Abstract
本发明提供了一种碳源制备‑存储一体化农村污水处理装置和方法,所述装置包括:蓄水箱、AAO系统、二沉池、发酵罐、生物除臭塔、发酵混合液回流系统、二级出水引流系统以及污泥引流系统;所述蓄水箱与所述AAO系统连通,AAO系统与二沉池连通;蓄水箱和所述二沉池均与所述生物除臭塔连通;所述二沉池设置有出水口,用于将所述二沉池中的二级出水排出。该装置可实现生活污水的间歇性断流输送,在生活污水停止输送的时候,控制发酵混合液回流系统将发酵罐中的发酵混合液输送至AAO系统中,保证AAO系统中污泥的流动性,通过发酵罐中剩余污泥发酵产酸、自消解作用,实现了生活污水断流时具有优质碳源储备的同时,还能降低剩余污泥排放量,节省运行费用。

背景技术
随着新农村的发展,村落污水排放量也日益增加。据统计,我国全国村镇每年产生生活污水约80多亿吨,其中96%的村庄没有排水渠道和污水处理系统。农村污水肆意排放对农业生态环境和水体环境造成了严重的负面影响,并直接威胁到村民的身体健康以及农村的经济发展。目前,全国农村的自来水普及率只有34%左右,仍有大部分村民存在饮用水安全问题。这与我国农村污水处理率低有着直接关系,其主要原因除了农村污水处理设施建设投入较少外,更重要的是现有分散污水处理工艺不符合实际情况,致使已建成的污水处理设施正常运行率低下。
目前,我国农村污水处理的方法仍以物化联合生物处理的组合工艺为主,单独使用其中一种工艺均难以实现农村生活污水中多种污染物的同步去除。然而,国内村落分散、污水排放量小、排放规律显著(白天出现早、中、晚三个用水高峰期,夜间断流)的特性严重阻碍了涉及生物水处理系统的高效稳定运行。工艺复杂的农村污水处理系统又存在占地面大、修筑成本高、运行管理困难等问题。因此,有必要提出一种能保证净化效率的同时兼备其他众多优势的二级污水处理装置。

本发明的目的是提供一种碳源制备-存储一体化农村污水处理装置和方法,以解决现有技术农村生活污水不能持续排放、碳源较差的问题。

本发明另一方面提供一种碳源制备-存储一体化农村污水处理装置的处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,启动AAO系统:接种活性污泥与所述AAO系统中,并控制活性污泥浓度范围在3500-4500mg/L;向蓄水箱中输送生活污水;调节所述AAO系统的参数,使出水口的出水达标;
S2,启动发酵罐:接种厌氧发酵性污泥于发酵罐中,并控制厌氧发酵性污泥浓度范围在10000-20000mg/L;并在厌氧条件下对厌氧发酵性污泥进行搅拌,待AAO系统稳定后将其产生的剩余污泥也通过污泥引流系统排入其中;
S3,串联运行AAO系统和发酵罐:控制生活污水的输送时间为每天输送12小时(昼),通过污泥引流系统定期向所述发酵罐中输送污泥,将二沉池中的二级出水由二级出水引流系统全部输送至所述发酵罐中与发酵罐中的发酵混合液混合;发酵罐中的发酵混合液通过发酵混合液回流系统向所述AAO系统输送,输送时间为每天输送12小时(夜);处理发酵混合液的二级出水通过水位势能作用全部由出水口排出。
通过上述技术方案,可实现生活污水的间歇性断流输送,在生活污水停止输送的时候,控制发酵混合液回流系统将发酵罐中的发酵混合液输送至AAO系统中,保证AAO系统中污泥的流动性及氮磷的稳定去除,通过发酵罐中剩余污泥发酵产酸、自消解作用,实现了生活污水断流时具有优质碳源储备的同时,还能降低剩余污泥排放量,节省运行费用;通过将生物脱氮除磷工艺及污泥厌氧发酵工艺特点的优化组合,实现了污水少占地的高效集约化处理。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,而非对本发明的限定。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参阅图1,本实施方式提供一种污水处理的装置,包括:蓄水箱10、AAO(Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic)系统20、二沉池30、发酵罐40、生物除臭塔、发酵混合液回流系统51、二级出水引流系统52以及污泥引流系统53;其中,所述蓄水箱10与所述AAO系统20连通,所述AAO系统20与所述二沉池30连通;蓄水箱10和所述二沉池30均与所述生物除臭塔连通,通过微生物的生理代谢将具有臭味的物质加以转化,以达到除臭的目的。