset frequency level, or may be performed according to a set step.
Step S450: the mobile terminal judges whether the same equipment identification monitored in a preset time range is stored in the mobile terminal. If the same equipment identifier monitored in the preset duration range is not stored in the mobile terminal, storing the equipment identifier and a timestamp corresponding to the equipment identifier, wherein the timestamp represents the monitoring time of the equipment identifier, and executing step S460; if the same device identifier monitored in the preset duration range is stored in the mobile terminal, discarding the monitored first broadcast message and the acquired device identifier, and executing step S430.
Step S460: and the mobile terminal acquires the payment account bound by the mobile terminal.
Step S470: and the mobile terminal broadcasts the payment account through a second broadcast message.
After acquiring the device identifier in the first broadcast message, the mobile terminal may determine whether the same device identifier stored in the preset time range is stored. For example, if the preset time range is 10 minutes, it can be determined whether the same device identifier is stored within ten minutes. If yes, the first broadcast message sent by the same payment machine is received within the preset time range, and the second broadcast message is broadcasted according to the first broadcast message. In order to reduce the power consumption of the mobile terminal and reduce the data processing frequency, the monitored first broadcast message and the acquired equipment identifier can be discarded, the monitoring of the broadcast message is continued, and the equipment identifier of the payment equipment is acquired from the first broadcast message when the first broadcast message is monitored.
In the embodiment of the application, when it is determined that the same device identifier is monitored in the preset time range stored in the mobile terminal, the step of monitoring the broadcast message by the mobile terminal may be executed, or whether the first broadcast message meeting the target data format is monitored is determined; or when the mobile terminal monitors the first broadcast message meeting the target data format, acquiring the equipment identification of the payment equipment from the first broadcast message.
If the mobile terminal does not store the same device identifier within the preset time range, the device identifier may be stored corresponding to the acquisition time of the device identifier, the payment account bound to the mobile terminal is acquired, and the payment account is broadcasted through a second broadcast message.
Specifically, when the mobile terminal monitors a first broadcast message meeting a target data format for the first time after monitoring is started, the mobile terminal may obtain an equipment identifier of the payment equipment in the broadcast message, and record a timestamp for the equipment identifier. And storing the equipment identifier and the corresponding timestamp, and acquiring the payment account bound by the mobile terminal. When the mobile terminal receives the first broadcast message again within the preset time range and acquires the same equipment identifier from the first broadcast message, the currently acquired first broadcast message and the extracted equipment identifier are discarded because the equipment identifier acquired within the preset time range is stored in the mobile terminal, and the payment account is not acquired any more. When the mobile terminal monitors the first broadcast message including the same device identifier again outside the preset time range, the time of the currently acquired device identifier is different from the time stamp of the same device identifier stored last time by a time length larger than the preset time range, and the device identifier acquired this time is stored and the time stamp is correspondingly stored. Through the cache mechanism, the frequency of acquiring the payment account is reduced, the load of a system is saved, and meaningless data acquisition and reporting are realized.
The newly stored device identifier can cover the same device identifier and the corresponding timestamp stored last time, and the storage space occupation is reduced. Of course, the newly stored device identifier may also be different from the same device identifier stored in the previous time, so that the monitoring condition of the broadcast message during the start of the monitoring process may be known.
Wherein, the timestamp may be the time when the device identifier is heard, i.e. the time when the broadcast message is heard; the timestamp may also be the time at which the device identification was obtained from the broadcast message.
In the embodiment of the application, the SDK of the payment application, the payment service unit, and the communication unit for receiving the broadcast message may be integrated in the mobile terminal. The SDK of the integrated payment application may be a common built-in application of the mobile terminal instead of a system application, so as to avoid a security risk of the mobile terminal caused by the payment application acquiring the authority of a system user.
The mobile terminal receives the broadcast message and sends the broadcast message through the communication unit, such as receiving the beacon signal and sending the beacon signal through the bluetooth module. The communication unit transmits the received broadcast message to a payment service unit in the mobile terminal. The payment service unit analyzes the broadcast message, judges whether the broadcast message is a first broadcast message meeting a target data format, and acquires the equipment identifier and other information of the payment equipment from the first broadcast message. The SDK of the payment application communicates with the payment service unit over the air to reduce coupling and security risks. The payment service unit may transmit the information acquired from the first broadcast message to the SDK of the payment application program in an intra-mobile-terminal broadcast manner, or transmit the information acquired from the first broadcast message to the SDK of the payment application program, and the like, thereby completing reporting to the SDK of the payment application program. The SDK of the payment application receives the information transmitted by the payment service unit, may obtain a login or bound payment account of the payment application from the payment application, and transmits the payment account to the communication unit, so that the communication unit broadcasts the payment account through the second broadcast message.
