Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. "first", "second", "third" and "fourth" do not denote any sequence relationship, but are merely used for convenience of description. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art. "Current" is the time at which an action is performed, multiple occurrences of which are recorded in real time over time.
Based on the problem that the ice blockage prevention mode of the ice machine cannot meet different requirements of users, the invention provides an ice blockage prevention control method, a control system and the ice machine.
Products, methods, and the like will be described in detail below with reference to basic designs, extended designs, and alternative designs.
An anti-ice-blockage control method is shown in fig. 1, and mainly comprises the following steps:
step 110, collecting an ice turning period of the ice turning structure returning to the first position again after passing through the ice turning path from the first position;
it can be understood that the ice turning structure usually operates according to a given ice turning path, and one ice turning period can be understood when the ice turning structure normally operates for one circle, on the other hand, in the conventional ice turning period of the equipment, if the ice turning structure does not reach the corresponding position, it can be understood that a new ice turning period is unreasonable, and ice blockage may occur. Therefore, whether ice blockage occurs can be judged from one dimension through the change and the time length of the ice overturning period. It is based on this theory that the ice turning cycle mentioned here is a cycle in which the ice turning structure is automatically formed by returning to the original position every time ice is turned for one cycle.
The first position is mentioned here for convenience of description, and numbering is performed, and in actual practice, a specific position may be defined.
Step 112, comparing the ice turning period with an ice blocking fault threshold, and determining that the ice blocking fault occurs when the ice turning period is greater than the ice blocking fault threshold;
the ice jam threshold is typically the time for one week of normal operation of the ice turning structure without ice jam.
And step 114, heating and ice turning are carried out in more than one stage based on ice blocking faults, and when the ice turning structure returns to the first position again, the ice blocking prevention treatment is finished.
The reason why more than one stage of heating and ice turning is mentioned here is that the heat consumption for heating and ice turning is different due to different ice blocking degrees, and the ice turning is performed gradually according to degrees and selected sequences in stages. However, whether the conditions for heating the ice turned over are contacted or not is finally measured, and whether the ice turned over structure returns to the first position or not is judged. After ice is blocked, the ice-flipping structure may not have a way to return to the first position. And after the ice melts, the ice can smoothly return to the first position.
If it still occurs that the ice turnover cycle is still not acceptable, although it returns to the first position, the method can still be used.
In the step, a branch is also taken to be the case of heating and ice-turning in multiple stages, namely, in the case of heating and ice-turning in more than one stage based on ice blocking faults, when the ice-turning structure does not return to the first position, the heating and ice-turning in more than one stage is restarted.
It is mentioned here that the heating of ice-turning is restarted for more than one stage, but since it involves heating of ice-turning for a plurality of stages, it is specifically designed from which stage to start when restarting:
design 1, the heating degree of the multiple stages is the same, so the multiple stages are not distinguished actually, and only the multiple operation of heating and ice turning is carried out, and in this case, the stage from which the heating starts does not need to be judged.
Design 2, the heating degree is different from stage to stage, in this case, the heating amount may change according to the increment of the stage, such as: the heating amount is changed from large to small or from small to large. In this case, it is then necessary to determine from which phase to start. One way is given below:
since the heating and ice-turning of the more than one stage includes more than one heating and ice-turning cycle, each heating and ice-turning cycle may be started in a manner that: the heating ice-turning cycle is not finished at this stage. That is, when the heating and ice-turning cycle of this stage is finished, the heating and ice-turning cycle of the next stage is performed. After each heating cycle of the stages, the stages are recorded, and comparison is carried out to determine which stages are used and which stage should be heated to turn ice when the heating cycle is carried out again. In specific execution, according to each heating ice-turning instruction, checking is started from the first stage, when the first stage is operated, checking of the second stage is started, when the second stage is operated, checking of the third stage is started, when the third stage is operated, checking of the fourth stage is started, and so on, when the checking stage is not operated, the stage is operated.
The end point of each heating ice-turning cycle is continued with a determination of whether the ice-turning structure is returned to the first position.
The following describes the heating and ice-turning cycle for each stage:
step 001, stopping ice turning and opening a heating structure;
step 003, judge whether the heating temperature of the heating structure is greater than the target temperature of the heating ice-turning cycle of the present stage;
and 004, if the judgment result is greater than the first position, restarting ice turning, closing the heating structure, and judging whether the ice turning structure returns to the first position again.
The heating and ice-turning cycle of multiple stages is carried out, but the number of stages is not endless, and once the number of stages exceeds the expected number of stages, the abnormality is determined, a fault warning is carried out, and the maintenance is facilitated for maintenance personnel.
For the above control method, a corresponding control system is given below, and the control system may be a program of software nature, or a hardware device, or a combination of software and hardware.

the ice turning device comprises a collecting module, an ice turning module and an ice turning module, wherein the collecting module is used for collecting an ice turning period of the ice turning structure returning to the first position again after passing through an ice turning path from the first position;

and the processing module is used for heating and turning ice in more than one stage based on ice blocking faults, and when the ice turning structure returns to the first position again, the ice blockage preventing processing is finished.
The processing module is also used for restarting the heating ice turning of more than one stage when the ice turning structure does not return to the first position.
The ice blockage prevention control system further comprises: and the abnormality module is used for comparing the number of stages of heating and ice turning with the preset number of stages, and judging that the ice is abnormal when the number of stages of heating and ice turning exceeds the preset number of stages.
The processing module comprises: the judging unit is used for judging whether the heating ice-turning cycle of the stage is finished or not when the heating ice-turning cycle is required to be heated at each stage, and generating a signal of the heating ice-turning cycle of the stage when the heating ice-turning cycle of the stage is not finished; when finished, a signal for the next stage of the heating and ice-turning cycle is generated.
The processing module comprises: a heating and ice-turning circulation unit;
the heating ice-turning circulation unit is used for generating a signal for stopping ice-turning and generating a signal for opening the heating structure; judging whether the heating temperature of the heating structure is higher than the target temperature of the heating ice-turning cycle at the current stage;
and if the judgment result is greater than the first threshold value, restarting ice turning, closing the heating structure, and judging whether the ice turning structure returns to the first position again.
The invention also provides an ice maker, which comprises an ice making grid 1, an ice turning structure 2, a heating structure 3 and the anti-ice blockage control system, as shown in fig. 3 and 4; the ice turning structure 2 is positioned above the ice making grid 1, the heating structure 3 is positioned below the ice making grid 1, and the ice turning structure 2 and the heating structure 3 are respectively connected with the anti-ice-blockage control system; a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the anti-ice blockage control system.
