Abstract
一种电子签名系统包括:电子签名终端,所述电子签名终端用于发出电子签名请求及提交证书信息;电子签名服务器,所述电子签名服务器用于根据所述电子签名请求生成电子签章,并将所述电子签章与所提交的证书信息绑定关联;及证书数据库,用于保存已与所述电子签章绑定关联的证书信息。本发明还提供一种电子签名方法、电子签名服务器。本发明的电子签名终端、电子签名服务器及电子签名方法,将数字证书与电子签名捆绑,以保证信息的真实性、完整性和非篡改性,从而提高电子证书的安全可靠性。
