Description

Washing heating control method and device of dish washing machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dish washing machines, in particular to a washing heating control method and a washing heating control device of a dish washing machine.
Background
Since the dishwasher washes soiled dishes using high-temperature and high-pressure shower water and corresponding chemicals, the dishwasher is generally provided with a heater and a temperature detector. The heater and the temperature detector are required to detect during the washing process of the dishwasher. The conventional method is to determine whether the heater and the temperature detector are normal by determining whether the corresponding water temperature is reached within a preset heating time; the preset heating time is the washing heating sequence step time, and the whole judging process needs longer time. Patent document CN104706298B discloses a heating and washing control method of a dishwasher, which includes timing in real time when the dishwasher is in a heating and washing process, acquiring real-time water temperature, when the real-time water temperature is less than a preset water temperature value and the current timing time is greater than a preset heating time, judging whether the difference between the real-time water temperature and an initial water temperature value is greater than a temperature difference reference value, if not, indicating that a heater and/or a temperature detector is abnormal, immediately controlling the heater of the dishwasher to stop working, enabling the dishwasher to execute washing compensation operation, then controlling the dishwasher to execute a subsequent washing process, and sending a heating and temperature detection abnormal prompt when the washing process is finished; wherein the initial value of the water temperature is an initial temperature value of the washing water in the dishwasher when the dishwasher enters a heating washing course. The method compares the initial temperature value of the washing water with the real-time water temperature to judge whether the heater and/or the temperature detector is abnormal, however, when the temperature is low in winter and the dishwasher sprays the water into the cold inner cavity of the dishwasher, the water temperature of the inner cavity of the dishwasher can be reduced (as shown in figure 1), so that the misjudgment phenomenon is easy to occur, and further the wrong abnormal prompt, abnormal control and washing compensation operation are caused.
