Abstract

一种固定装置及采用该固定装置的电子设备,所述固定装置包括固定支架,所述固定支架上设有用于分别收容所述光驱模组和硬盘模组的光驱固定位和硬盘固定位,所述固定装置还包括卡扣,所述卡扣用于与所述光驱模组固定;所述固定支架包括连接板,所述连接板上设有与所述卡扣匹配并与所述光驱固定位对接的弹性挡片;所述弹性挡片可卡接或释放所述卡扣以固定或释放所述光驱模组。所述弹性挡片设于所述连接板上,不额外占用空间,从而减少固定装置与其相邻设备的干涉。

固定装置及采用该固定装置的电子设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定装置及采用该固定装置的电子设备。
背景技术
HDD(Hard Disk Drive,硬盘驱动器,简称硬盘)和ODD(Optical Disk Drive,光盘驱动器,简称光驱)是台式计算机、一体机等电子设备的常用配件。其中,HDD用于保存操作系统、应用程序以及用户数据,而ODD则用于读取CD、DVD等光存储介质中的数据。最初,ODD和HDD都是直接通过螺钉单独固定在电子设备的机箱内。但是,随着科技的发展,计算机设备日趋轻薄化,ODD和HDD常被整合于一个固定装置中。现有技术中,此类固定装置容易与其相邻的元器件产生干涉。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种固定装置及采用该固定装置的电子设备,减少固定装置与其相邻设备的干涉。
一种固定装置,用于固定光驱模组及硬盘模组,所述固定装置包括固定支架,所述固定支架上设有用于分别收容所述光驱模组和硬盘模组的光驱固定位和硬盘固定位,所述固定装置还包括卡扣,所述卡扣用于与所述光驱模组固定;所述固定支架包括连接板,所述连接板上设有与所述卡扣匹配并与所述光驱固定位对接的弹性挡片;所述弹性挡片可卡接或释放所述卡扣以固定或释放所述光驱模组。
作为优选,所述弹性挡片包括:
连接端;
活动端,所述活动端与所述连接端相对设置;及
止挡部,所述止挡部设于所述连接端与所述活动端之间;
所述连接板上设有与所述止挡部匹配的开口;所述止挡部通过所述开口与所述卡扣对接。
作为优选,所述连接端连接于所述开口的边缘并向所述连接板延伸。
作为优选,所述弹性挡片与所述连接板一体冲压制成。
作为优选,所述连接板上还设有多个引导件,所述引导件包括:
悬臂,所述悬臂与所述连接板垂直连接;及
托板,所述托板与所述悬臂垂直连接并与所述连接板平行;
所述托板用于承载所述光驱模组。
作为优选,所述卡扣包括:
固定板,所述固定板上设有固定孔;及
卡接板,所述卡接板的一端与所述固定板的一端垂直连接,所述卡接板上设有与所述弹性挡片匹配的卡勾;
所述卡扣通过固定件及所述固定孔与所述光驱模组固定。
作为优选,所述固定支架还包括:
第一侧板,所述第一侧板垂直连接于所述连接板的一侧;及
第二侧板,所述第二侧板垂直连接于所述连接板的另一侧并与所述第一侧板平行;
所述第一侧板及所述第二侧板上分别设有收容槽;
所述固定装置还包括多个滑动柱,所述滑动柱用于与所述硬盘模组连接并与所述收容槽固定。
作为优选,所述收容槽包括引导部及与所述引导部连通的固定部;
所述滑动柱由所述引导部滑动至所述固定部以将所述硬盘模组固定于所述固定支架上。
一种电子设备,包括光驱模组、硬盘模组及用于固定所述光驱模组和所述硬盘模组的固定装置,所述固定装置为前述任一固定装置。
作为优选,所述光驱固定位与所述连接板邻接。
上述固定装置及采用该固定装置的电子设备中,所述固定支架包括连接板,所述连接板上设有与所述卡扣匹配并与所述光驱固定位对接的弹性挡片;所述弹性挡片可卡接或释放所述卡扣以固定或释放所述光驱模组,所述弹性挡片设于所述连接板上,不额外占用空间,从而减少固定装置与其相邻设备的干涉。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示,电子设备200包括光驱模组300、硬盘模组500及用于固定所述光驱模组300和所述硬盘模组500的固定装置100。
