背景技术
1999年8月27日(E05 C1/16)发布的RU 2135720 C1中说明了该领域知名的锁定装置。除了一个特别设计的弹簧闩外,该锁定装置的所有部件均置于同一个金属盒内,其中包括门把手。若要安装该装置,门板上需要设有两个专用的横向开口,其中一个垂直于门的前侧,直径非常大,门把手底座几乎无法将其覆盖。
该装置的缺点是,如果必须改变锁的外观,则必须更换整扇门,因为安装座不允许安装系统不同的锁。
1993年8月23日(公报31,E05B55/14)发行的RU 1836532 A3中发布了另一种知名的嵌入式门闩。拟议设计利用了一个原理,根据该原理,门闩由位于室内旋钮中空壳体内的旋转止动件锁定,该旋转止动件限制滑动凸片的移动,从而防止推动开门按钮。该装置还需要一把专用钥匙,以便在紧急情况下从外部开门。此类门闩的安装孔也可用于安装传统的通用门闩和旋钮/把手以及底座或饰板。
本发明仍具有相同的常见缺点,例如锁的制造和安装复杂、金属消耗过多以及操作缺乏灵活性和柔软性。此类产品不允许单独更换旋钮或门闩。需要存储和使用专用钥匙进行紧急解锁也是缺点之一。但是,主要缺点是接触部件的使用寿命短,原因是旋钮通过旋转止动件坚固固定,旋转止动件由于反复施加载荷而失效,因为试图开门的人会本能地将过大的力传递至锁的所有部件上。
最接近拟议发明的是带额外固定的嵌入式门闩,载于1990年4月15日(公报14,E05B55/14)发布的SU 1557307 A1规范。该锁的锁定杆体现的形式是由标准方杆控制的通用弹簧承载式滑动门闩。该锁的主要区别在于安装在底座上的一对门把手,其中室内把手配置成在按下辅助轴向按钮时沿与门开口相反的方向旋转,且通过底座止动件之间的凸缘固定在垂直位置。该固定也限制了方杆的旋转,从而锁定室外把手和门闩。该锁允许单独更换门把手和门闩,且安装孔可以重复使用。
有一个缺点是,在用于室内门时,一旦锁定,只有毁坏锁件才能从外部开锁。此外,把手处于锁定位置时的异常外观使得其看似损坏。但是,室外把手的刚性固定仍然是主要缺点。当锁处于“锁定”位置时,遇到把手无法转动的障碍的人会本能地尝试用力转动以排除该障碍,这导致锁的所有组件和机构严重磨损。
发明内容
技术目标是创建一种简单、通用和可靠的系统,使用由方杆控制的门闩作为锁,而无需使用额外的同时安装的操作机构,其中所述系统将具有高分子材料特性(弹性、耐磨性、低摩擦系数),且将确保生产成本和使用前安装费用最优化。该系统将提供高性能等特点,例如安静温和的操作、耐用性以及与其他类型的嵌入式弹簧承载式或磁性门闩的兼容性。
技术结果包括发明了一种系统,该系统可易于锁定受方杆控制的门(扇)闩,从而允许完全实现上述目标。
该技术结果通过以下事实实现,即发明系统的机构置于代表外壳体的四面体芯杆内,该芯杆在与门闩相互作用的位置沿边缘设有一个扁平点,且在室内门把手侧面设有门挡。扁平点允许闩锁内的方形芯杆自由转动,从而决定锁处于“锁定”位置的状态。“解锁”位置通过至少一对与闩锁相互作用的球件来实现,所述球件在其外部扁平点的界限内沿方杆对角线在不同方向上由内向外内受到推动,同时由具有不同横截面的轴向弹簧承载式销从下方紧压,所述轴向弹簧承载式销从锁的室内门把手侧沿方形芯杆的轴线穿过。另外,安装于四面体杆此端的是一个控制销的位移并将推出的球件固定于所需位置的机构。

Claims (4)