进一步,所述二沉池30设置有出水口31,用于将所述二沉池30中的二级出水排出;所述二级出水引流系统52用于将所述二沉池30中的二级出水输送至所述发酵罐40中,所述污泥引流系统53用于将所述二沉池30中的剩余污泥输送至所述发酵罐40和所述AAO系统20中,所述发酵混合液回流系统51用于将所述发酵罐40中的发酵混合液回流至所述AAO系统20中。其中AAO系统20能够对生活污水进行脱氮除磷,发酵罐40可进行厌氧发酵。通过上述技术方案,可实现生活污水的间歇性断流输送,在生活污水停止输送的时候,控制发酵混合液回流系统51将发酵罐40中的发酵混合液输送至AAO系统20中,保证AAO系统20中污泥的流动性,通过发酵罐40中剩余污泥发酵产酸、自消解作用,实现了生活污水断流时具有优质碳源储备的同时,还能降低剩余污泥排放量,节省运行费用;通过将生物脱氮除磷工艺及污泥厌氧发酵工艺特点的优化组合,实现了污水少占地的高效集约化处理。该碳源制备-存储一体化农村污水处理装置主要用于处理农村污水量较少的地域。
上述方案中,AAO系统20是一种用于污水处理工艺的装置,可用于二级污水处理,具有良好的脱氮除磷效果。蓄水箱10具有生活污水入口11和排渣口12,生活污水从生活污水入口11进入蓄水箱10,蓄水箱10中的杂物可通过排渣口12排出。
对于AAO系统20,具体包括依次连通的厌氧池21、缺氧池22以及好氧池23,所述蓄水箱10与所述厌氧池21连通,所述好氧池23和所述缺氧池22之间设置有气提式回流管231,所述气提式回流管231用于将所述好氧池23中的硝化液回流至所述缺氧池22中,硝化液用于脱氮;所述发酵混合液回流系统51的进液口与所述发酵罐40连通,所述发酵混合液回流系统51的出液口与所述厌氧池21连通。其中,所述污泥引流系统53具有一个进泥口和两个出泥口,所述进泥口与所述二沉池30连通,两个所述出泥口分别连通所述发酵罐40和所述厌氧池21,从而二沉池30中的剩余污泥可排进发酵罐40中,也可以根据需求排进厌氧池21中,从而提高了二沉池30中污泥的利用率,减少了污泥排放。
各个生物反应池的体积大小可以是固定不变的,较佳地,所述厌氧池21、缺氧池22以及好氧池23的体积比为1:2:4。各个生物反应池的体积也可以是可调节的,为了便于调节各个生物反应池的体积大小,所述蓄水箱10、厌氧池21、缺氧池22以及好氧池23设置在同一壳体内,并通过隔板分隔,每个隔板上均设置有连通口,隔板可横向移动。其中,厌氧池21、缺氧池22以及好氧池23采取上下交错的水流孔连通,从而保证流态;具体地:所述蓄水箱10与所述厌氧池21的连通口开设在所述蓄水箱10和厌氧池21之间的隔板的上部,所述厌氧池21与所述缺氧池22的连通口开设在所述厌氧池21和所述缺氧池22之间的隔板的下部,所述缺氧池22与所述好氧池23的连通口开设在所述缺氧池22和所述好氧池23之间的隔板的上部。
在厌氧池21中设置有搅拌器81,用于搅拌厌氧池21中的污泥,在缺氧池22中设置有搅拌器82,用于搅拌缺氧池22中的污泥。发酵罐40中也设置有搅拌器83,用于搅拌发酵罐40中的污泥。搅拌主要起到促进微生物分解的作用。
进一步,所述碳源制备-存储一体化农村污水处理装置还包括:空气压缩机60和与所述空气压缩机60连通的曝气头61,所述曝气头61设置在所述好氧池23底部。通过空气压缩机60和曝气头61可持续地向所述好氧池23中输送空气,以提高好氧池23中的氧气含量。所述曝气头61可以是盘式微孔曝气器。
进一步,所述发酵罐40中设置有不锈钢加热气管42,所述不锈钢加热气管42与所述空气压缩机60连通。空气压缩机60产生的热能通过不锈钢加热气管42传递到发酵罐40中,保证了发酵罐40中的发酵温度。由此,空气压缩机60既可以用于为好氧池23输送空气,又可用于对发酵罐40加热。发酵罐40的底部还设置有剩余污泥排放口43,用于排放剩余污泥。