所述固定装置100用于固定所述光驱模组300及硬盘模组500。
所述固定装置100包括固定支架10、卡扣20及螺丝30。
所述固定支架10上设有用于收容所述光驱模组300的光驱固定位和用于收容所述硬盘模组500的硬盘固定位。所述卡扣20用于与所述光驱模组300固定。所述固定支架10包括连接板110,所述连接板110上设有弹性挡片1101。所述弹性挡片1101与所述卡扣20匹配并与所述光驱固定位对接。所述弹性挡片1101可卡接或释放所述卡扣20,以固定或释放所述光驱模组300。例如,在具体实施中,所述弹性挡片1101可在常态下保持在与所述卡扣20卡接的位置,当所述光驱模组300装入所述固定支架10时,所述卡扣20顶推所述弹性挡片1101直至所述光驱模组300收容至预定的光驱固定位,所述弹性挡片1101将所述卡扣20卡接以固定所述光驱模组300。当需要移出所述光驱模组300时,可手动扣动所述弹性挡片1101,使所述弹性挡片1101与所述卡扣20分离。
在具体实施中,所述光驱固定位与所述连接板110邻接,所述硬盘固定位位于远离所述连接板110的一侧,以便于所述弹性挡片1101的设置。
所述弹性挡片1101可包括连接端1101a、活动端1101b及一止挡部1101c。所述活动端1101b与所述连接端1101a相对设置。所述止挡部1101c设于所述连接端1101a与所述活动端1101b之间。
所述连接板110上设有与所述止挡部1101c匹配的开口。所述止挡部1101c通过所述开口与所述卡扣20对接。例如,在一优选实施方式中,所述弹性挡片1101可与所述连接板110一体冲压制成。冲压完成后,所述弹性挡片1101的一端仍与所述连接板110连接,该一端对应为所述连接端1101a,所述弹性挡片1101的另一端与所述连接板110冲离,该另一端对应为所述活动端1101b,同时所述弹性挡片1101与所述连接板110之间形成一冲压造成的开口。
在具体实施中,所述连接端1101a连接于所述开口的边缘并向所述连接板110的主体部分延伸,从而避免所述弹性挡片1101伸出所述连接板110的外侧,进而避免所述固定支架10与其周边的元器件造成物理干涉。所述弹性挡片1101的延伸方向可与光驱模组300的安装方向平行,从而在所述光驱模组300移动至预定安装位置后,所述弹性挡片1101上的止挡部1101c将所述卡扣20卡接以固定所述光驱模组300。
在一优选实施方式中,所述连接板110上还设有多个引导件1102。所述引导件1102可包括悬臂1102a及托板1102b。
所述悬臂1102a与所述连接板110垂直连接。所述托板1102b与所述悬臂1102a垂直连接并与所述连接板110平行。所述托板1102b可用于承载所述光驱模组300,同时可引导所述光驱模组300向所述光驱固定位移动。
所述卡扣20可包括固定板210及卡接板220。所述固定板210上设有固定孔2101。所述卡接板220的一端与所述固定板210的一端垂直连接,所述卡接板220上设有与所述止挡部1101c匹配的卡勾2201。所述固定装置100还包括一固定件,例如一螺丝30,所述光驱模组300上设有第一螺丝孔310,所述卡扣20通过所述螺丝30、所述固定孔2101及所述第一螺丝孔310与所述光驱模组300固定。
在另一优选实施方式中,所述固定支架10还包括第一侧板120及第二侧板130。所述第一侧板120垂直连接于所述连接板110的一侧,所述第二侧板130垂直连接于所述连接板110的另一侧并与所述第一侧板120平行。
所述第一侧板120上设有收容槽1201,所述第二侧板130上设有收容槽1301。所述收容槽1201及收容槽1301结构相同。
