As another embodiment of the splicing assembly, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the splicing hole 1200 is located at one end of the lamp body 1000 along the length direction thereof, one end of the splicing member 9000 is hinged to the other end of the lamp body 1000 along the length direction thereof, and the other end of the splicing member 9000 is used for being assembled and connected with the splicing hole 1200 of another lamp body 1000. When the lamp is implemented, the splicing piece 9000 on one lamp body 1000 and the splicing hole 1200 on the adjacent lamp body 1000 are assembled and connected, so that the assembly can be completed, and the splicing piece 9000 is hinged to the lamp body 1000, so that parts can be effectively prevented from being lost.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the embodiment of the present invention finally provides a method for installing a lamp, including the following steps:
overlapping the installation seat body 2000 assembled with the flexible rope above the square tube 5000, and enabling the operation part of the fixing component 4000 on the installation seat body 2000 to be positioned in the interval area of the adjacent square tube 5000 at two sides of the lamp body 1000;
the lower end of the flexible rope is assembled and connected with an assembling hole 1100 on the lamp body 1000 through an installation component 8000;
the position of the lamp body 1000 relative to the square tube 5000 is adjusted so that the lamp body 1000 is located in the interval area of the adjacent square tube 5000.
By adopting the installation method of the lamp provided by the embodiment, the installation operation of the lamp can be orderly and conveniently carried out, namely, the installation seat body 2000 is firstly installed and then the flexible rope is respectively connected with the installation seat cup body and the lamp body 1000, and finally the position of the lamp body 1000 is adjusted, so that the installation quality of the lamp is favorably improved; in addition, since the operation part of the fixing assembly 4000 is located in the interval area of the square tube 5000, the subsequent operation of the operation part is convenient for adjusting the height of the lamp body 1000, so as to prevent an operator from being scratched by a sharp edge of the square tube 5000; moreover, the lower end of the flexible rope is connected with the assembling hole 1100 on the lamp body 1000 through the mounting component 8000, so that the flexible rope is assembled with the lamp body 1000, and subsequent disassembly and assembly and replacement of related hardware are facilitated; finally, the position of the lamp body 1000 relative to the square tube 5000 can be adjusted, so that the lamp position can be conveniently adjusted according to actual needs.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for assembling and connecting one end of the flexible rope with the fixing component 4000 includes: one end of the flexible string is fitted to an adjusting member in the fixing assembly 4000, and the lamp body 1000 can be adjusted to move up and down in a vertical direction by manipulating the adjusting member.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method for connecting the mounting component 8000 to the mounting hole 1100 includes: the connector 8100 is inserted into the guiding portion 1110 of the lamp body 1000, then moved to the B-limiting portion 1120 through the transition portion 1130, and finally the nut 8300 and the bolt 4110 are locked to fixedly connect the connector 8100 and the lamp body 1000 into a whole.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the mounting member 8000 is mounted to the mounting hole 1100, the stopper is manipulated to be in the stopper state, thereby restricting the movement of the mounting member 8000 to the introduction portion 1110.
In a preferred aspect of this embodiment, the method for adjusting the position of the lamp body 1000 relative to the square tube 5000 includes: the height of the lamp body 1000 is adjusted first, and then the gap between the lamp body 1000 and the square tube 5000 on the two sides thereof is adjusted.
The method for adjusting the height of the lamp body 1000 comprises the following steps: the lamp body 1000 is adjusted by the adjusting member to move up and down along the vertical direction, so that the lower surface of the lamp body 1000 is flush with the lower surface of the square tube 5000.
Further, the method for adjusting the height of the lamp body 1000 specifically includes: firstly, the lamp body 1000 is adjusted by the large-stroke adjusting piece 4200 to move up and down along the vertical direction by a large stroke, and the height of the lamp body 1000 is roughly adjusted to make the lower surface of the lamp body 1000 slightly lower than the lower surface of the square tube 5000;
then, the small stroke adjusting part 4100 adjusts the lamp body 1000 to move up and down along the vertical direction with a small stroke, and the height of the lamp body 1000 is finely adjusted, so that the lower surface of the lamp body 1000 is flush with the lower surface of the square tube 5000.
The method for adjusting the gap between the lamp body 1000 and the square tube 5000 on the two sides of the lamp body is as follows: the position of the mounting seat body 2000 relative to the square tube 5000 is adjusted along the direction a, so that the gaps between the lamp body 1000 and the square tubes 5000 on the two sides of the lamp body are the same, and the direction a intersects with the length direction of the square tubes 5000.
Further, after the gap between the lamp main body 1000 and the square tube 5000 on both sides thereof is adjusted, the a stopper 7000 corresponding to the position of the square tube 5000 is folded downward, so that the movement of the mount base main body 2000 in the a direction with respect to the square tube 5000 is restricted.
As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, the method further includes: after the lamp body 1000 is installed, two adjacent lamp bodies 1000 along the length direction of the lamp body 1000 may be spliced.
Further, the method for splicing the lamp body 1000 includes: the lamp bodies 1000 are arranged together along the length direction, and then the splicing pieces 9000 are adopted to connect the two adjacent lamp bodies 1000.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention. Structures, devices, and methods of operation not specifically described or illustrated herein are generally practiced in the art without specific recitation or limitation.
