Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem underlying the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a washing machine table top structure which overcomes or at least partly solves the above mentioned problems.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a washing machine table top structure with shock absorption function comprises,
the washing machine table is arranged above the washing machine box body;
and the damping device is arranged on the contact surface of the washing machine table-board and the washing machine box body and is used for buffering the interaction force of the washing machine box body and the washing machine table-board.
The damping device comprises a damping unit which has a buffering function and elasticity; the damping unit is arranged on the contact surface of the washing machine table board and the washing machine box body, the damping unit effectively absorbs the force applied to the table board in the installation process, and the damage and the flash seam of the table board are avoided.
In addition, damping device still includes the shock attenuation mounting groove that corresponds the shock attenuation unit setting, the shock attenuation unit disposes in the inside of shock attenuation mounting groove to set up on the contact surface of washing machine mesa and washing machine box, the setting of shock attenuation mounting groove has made things convenient for the installation and the dismantlement of damping unit, has improved overall structure's commonality.
In one embodiment, at least one shock absorption mounting groove is arranged on the contact surface of the washing machine table board and the washing machine box body, and the shock absorption mounting groove and the washing machine table board are in an integrally formed structure.
In one embodiment, at least one shock absorption mounting groove is arranged on the contact surface of the washing machine table board and the washing machine box body, and the shock absorption mounting groove is connected with the washing machine table board in an adhesion mode.
In addition, the contact surface of the washing machine table-board and the washing machine box body is provided with a guide rail and a slide block matched with the guide rail, at least one damping mounting groove is arranged on the slide block on the contact surface of the rear part of the washing machine table-board and the washing machine box body, the damping device is arranged in a sliding mode, so that the damping is more flexible and practical, and the action position of the damping device can be selected according to the actual situation during installation.
In one embodiment, the damping unit is a rubber block having elasticity; the damping unit is arranged on the contact surface of the washing machine table board and the washing machine box body or is arranged in the damping mounting groove.
In one embodiment, the damping unit is a spring having elasticity; the damping unit is arranged on the contact surface of the washing machine table-board and the washing machine box body or arranged in the damping mounting groove.
In one embodiment, the damping unit is a damping strip or a damping band having elasticity; the damping unit is adhered to the contact surface of the washing machine table-board and the washing machine box body.
Meanwhile, the damping device is also arranged on the contact surface of the washing machine table-board and the main control panel.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention effectively solves the problems that the appearance is fine and poor, the appearance is attractive and the user experience is reduced due to the phenomenon that the flash seam is large easily after the table top is matched with the washing machine and/or the main control panel is matched;
2. from the safety perspective, the invention effectively avoids the phenomenon that the detergent is easily caused to flow into the washing machine along the gap and the safety accident is easily caused because a user puts the detergent on the table board and carelessly bumps down the detergent;
3. the arrangement of the washing machine table-board ensures that the requirements of the table-board, the washing machine box body and the main control board on tolerance in the processing process become stricter and stricter, the damping device effectively absorbs the problem of hard-to-hard mounting damage caused by tolerance error, and simultaneously, the processing cost is also reduced;
4. the damping device arranged on the washing machine table top has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in installation and strong universality, can be adapted to most of the conventional machine types, and improves the utilization rate of products.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the washing machine table-board structure with a shock absorption function of the present invention includes a washing machine table-board 2 disposed above a washing machine cabinet 3; the damping device 1 is arranged on the contact surface of the washing machine table-board 2 and the washing machine box body 3 and used for buffering the interaction force of the washing machine box body 3 and the washing machine table-board 2; the damping device 1 can also buffer the acting force of the table top on the box body, for example, when articles are placed on the table top or when two machines are stacked; the arrangement of the washing machine table top 2 ensures that the requirements of the table top, the washing machine box body and the main control panel 4 on tolerance are not strict and harsh in the processing process, the damping device 1 effectively absorbs the problem of hard-to-hard mounting damage caused by tolerance errors, and simultaneously, the processing cost is also reduced.

The damping device 1 can effectively absorb the reverse acting force generated by the washing machine box body 3 on the washing machine table-board 2 when the washing machine table-board 2 is arranged on the washing machine box body 3, and can also absorb the reverse acting force generated by the washing machine box body 3 on the washing machine table-board 2 when the washing machine box body 3 vibrates in the working process.
The invention effectively solves the problems that the appearance is fine and poor, the appearance is attractive and the user experience is reduced due to the fact that the theme of the table top and the washing machine and/or the phenomenon of large flash seam easily occurs after the main control board 4 is matched; from the safety perspective, the detergent is effectively prevented from being placed on the table top by a user and being accidentally knocked down, so that the detergent flows into the washing machine along the gap, and safety accidents are easily caused.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the washing machine table top structure with a shock absorption function according to the present embodiment includes a washing machine table top 2 disposed above a washing machine cabinet 3; the damping device 1 is arranged on the contact surface of the washing machine table-board 2 and the washing machine box body 3 and used for buffering the interaction force of the washing machine box body 3 and the washing machine table-board 2; the damping device 1 can also buffer the acting force of the table top on the box body, for example, when articles are placed on the table top or when two machines are stacked; the arrangement of the washing machine table-board 2 ensures that the requirements of the table-board, the washing machine box body and the main control board 4 on tolerance in the processing process become stricter and stricter, the damping device 1 effectively absorbs the problem of hard-to-hard mounting damage caused by tolerance errors, and simultaneously, the processing cost is also reduced.

Example two
This embodiment is the further injecture of above-mentioned embodiment one, this embodiment at least one of shock attenuation mounting groove 6 disposes on the contact surface of washing machine mesa 2 and washing machine box 3, shock attenuation mounting groove 6 adopts integrated into one piece structure with washing machine mesa 2, can obtain through mode one shot forming such as moulding plastics the shock attenuation mounting groove sets up like this and makes overall structure simple, easily processing, low cost, simultaneously also very big reduction when the installation to washing machine mesa 2 and washing machine box 3 and main control board 4's dimensional tolerance requirement, reduced the degree of difficulty of processing.
EXAMPLE III

In this embodiment, which is a further limitation of any one of the first to fourth embodiments, the damping unit 5 is a rubber block with elasticity; damping unit 5 sets up on the contact surface of washing machine mesa 2 and washing machine box 3 or installs in damping mounting groove 6, and the rubber block can effectually absorb the extrusion that washing machine mesa 2 received in the installation, prevents that the mesa from warping and producing the flash joint, causes the outward appearance fine and closely knit, influences beautifully, reduces the problem of user experience degree.

Example eight
In this embodiment, which is further limited to any one of the first to seventh embodiments, the damping device 1 of this embodiment is further disposed on a contact surface between the top board 2 and the main control board 4 of the washing machine.
Example nine
The present embodiment is further limited to any one of the first to eighth embodiments, and the pulsator washing machine in the present embodiment includes the washing machine top with the damping device in any one of the first to eighth embodiments.