所述固定装置100还可以包括多个滑动柱510,所述滑动柱510用于与所述硬盘模组500连接并与所述收容槽1201,1301固定。例如,硬盘模组包括硬盘主体530,所述硬盘主体530上设有第二螺丝孔520,所述滑动柱510为一螺柱,所述滑动柱的一端与所述第二螺丝孔520螺接。
以收容槽1301为例,所述收容槽1301包括引导部1301a及与所述引导部1301a连通的固定部1301b。
所述滑动柱510由所述引导部1301a滑动至所述固定部1301b以将所述硬盘模组500固定于所述固定支架10上。
参阅图6所示,在另一实施例中,所述弹性挡片1101的延伸方向还可以与光驱模组300的安装方向垂直。
上述固定装置100及采用该固定装置100的电子设备200中,所述固定支架10包括连接板110,所述连接板110上设有与所述卡扣20匹配并与所述光驱固定位对接的弹性挡片1101。所述弹性挡片1101可卡接或释放所述卡扣20以固定或释放所述光驱模组300,所述弹性挡片1101设于所述连接板110上,不额外占用空间,从而减少固定装置100与其相邻设备的干涉。

Claims (10)

1.一种固定装置,用于固定光驱模组及硬盘模组,所述固定装置包括固定支架,所述固定支架上设有用于分别收容所述光驱模组和硬盘模组的光驱固定位和硬盘固定位,其特征在于:所述固定装置还包括卡扣,所述卡扣用于与所述光驱模组固定;所述固定支架包括连接板,所述连接板上设有与所述卡扣匹配并与所述光驱固定位对接的弹性挡片;所述弹性挡片可卡接或释放所述卡扣以固定或释放所述光驱模组。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性挡片包括:
连接端;
活动端,所述活动端与所述连接端相对设置;及
止挡部,所述止挡部设于所述连接端与所述活动端之间;
所述连接板上设有与所述止挡部匹配的开口;所述止挡部通过所述开口与所述卡扣对接。
3.如权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于:所述连接端连接于所述开口的边缘并向所述连接板延伸。
4.如权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹性挡片与所述连接板一体冲压制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述连接板上还设有多个引导件,所述引导件包括:
悬臂,所述悬臂与所述连接板垂直连接;及
托板,所述托板与所述悬臂垂直连接并与所述连接板平行;
所述托板用于承载所述光驱模组。
6.如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡扣包括:
固定板,所述固定板上设有固定孔;及
卡接板,所述卡接板的一端与所述固定板的一端垂直连接,所述卡接板上设有与所述弹性挡片匹配的卡勾;
所述卡扣通过固定件及所述固定孔与所述光驱模组固定。
7.如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定支架还包括:
第一侧板,所述第一侧板垂直连接于所述连接板的一侧;及
第二侧板,所述第二侧板垂直连接于所述连接板的另一侧并与所述第一侧板平行;
所述第一侧板及所述第二侧板上分别设有收容槽;
所述固定装置还包括多个滑动柱,所述滑动柱用于与所述硬盘模组连接并与所述收容槽固定。
8.如权利要求7所述的固定装置,其特征在于:所述收容槽包括引导部及与所述引导部连通的固定部;
所述滑动柱由所述引导部滑动至所述固定部以将所述硬盘模组固定于所述固定支架上。
9.一种电子设备,包括光驱模组、硬盘模组及用于固定所述光驱模组和所述硬盘模组的固定装置,其特征在于:所述固定装置为权利要求1-9中任一项所述的固定装置。
10.如权利要求9所述电子设备,其特征在于:所述光驱固定位与所述连接板邻接。