为了便于控制发酵混合液回流系统51、二级出水引流系统52、污泥引流系统53以及空气压缩机60,所述碳源制备-存储一体化农村污水处理装置还设置了PLC自控系统70;控制发酵混合液回流系统51、二级出水引流系统52、污泥引流系统53以及空气压缩机60均与所述PLC自控系统70电连接,所述PLC自控系统70可以控制所述发酵混合液回流系统51的回流量和回流时段,所述二级出水引流系统52的引流量和引流时段、所述污泥引流系统53的引流量和引流时段,以及所述空气压缩机60的供气量。
所述二沉池30中设置有导流管32,所述好氧池23通过所述导流管32与所述二沉池30连通。
基于上述污水处理的装置的介绍,本实施方式还提供了上述碳源制备-存储一体化农村污水处理装置的处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,启动AAO系统20:接种活性污泥与所述AAO系统20中,并控制活性污泥浓度范围在3500-4500mg/L;向蓄水箱(10)中输送生活污水;调节所述AAO系统20的参数,使出水口31的出水达标;其中,活性污泥中含有脱氮除磷的微生物即可,例如:可接种城市污水处理厂回流的活性污泥。
具体地,接种城市污水处理厂回流污泥于AAO系统20中,保持厌氧池21、缺氧池22、好氧池23中的污泥浓度3500-4500mg/L,同时,向蓄水箱10中引入农村生活污水;随后启动搅拌器81、搅拌器82和空气压缩机60,分别将硝化液回流比和剩余污泥回流比控制于300%和100%;调节厌氧池21体积:缺氧池22体积:好氧池23体积=1:2:4,通过调节进水流量将AAO系统20的水力停留时间控制为11-16h;好氧池23中溶解氧浓度通过转子流量计一直控制在1.5-2.5mg/L;通过调节剩余污泥排放量将AAO系统20污泥龄控制在20-30d;AAO系统20启动成功的标志是系统出水COD<50mg/L,NH4+-N<5mg/L,TN<15mg/L,TP<1mg/L。
S2,启动发酵罐40:接种厌氧发酵性污泥于发酵罐40中,并控制厌氧发酵性污泥浓度范围在10000-20000mg/L;并在厌氧条件下对厌氧发酵性污泥进行搅拌,待AAO系统20稳定后将其产生的剩余污泥也通过污泥引流系统53排入其中;
具体地,接种城市污水处理厂浓缩污泥于发酵罐40中,保持其中的污泥浓度为10000-20000mg/L,随后启动搅拌器83在厌氧条件下进行搅拌;待AAO系统20稳定后将其产生的剩余污泥也排入其中,发酵罐40中的污泥总量不超过发酵罐40体积的三分之一;控制发酵罐污泥龄为7-10d,发酵pH为7-8,发酵温度在25-35℃;发酵罐40启动成功的标志是剩余污泥发酵液中的SCOD和SCFAs浓度保持稳定,发酵罐40中剩余污泥自消解速率>0.4kgTSS/d;SCOD(溶解性有机物)和SCFAs(挥发性脂肪酸)浓度的波动范围在200mg/L以内即可视为稳定。
S3,串联运行AAO系统20和发酵罐40:控制生活污水的输送时间为每天输送12小时(昼),通过污泥引流系统53定期向所述发酵罐40中输送污泥,将二沉池30中的二级出水由二级出水引流系统52全部输送至所述发酵罐40中与发酵罐40中的发酵混合液混合;发酵罐40中的发酵混合液通过发酵混合液回流系统51向所述AAO系统20输送,输送时间为每天输送12小时(夜);处理发酵混合液的二级出水通过水位势能作用全部由出水口31排出。
具体地,将碳源制备-存储一体化农村污水处理装置的运行方式调整为每天处理12h(昼)的生活污水,每天回流12h(夜)发酵罐40中的发酵混合液;即将处理生活污水后的二级出水通过回流系统52全部流入发酵罐40中与剩余污泥发酵液混合,待蓄水箱10中的液位低于指定高度,通过液位计控制打开发酵混合液回流系统51,将发酵混合液引入厌氧池21,控制发酵混合液的流量为0.4±0.1m3/h;处理发酵混合液的二级出水通过水位势能作用全部由出水口31排出;剩余污泥发酵液经与二级出水混合稀释后,其发酵混合液的C/N=6-7,C/P=30-35,TN=45.6-60.4mg/L,TP=6.0-9.7mg/L。
通过上述方案可以看出,生活污水的输送时段为白天,具体可根据当地的生活习惯而定,发酵混合液的回流时段是夜晚,具体时间为生活污水停止输送的时段,这样,生活污水和发酵混合液交替输送,巧妙的应对了农村地区间歇性断流的污水排放规律,从而保证了系统的高效稳定运行。
