The application method of the severe sickbed with the replaceable bedsheet comprises the following steps of:
step S1, when a bed sheet is replaced, opening a fixing clamp, putting down support plates of guardrails at two sides, enabling the support plates to be perpendicular to two limiting plates, enabling a patient to laterally stand aside, enabling an operator to rotate a first rotating handle, enabling the support plate of one guardrail to move towards the middle of a bed frame, stopping when moving to the middle, enabling the patient to laterally stand aside, enabling the support plate of the other guardrail to move towards the middle of the bed frame, stopping when moving to the middle, enabling the support plates of the two guardrails to be close to each other, and enabling the support plates of the two guardrails to extend to the lower portion of the back of the patient;
step S2, starting a telescopic cylinder, wherein the telescopic cylinder lifts a patient, and the patient is gradually lifted to a proper height;
s3, rotating a second rotating handle, pulling out a new sheet from the gap of a bed frame cross rod of a bed head in a sheet output roller, paving the new sheet on a bed surface, pulling out the front end of the sheet from the gap of the bed frame cross rod of a bed tail, and fixing the front end of the sheet on a plurality of magic tapes of the sheet recovery roller;
s4, starting a telescopic cylinder, slowly falling the supporting plate and a patient on a new bed sheet through the telescopic cylinder, laterally setting the patient on one side, rotating the first rotating handle to enable one guardrail to retract to the starting position, laterally setting the patient on the other side, rotating the first rotating handle to enable the other guardrail to retract, and lifting the supporting plate to form two guardrails; thereby completing the replacement of the old bed sheet;
and S5, after the work is finished, the guardrails at the two sides return to the original positions, and the next replacement of a new sheet is waited.
Further, step S2 is followed by pressing both ends of the sheet output roller, and the sheet output roller can be detached from between the first support and the second support due to the action of the return spring, so that a new sheet is sleeved on the sheet output roller, and the sheet output roller is mounted between the first support and the second support by pressing both ends of the sheet output roller again.

The front end of a new bed sheet is pulled out from the bed sheet output roller 7, pulled out from the gap 11 between the cross bars of the bed frame 1 of the bed head and laid on the bed surface, and the front end of the new bed sheet is pulled out from the gap 12 between the cross bars of the bed frame at the tail of the bed and fixed on the bed sheet recovery roller 8. When the sheet is to be replaced, the second rotary handle 26 is rotated to replace the sheet.
The synchronizing assembly 6 comprises a first gear 61 and a second gear 62, the first gear 61 is sleeved at the front end of the screw of the driving member 51, the second gear 62 is sleeved at the front end of the screw of the driven member 52, and the first gear 61 and the second gear 62 are connected through a belt 63. The first rotating handle 56 is rotated, the first rotating handle 56 drives the screw rod of the driving member 51 to rotate, the screw rod of the driving member 51 drives the first gear 61 to rotate, and the first gear 61 drives the second gear 62 to rotate through a belt 63, so that the front-back movement of the cross bar 41 is realized.
Referring to fig. 5, the first support 24 and the second support are both provided with a first bearing 9, and two ends of the sheet output roller 7 are fixed on an inner ring 91 of the first bearing 9; the third support 25 and the fourth support are respectively provided with a second bearing (not shown), and two ends of the sheet recovery roller 8 are fixed on the inner rings of the second bearings. The first bearing 9 and the second bearing are both bearings with the inner ring rotating and the outer ring fixed, so that the sheet output roller 7 can rotate under the driving of the inner ring of the first bearing 9.
A plurality of magic tapes 81 are arranged on the periphery of the outer surface of the bed sheet recovery roller 8 at equal intervals. The embeddable bearing 10 is fixed for the outer ring, and the inner ring is rotatable, so that the screw 53 can be fixed at the inner ring of the embeddable bearing 10 for rotation.
The application method of the severe sickbed with the replaceable bed sheet comprises the following steps:

step S2, starting a telescopic cylinder, wherein the telescopic cylinder lifts a patient, and the patient is gradually lifted to a proper height;
s3, rotating a second rotating handle, pulling out a new sheet from the gap of a bed frame cross rod of a bed head in a sheet output roller, paving the new sheet on a bed surface, pulling out the front end of the sheet from the gap of the bed frame cross rod of a bed tail, and fixing the front end of the sheet on a plurality of magic tapes of the sheet recovery roller;
s4, starting a telescopic cylinder, slowly falling the supporting plate and a patient on a new bed sheet through the telescopic cylinder, laterally setting the patient on one side, rotating the first rotating handle to enable one guardrail to retract to the starting position, laterally setting the patient on the other side, rotating the first rotating handle to enable the other guardrail to retract, and lifting the supporting plate to form two guardrails; thereby completing the replacement of the old bed sheet;
and S5, after the work is finished, the guardrails at the two sides return to the original positions, and the next replacement of a new sheet is waited.
The step S2 is followed by pressing both ends of the sheet output roller 7, and the sheet output roller 7 can be detached from between the first support 24 and the second support due to the action of the return spring, a new sheet is sleeved on the sheet output roller 7, and the sheet output roller 7 is mounted between the first support 24 and the second support by pressing both ends of the sheet output roller 7 again.
