The invention relates to a high-performance single-petal double-seal pneumatic regulating valve for nuclear power, which comprises a valve body, a valve cover, a valve seat and a valve clack assembly, wherein the valve cover is arranged on the valve body to form a valve cavity; the valve clack assembly comprises a valve clack and a valve clack, the valve clack is opposite to a valve seat and is in sealing fit to form external seal, a circular groove is formed in the top of the valve clack, a circular hole is formed in the bottom of the circular groove, a valve clack cover is covered on the valve clack, the valve core shaft sequentially penetrates through a valve cover, a valve cavity and the valve clack cover along the vertical direction to extend into the circular groove, a circular bulge is formed in the valve core shaft, the lower end of the valve core shaft is opposite; the valve core shaft is also sleeved with a spring, and two ends of the spring are respectively fixed on the annular convex and the valve clack. The sealing performance is good, the operating torque is small, the service life is long, the cost is reduced and increased, and the use working condition of the nuclear power unit is met.

When the valve is opened, the valve core shaft is lifted firstly, the spring in the inner cavity of the valve clack is expanded to prop against the valve core shaft to move upwards, and the valve core shaft is small in stress area and easy to open; when the valve is closed, the valve core shaft is firstly descended to drive the valve clack to move downwards, so that the outer sealing surface of the valve clack and the sealing surface of the replaceable valve seat form sealing, and the valve core shaft continues to move downwards, so that the sealing surface of the valve core shaft and the sealing surface of the inner cavity of the valve clack form sealing. The structure reduces the damage of the medium to the valve core shaft and the valve clack at the moment of opening and closing the valve, avoids the defect of large opening and closing moment of the regulating valve, and reduces the moment and the manufacturing cost of the actuator.
Furthermore, the inlet is communicated with the upper part of the valve cavity, the outlet is communicated with the bottom of the valve cavity, and the valve seat is positioned at the joint of the outlet and the valve cavity; a cover column is also arranged in the valve cavity, is fixedly arranged on the valve body, is sleeved on the valve clack assembly and is in sliding sealing contact with the valve clack assembly; a plurality of unloading holes are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the cover column; a winding gasket is arranged between the cover and the valve body; the valve core shaft is high in inlet and low in outlet, and in the lifting process of the valve core shaft, a medium passes through the unloading hole in the cover column, so that the pressure difference at two ends of the valve is gradually reduced, the pressure and the flow of the medium are controlled, the opening moment of the valve is relatively reduced, the size of the valve core shaft can be relatively reduced, the specification of an operating device can be reduced, the material is saved, and the cost is reduced.
