Background
At present, organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides are widely used in the production process of vegetables and fruits in China, and because the action mechanisms of the organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides achieve the insecticidal effect by inhibiting the activity of acetylcholinesterase, if the pesticides are abused or improperly used, the residual pesticides in the vegetables and fruits can seriously affect the health of people, so that the monitoring of the pesticide residues in the vegetables and fruits becomes very important.
Gas phase or liquid phase chromatography is a relatively precise method for detecting pesticide residue at present, and the method for rapidly detecting the pesticide residue mainly comprises the steps of using a pesticide residue rapid detection card, generally based on the chemical reaction of acetylcholinesterase and a chromogenic substance, and determining the pesticide residue by comparing the color shade difference with a color comparison card.
However, gas or liquid chromatography requires specialized equipment and specialized personnel. The common pesticide residue rapid test card is used for single sample detection, and a new rapid test card is required to be additionally used for detecting a comparison sample, so that the workload during detection is increased, and misjudgment of a detection result is possibly caused by a certain time difference between the detection of the detection sample and the detection of the comparison sample and the difference between the rapid test cards.

Example 2 detection of pesticide residue in vegetable without excessive pesticide by surface wiping method
(1) Wiping off soil on the surface of mustard which has no pesticide exceeding the standard on the market, sucking eluent by using a suction pipe, slightly dropping 3-4 drops of eluent on the surface of the vegetable, and then slightly rubbing the other piece of vegetable at a liquid drop position.
(2) Taking a piece of quick measuring card, and dripping all liquid drops on the vegetables on a white detection piece of the quick measuring card.
(3) 2 drops of clean eluent are gently dropped on the white quality control chip on the rapid-determination card by a pipette.
(4) Firstly, the folding line between the detection piece and the reaction piece 1 is folded, the white detection piece is contacted with the red reaction piece 1, and then the folding line between the quality control piece and the reaction piece 2 is folded again, so that the quality control piece is contacted with the reaction piece 2.
(5) And pinching for 3 minutes by hand.
(6) And opening the rapid test card, and observing the colors of the quality control chip and the detection chip after waiting for 5-15 minutes.

Example 3 Integrated test method for detecting pesticide residue of vegetable without pesticide exceeding standard
(1) The method comprises the steps of wiping off soil on the surface of the mustard which has no pesticide exceeding the standard on the market, and tearing the mustard by hands or cutting the mustard into mustard leaves with the size of about 1 multiplied by 1cm by using scissors. Adding 20 leaves onto a washing bottle, adding 2ml of eluent by using a pipette, slightly shaking for 50 times, and waiting for 2 minutes.
(2) A piece of rapid test card is taken, and 2 drops of clean eluent are gently dripped onto a white quality control chip on the rapid test card by a pipette.
(3) The vegetable soaking solution in the washing bottle is absorbed by a dropper, and 2 drops are lightly dropped on a white detection piece of the quick detection card.
(4) Firstly, folding the fold line between the detection sheet and the reaction sheet 1 to make the detection sheet contact with the reaction sheet 1, and then folding the fold line between the red reaction sheets 2 of the quality control sheet to make the quality control sheet contact with the reaction sheet 2.
(5) And pinching for 3 minutes by hand.
(6) And opening the rapid test card, and observing the colors of the quality control chip and the detection chip after waiting for 5-15 minutes.

And (3) detection results: as shown in FIG. 5, the quality control tablet is changed into blue, the detection tablet is lighter than the quality control tablet in blue, and the result is positive, which indicates that the detected mustard pesticide is superscalar but not serious, but the superscalar concentration is still harmful to human bodies.
Example 5 Overall test method for detecting pesticide residue in vegetable with pesticide exceeding standard
The method of example 2 was used to detect the superscalar mustard pesticide on the market.
And (3) detection results: as shown in FIG. 6, the quality control tablet turns blue, the detection tablet does not turn blue, and the result is positive, which indicates that the detected mustard pesticide seriously exceeds the standard.
The above examples show that the pesticide residue rapid detection card can rapidly detect the pesticide residue in vegetables, and is accurate in result and convenient to carry.
