Claims (9)

1. A pumping pressure type grouting circulating device for a top drive drilling machine is characterized by comprising a piston type mud stop valve assembly connected to the bottom end of a central pipe, wherein the piston type mud stop valve assembly comprises a piston spring (1), a piston (2), a piston sleeve (3), a valve core spring support (4), a valve core spring (5), a valve core (6) and a stop valve seat (9); wherein, the piston (2), the piston spring (1) and the piston sleeve (3) are sleeved from inside to outside in sequence; the top end of the piston sleeve (3) is sleeved and fixed on the outer side of the bottom end of the pressing cap (12), and a second annular boss is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom end of the piston sleeve; the piston (2) is of a cylinder structure, a third annular boss is arranged on the outer wall of the top end of the piston, a first annular step is formed by inwards recessing the inner wall of the upper part of the piston, so that the top end of a piston spring (1) sleeved on the outer side of the piston (2) is abutted against the upper end face of the third annular boss, and the bottom end of the piston spring is pressed on the upper end face of the second annular boss; the valve seat (9) of the check valve is fixed on the inner side of the top end of the piston (2), and the hole wall of the central through hole is an arc-shaped wall surface with the inner diameter sequentially increased from top to bottom; the valve core (6) is formed by a cylindrical rod, a circular supporting sheet and a conical rubber end which are sequentially connected and fixed from bottom to top, the outer diameter of the conical rubber end is gradually increased from top to bottom to form a conical structure with the shape and the size matched with those of a central through hole of the valve seat (9) of the stop valve, and a surface seal is formed between the conical structure and the central through hole; the valve core spring support (4) is a cylindrical body which is arranged on the inner side of the piston (2) and is press-fitted on the upper end face of the first annular step, a cylindrical rod through hole for inserting the valve core (6) is formed in the center of the cylindrical body, and a plurality of axial overflowing holes surrounding the cylindrical rod through hole are formed in the cylindrical body; the valve core spring (5) is sleeved on the outer side of the valve core (6) in a micro-compression state, the top end of the valve core spring is abutted against the bottom surface of the circular supporting sheet, and the bottom end of the valve core spring is pressed on the top surface of the valve core spring support (4).

The pumping type grouting circulating device for the top drive drilling machine according to claim 1, further comprising an insertion sealing assembly, wherein the insertion sealing assembly comprises an upper pressing ring (16), a sealing rubber cylinder (15), a lower pressing ring (14) and a pressing cap (12) which are sequentially sleeved on the outer side of the central pipe (13) from top to bottom; the top end of the pressing cap (12) is sleeved and in threaded connection with the outer side of the bottom end of the central pipe (13), so that the upper pressing ring (16) is abutted to the lower end face of the first annular boss in the middle of the central pipe (13).

The pumped grouting circulation device for the top drive drilling machine according to claim 1, further comprising a flow rate detection nipple composed of a hollow pipe (20) and a plurality of sonic flow meters (18); the bottom end of the hollow pipe (20) is in threaded connection with the top end of the central pipe (13), and the plurality of acoustic wave flow meters (18) are fixed on the outer wall of the hollow pipe (20) in an N-type connection method or an M-type connection method.

The pumped grouting circulation device for the top drive drilling machine according to claim 4, wherein the inner diameter of the hollow pipe (20) is adapted to the pressure and the displacement of slurry pumping, so that the inner cavity of the hollow pipe is always in a full pipe pumping state during slurry pumping.

The pumping type grouting circulation device for the top drive drilling machine according to claim 4, wherein a drill rod joint (21) is connected to the top end of the hollow pipe (20) in a threaded mode, and the inner wall of the top end of the drill rod joint (21) is provided with connecting internal threads for being connected with the lower end of the top drive drilling machine in a threaded mode.

The pumped grouting circulation device for the top drive drilling machine according to any one of claims 3-6, characterized in that at least one sealing ring is arranged between the outer wall of the central pipe (13) and the inner wall of the upper pressing ring (17) to form a seal between the central pipe (13) and the upper pressing ring (17); at least one sealing ring is arranged at the threaded connection end between the central pipe (13) and the pressing cap (12), so that the threaded sealing connection is formed between the central pipe (13) and the pressing cap (12); at least one sealing ring is arranged at the threaded connection end between the pressing cap (12) and the piston sleeve (3), so that the pressing cap (12) and the piston sleeve (3) are in threaded sealing connection; at least one sealing ring is arranged between the outer wall of the top end of the piston (2) and the inner wall of the piston sleeve (3), so that the piston (2) and the piston sleeve (3) are in sealing connection; and at least one sealing ring is arranged at the threaded connection end between the outer wall of the check valve seat (9) and the inner wall of the piston (2), so that the check valve seat (9) and the piston (2) are in threaded sealing connection.
8. The pumped grouting circulation device for a top drive drilling machine according to claim 4, characterized in that at least one sealing ring is arranged at the threaded end between the central pipe (13) and the hollow pipe (20) to form a threaded sealing connection between the central pipe (13) and the hollow pipe (20).
9. The pumped grouting circulation device for a top drive drilling machine according to claim 6, characterized in that at least one sealing ring is arranged at the threaded end between the hollow pipe (20) and the drill rod joint (21) to form a threaded sealing connection between the hollow pipe (20) and the drill rod joint (21).
