Claims (9)

1. A butterfly valve comprises a cylindrical valve body (1) and a valve rod (2), wherein the valve rod (2) is radially rotated to be arranged in the valve body (1) in a penetrating manner, one end of the valve rod (2) extends out of the valve body (1), and the valve rod (2) is provided with a disc-shaped valve clack (3), the butterfly valve is characterized in that an annular pressure groove (31) is circumferentially arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the valve clack (3), a rubber ring (4) is circumferentially arranged in the pressure groove (31), the rubber ring (4) protrudes out of the notch of the pressure groove (31), one side of the valve clack (3) of the valve rod (2) is provided with a water inlet hole (21), the other side of the valve clack (3) is provided with a pressure relief hole (22), the water inlet hole (21) and the pressure relief hole (22) are both communicated with the pressure groove (31), when the valve clack (3) is closed, a water inlet faces to one end of the valve body (1), a plugging piece capable of plugging the pressure relief hole (22) when the valve clack (3) is closed is further arranged in the valve clack (3), and an operating mechanism capable of enabling the plugging piece to open the pressure relief hole (22) and plug the water inlet hole (21) is arranged on the valve rod (2); a columnar mounting cavity (23) is formed in the valve rod (2), the water inlet hole (21) and the pressure relief hole (22) are communicated with the mounting cavity (23), the plugging piece comprises a first plugging plate (52) and a second plugging plate (53) which are fixedly connected, the cross sections of the first plugging plate (52) and the second plugging plate (53) are arc-shaped, the first plugging plate (52) and the second plugging plate (53) are attached to the inner wall of the mounting cavity (23), the convex surface of the first plugging plate (52) faces one side of the pressure relief hole (22), the convex surface of the second plugging plate (53) faces one side of the water inlet hole (21), the second plugging plate (53) is higher than the first plugging plate (52), a spring (9) is further arranged in the mounting cavity (23), the lower end of the spring (9) acts on the bottom surface of the mounting cavity (23), and the upper end of the spring acts on the first plugging plate (52) and the second plugging plate (53), the first blocking plate (52) blocks the pressure relief hole (22) under the action of the spring (9), and the second blocking plate (53) is higher than the water inlet hole (21).

The butterfly valve according to claim 1, wherein the rubber ring (4) is of a hollow structure, the cross section of the rubber ring (4) is of a D shape, the rubber ring (4) comprises a sealing portion (41) protruding out of the notch of the pressure groove (31) in an arc shape and a supporting portion (42) covering the inner cavity of the sealing portion (41), the supporting portion (42) is circumferentially provided with a plurality of communicating holes (421) communicating the inner cavity of the sealing portion (41) with the pressure groove (31), the inner wall of the valve body (1) is circumferentially provided with an annular sealing groove (11), the cross section of the sealing groove (11) is of an arc shape, and when the valve flap (3) is closed, the outer peripheral surface of the sealing portion (41) is attached and pressed in the sealing groove (11).

The butterfly valve according to claim 2, wherein the thickness of the sealing portion (41) is gradually reduced from the middle portion to both sides along the width direction, both side edges of the supporting portion (42) protrude from both sides of the sealing portion (41) and form an annular connecting convex edge (43), the pressure groove (31) has an annular concave shoulder (311) on both side groove walls, the connecting convex edge (43) abuts against the concave shoulder (311) and is pressed and fixed by the pressing ring (312), and a gap is formed between the supporting portion (42) and the bottom surface of the pressure groove (31).

The butterfly valve according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the inlet hole (21) and the pressure relief hole (22) are both located at the center of the valve flap (3), a plurality of water through holes (32) are formed in the valve flap (3) in the circumferential direction, the water through holes (32) are radially arranged along the valve flap (3) in the length direction, one ends of the water through holes (32) are both communicated with the inlet hole (21) and the pressure relief hole (22), and the other ends of the water through holes are both communicated with the pressure groove (31).

The butterfly valve according to claim 4, wherein the valve rod (2) and the valve flap (3) are of an integral structure, the two ends of the valve rod (2) are provided with yielding holes (24) corresponding to the rubber rings (4), and the rubber rings (4) respectively pass through the two yielding holes (24).

The butterfly valve according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a groove (521) is formed in a convex surface of the first blocking plate (52), a sealing block (523) is arranged in the groove (521) in a sliding manner, the sealing block (523) is provided with a sealing arc surface (524) which protrudes out of the groove (521) and is matched with the inner side surface of the mounting cavity (23), a gap is formed between the sealing block (523) and the bottom surface of the groove (521), a water through hole (522) communicated with the mounting cavity (23) is formed in the bottom surface of the groove (521), and when the first blocking plate (52) is opposite to the pressure relief hole (22), the sealing block (523) can block the pressure relief hole (22).

The butterfly valve according to claim 6, wherein the closure further comprises a spool (5), the spool (5) is axially slidably disposed in the mounting cavity (23), the first closure plate (52) and the second closure plate (53) are both fixed to the spool (5) through a connecting rod (51), a limit sleeve (54) is provided at the lower end of the spool (5), the upper end of the spring (9) abuts against the limit sleeve (54), a lower pressure plate (55) is fixed to the upper end of the spool (5), and the operating mechanism can press the lower pressure plate (55) downwards to open the pressure relief hole (22).