Step S480: when the payment tool monitors a second broadcast message broadcasted by the mobile terminal, a payment account bound by the mobile terminal is obtained from the second broadcast message, an equipment identifier of the payment tool is obtained, and the payment account and the equipment identifier are sent to a server.
Step S490: and the server binds the payment account and the equipment identification for payment verification.
In the embodiment of the present application, the same or similar steps as those in the previous embodiment may be referred to each other, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the application, the mobile terminal monitors the broadcast message only when the monitoring condition is met, and the one-time payment account is acquired at the interval longer than the time length corresponding to the preset time range, so that the data processing frequency of the mobile terminal is reduced, and the power consumption is reduced as low as possible while the payment safety is improved.
In addition, in the embodiment of the application, if the mobile terminal does not start the network data, the bound payment account can also be transmitted to the payment tool through the second broadcast message, and the payment tool sends the bound payment account to the server. That is, the user may also complete payment through the biometric information without the mobile terminal turning on network data.
The embodiment of the application further provides a payment information processing device 500, which is applied to a mobile terminal. Referring to fig. 9, the apparatus may include: a listening module 510 for determining whether a first broadcast message satisfying a target data format is listened to. An account acquiring module 520, configured to acquire the payment account bound to the mobile terminal if the first broadcast message meeting the target data format is monitored. The broadcast module 530 is configured to broadcast the payment account through a second broadcast message, so as to indicate that the payment device that receives the second broadcast message sends the payment account and the device identifier of the payment device to a server for binding, and is used for the server to perform payment verification on whether the biometric information acquired from the payment device matches the payment account.
Optionally, the account acquiring module 520 may be configured to acquire a payment account corresponding to the first broadcast message in the payment account bound to the mobile terminal. If the mobile terminal is bound with a payment account of a payment application program which can correspond to the first broadcast message, acquiring the payment account of the payment application program; if the mobile terminal binds various payment accounts of the payment application program corresponding to the first broadcast message, determining the payment account corresponding to the first broadcast message according to the monitored bytes which represent the payment application program type in the first broadcast message.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present application may further include a monitoring module, configured to determine whether the mobile terminal meets a monitoring condition; and if so, monitoring the broadcast message.
The monitoring module may determine whether the mobile terminal satisfies a monitoring condition, where the determining may include: judging whether the mobile terminal is in a motion state or not; or judging whether the mobile terminal installs the payment application program corresponding to the payment account.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present application may further include an identifier obtaining module and a data storage module. The identification acquisition module can be used for acquiring the equipment identification of the payment equipment from a first broadcast message when the first broadcast message meeting the target data format is monitored. The data storage module may be configured to store the device identifier and a timestamp corresponding to the device identifier if the same device identifier monitored within a preset time range is not stored in the mobile terminal, where the timestamp represents time for monitoring the device identifier, and jump to the account acquisition module 520 to execute the acquiring of the payment account bound to the mobile terminal; if the same device identifier monitored in the preset time range is stored in the mobile terminal, discarding the monitored broadcast message and the acquired device identifier, and skipping to the monitoring module 510 to execute the determination of whether the first broadcast message meeting the target data format is monitored.
Optionally, the identifier obtaining module may include: the judging unit is used for judging whether the monitored first broadcast message meets a target data format; and the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring data in bytes used for storing equipment identifiers of the payment equipment in the first broadcast message as the equipment identifiers of the payment equipment if the judgment unit judges that the data is positive.
The judging unit may be configured to judge whether data in a preset byte in the first broadcast message is designated data.
The embodiment of the application also provides a payment information processing device 600 which is applied to payment machines. As shown in fig. 10, the apparatus includes: the account extraction module 610 is configured to, when a second broadcast message broadcasted by the mobile terminal is monitored, obtain a payment account bound by the mobile terminal from the second broadcast message; an identity acquisition module 620, configured to acquire an equipment identifier of the payment equipment; a sending module 630, configured to send the payment account and the device identifier to a server, so as to instruct the server to bind the payment account and the device identifier, and perform payment verification on whether the biometric information acquired from the payment apparatus matches the payment account.
Optionally, the payment information processing apparatus 600 may further include a broadcasting module, configured to send a first broadcast message meeting the target data format according to a preset frequency, so as to instruct the mobile terminal to broadcast a second broadcast message to the bound payment account when the mobile terminal monitors the first broadcast message meeting the target data format.
Optionally, the payment information processing apparatus 600 may further include an information collecting module, configured to collect biometric information of the user through a biometric collecting device; the sending module 630 may be further configured to send the biometric information and the device identifier to a server, so as to instruct the server to deduct money from the payment account when it is determined that the same device identifier corresponds to the payment account and the biometric information are matched with each other.

In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each of the modules may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode.
