Abstract

The applicant submitted a patent application with the application number of CN201510752598.4 and the application number of 2015, 11 and 4, which discloses a wedge-type sealer, and submitted a patent application with the application number of ZL201720448591.8 and 26 in 2017, which discloses a self-lubricating anti-drop wedge-type sealer and an anti-drop annular sealing wedge thereof, and through laboratory and mining oil well tests, the conditions that the sealing wedge is blocked, a nylon cylinder is separated from a flexible sealing sleeve, an anti-drop groove in the nylon cylinder is embedded into the flexible sealing sleeve and bites the inner wall of the flexible sealing sleeve still occur frequently. The reason for this is that when the sealer is sent down the well by the pipe column, the cone extrudes the annular sealing wedge upwards when the pipe column is lifted up by the joint so that the annular sealing wedge is tightly attached to the well wall, and when the pipe column is lifted down by the joint, the weight of the pipe column can not push the sealer down, so that the sealer is blocked. According to the invention, the first taper section 11 and the first equal diameter section 12 are arranged on the cone 1, the second taper section 211 and the second equal diameter section 212 are arranged on the annular sealing wedge 2, the pipe column is used for conveying the sealer into a well and lifting the pipe column in a single joint, when the cone 1 is in an upward direction, the annular sealing wedge 2 is in contact with a well casing so as to keep still, the first equal diameter section 12 arranged on the cone 1 slides relative to the cavity wall of the second equal diameter section 212 arranged inside the annular sealing wedge 2, and because the diameter of the second equal diameter section 212 is not smaller than the diameter of the first equal diameter section 12 and the length of the first equal diameter section 12 is larger than the length of the second equal diameter section 212, only the first equal diameter section 12 which is in contact with the second equal diameter section 212 when the cone 1 is in an upward direction, the first taper section 11 which is obliquely arranged on the surface is not in contact with the second equal diameter section 212, the effect of extruding the annular sealing wedge 2 is not generated, and the situation that the annular sealing wedge 2 is stuck and finally dead due to the well wall is avoided.

The inner wall of the flexible sealing sleeve 21 is provided with a second taper section 211, the lower part of the second taper section 211 is a second equal diameter section 212, the diameter of the second equal diameter section 212 is not smaller than that of the first equal diameter section 12, the length of the second equal diameter section 212 is smaller than that of the first equal diameter section 12, preferably 30 mm, and the diameter of the upper end of the second taper section 211 is smaller than that of the lower end of the second taper section 211 so as to present a shape with a large lower end and a small upper end, and the use of the cone 1 is better matched; the nylon tube 22 is mainly made of nylon material, the nylon material has certain hardness and elasticity, plastic deformation can not occur in a certain stress range, the outer diameter of the nylon tube 22 is the same as that of the sleeve, the inner diameter of the nylon tube 22 is matched with that of the flexible sealing sleeve 21, and the shape of the nylon tube is particularly that the lower end is big and the upper end is small.

The outer surface of the cone 1 is provided with the oil containing groove, after lubricating oil or lubricant is filled in the oil containing groove, the cone 1 can be self-wetted, and the adsorption force of the flexible sealing sleeve 21 on the cone 1 can be lightened or eliminated under the state of no other liquid wetting, so that the flexible sealing sleeve 21 can more smoothly descend on the cone 1, and the purpose of sealing an oil sleeve annular space is realized by more wedge and more tightening with a sleeve.
As an alternative implementation manner, the upper end of the outer wall of the flexible sealing sleeve 21 is provided with the sealing cap 214, the lower part of the sealing cap 214 is provided with the anti-drop ring 213, when the nylon tube 22 is sleeved on the flexible sealing sleeve 21, the upper end of the outer wall of the nylon tube 22 is propped against the lower end of the sealing cap 214, the inner wall of the nylon tube 22 is provided with the anti-drop groove 221, the anti-drop ring 213 is matched with the anti-drop ring 213 in size and position, the widths and the depths of the groove body and the ring body are consistent, and finally the anti-drop groove 221 and the anti-drop ring 213 are meshed with each other to form a complete meshing structure, so as to form the annular sealing wedge 2 shown in the figure 4.

The annular sealing wedge 2 is sleeved on the cone 1, after the combined wedge type sealer is put down to a designated position in a well, the sleeve is pressed to push the annular sealing wedge to move downwards, the annular space is sealed by oil and the sleeve, the diameter of the interference ring 215 is larger than that of the sleeve, because the manufacturing material of the flexible sealing sleeve is mainly rubber, the sleeve has the characteristics of oil resistance, high temperature resistance and impact resistance, and the sleeve can be extruded into a sleeve of a shaft through good flexibility of the sleeve when the sleeve is put down, so that the annular sealing wedge 2 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the sleeve, and the preferable design scheme is that the diameter of the interference ring 215 is larger than the diameter of the sleeve by 2 mm.