上述污水处理的装置的处理方法,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、通过选择性进入农村地区生活污水或剩余污泥发酵液与二级出水混合液的运行方式,巧妙的应对了农村地区间歇性断流的污水排放规律,从而保证了系统的高效稳定运行;
2、通过发酵罐中剩余污泥发酵产酸、自消解作用,实现了农村生活污水断流时具有优质碳源储备的同时,还能降低剩余污泥排放量,节省运行费用;
3、通过将生物脱氮除磷工艺及污泥厌氧发酵工艺特点的优化组合,实现了农村污水少占地的高效集约化处理。
在一个具体的实施例中,
碳源制备-存储一体化农村污水处理装置的有效容积为18.3m3,其中蓄水箱5m3,AAO系统6.3m3(厌氧池体积:缺氧池体积:好氧池体积=1:2:4),二沉池2m3,发酵罐5m3,装置由厚10mm的不锈钢钢板焊接制成。
试验期间进水具体水质如下表:
具体操作如下:
1)接种城市污水处理厂回流污泥于AAO系统中,保持厌氧池21、缺氧池22、好氧池23中的污泥浓度3500-4500mg/L,同时,每天向蓄水箱10中引入5m3生活污水;随后启动搅拌器81、搅拌器82和空气压缩机60,分别将硝化液回流比和剩余污泥回流比控制于300%和100%左右;将进水流量控制为0.5±0.1m3/h,AAO系统的水力停留时间控制为11-16h;好氧池23中溶解氧浓度通过转子流量计一直控制在1.5-2.5mg/L;控制剩余污泥排放量为0.4±0.1m3/d,AAO系统污泥龄控制在20-30d。
2)接种1-2m3城市污水处理厂浓缩污泥于发酵罐40中,保持其中的污泥浓度为10000-20000mg/L,随后启动搅拌器83在厌氧条件下进行搅拌;待AAO系统稳定后将其产生的剩余污泥也定期排入发酵罐40中,发酵罐40中的污泥总量不超过其体积的三分之一;控制发酵罐污泥龄为7-10d,发酵温度在25-35℃。
3)将碳源制备-存储一体化农村污水处理装置的运行方式调整为每天处理12h(昼)的生活污水,每天回流12h(夜)的发酵混合液;即将处理生活污水后的二级出水通过回流系统52全部流入发酵罐40中与剩余污泥发酵液混合,待蓄水箱40中的液位低于指定高度,通过液位计控制打开发酵混合液回流系统51,将发酵混合液引入厌氧池21,控制发酵混合液的流量为0.4±0.1m3/h;处理发酵混合液的二级出水通过水位势能作用全部由出水口31排出;剩余污泥发酵液经与二级出水混合稀释后,其发酵混合液的C/N=6-7,C/P=30-35,TN=45.6-60.4mg/L,TP=6.0-9.7mg/L。
试验结果表明:系统稳定运行120天后,AAO系统的出水COD=35.1-43.2mg/L,NH4 +-N=0.1-1.7mg/L,TN=9.2-14.3mg/L,TP=0.1-0.8mg/L;发酵罐40的产酸量为400-600mgSCOD/L,剩余污泥自消解速率为0.42kg TSS/d。上述参数均满足排放要求。

所述蓄水箱(10)与所述AAO系统(20)连通,所述AAO系统(20)与所述二沉池(30)连通;蓄水箱(10)和所述二沉池(30)均与所述生物除臭塔连通;所述二沉池(30)设置有出水口(31),用于将所述二沉池(30)中的二级出水排出;
所述二级出水引流系统(52)用于将所述二沉池(30)中的二级出水输送至所述发酵罐(40)中,所述污泥引流系统(53)用于将所述二沉池(30)中的剩余污泥输送至所述发酵罐(40)和所述AAO系统(20)中,所述发酵混合液回流系统(51)用于将所述发酵罐(40)中的发酵混合液回流至所述AAO系统(20)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳源制备-存储一体化农村污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述AAO系统(20)包括依次连通的厌氧池(21)、缺氧池(22)以及好氧池(23),所述蓄水箱(10)与所述厌氧池(21)连通,所述好氧池(23)和所述缺氧池(22)之间设置有气提式回流管(231),所述气提式回流管(231)用于将所述好氧池(23)中的硝化液回流至所述缺氧池(22)中;
