The oil-water separator comprises a liquid outlet funnel, a clamping groove, an umbrella rib-shaped support and a first oil-water separation membrane, as shown in figures 2 and 3, the umbrella rib-shaped support is movable, the included angle of the umbrella rib-shaped support changes between 0-90 degrees along with the movement of the umbrella rib, the umbrella rib-shaped support can be adjusted according to the size of a net membrane, oil-water separation net membranes with different infiltration properties can be installed in the clamping groove, different functions can be given to the device according to different water-oil ratios, the oil-water separation membrane can be replaced, and the cleaning is convenient; the umbrella-shaped support provides the support for oil-water separation net membranes made of different materials, widens the usable net membrane materials of the device (except that a stainless steel net type shapeable net membrane can be installed, and also can be installed with paper type, fiber type, plastic type and other unshaped net membranes), and widens the application range. The water treatment device has the advantages of low energy consumption, convenient operation and low maintenance cost, realizes the recovery of water, does not need other medicaments in the treatment process, effectively reduces the subsequent water treatment difficulty and cost, and can realize industrial application.
The oil-water separator 7 is of a hollow structure and comprises a straight cylindrical second oil-water separation membrane 71, an upper sealing cover 72 arranged at an upper end opening of the second oil-water separation membrane 71 and used for sealing an upper end opening of the second oil-water separation membrane 71, and a lower sealing cover 73 arranged at a lower end opening of the second oil-water separation membrane 71 and used for sealing a lower end opening of the second oil-water separation membrane 71, wherein a second separation cavity is formed among the second oil-water separation membrane 71, the upper sealing cover 72 and the lower sealing cover 73. A liquid outlet hole 74 is formed in the center of the upper sealing cover 72, the bottom end of the separator liquid outlet pipe 8 extends into the second separation cavity through the liquid outlet hole 74, the bottom end of the separator liquid outlet pipe 8 is close to the top surface of the lower sealing cover 73, and a water pump 75 for pumping liquid in the second separation cavity to the outside is arranged on the separator liquid outlet pipe 8.
The second oil-water separation membrane 71 is a hydrophilic and oleophobic oil-water separation membrane, the second oil-water separation membrane 71 is used for filtering water in the oil-water mixed liquid in the oil-water separation zone 5 into the second separation cavity, and oils with density lower than that of water and density higher than that of water in the oil-water separation zone 5 are retained in the oil-water separation zone 5; the pipe diameter of the liquid discharge pipe 3 is 1/2 times of the thickness of the upper sealing cover 72, and the top end of the liquid discharge pipe 3 is flush with the top surface of the upper sealing cover 72 and is used for discharging oil with density smaller than that of water in the oil-water separation zone 5; the cross section of the second oil-water separation membrane 71 is circular, oval or square, and the upper cover 72 and the lower cover 73 are both made of polytetrafluoroethylene oleophobic materials.
When oil-water mixture passes through oil-water mixture conveyer pipe and gets into the separation box, effect through buffer baffle, reduce the velocity of flow and change the rivers direction, oil-water mixture stretches to separation box upper portion, the hydrophilic oleophobic oil-water separation membrane of flowing through, inside water got into oil-water separation membrane along the horizontal direction, and the oil (edible oil, lubricating oil etc.) that density ratio water is little were held back in the separation membrane outside and constantly accumulated on separation box upper portion, until level gauge signal trigger solenoid valve, the solenoid valve is opened, oil passes through the fluid-discharge tube and gets into the collection liquid tank, get into the inside water of separation membrane and take out by the water pump. Oil (such as phenyl silicone oil, sulfonated diesel oil and the like) with density higher than that of water is gathered at the bottom of the box body due to gravity, when the oil flows to the oleophylic and hydrophobic net film at the right side of the box body, the oil with density higher than that of the water can permeate the net film, the water is trapped, and the oil permeating the net film enters the concave oil groove and is discharged through the oil discharge pipe.
Another oil-water separator of the invention comprises a second oil-water separation membrane, an upper seal cover, a lower seal cover, a liquid outlet through hole and a water pump, as shown in figure 1, polytetrafluoroethylene seal covers are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the second oil-water separation membrane (a hydrophilic and oleophobic oil-water separation membrane), oil pollution is reduced, oil is stored at the upper end by arranging an oil outlet and the relative position of the oil outlet, a liquid level meter transmits an electric signal representing the liquid level in a separation box body to an electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve triggers the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve by the electric signal to realize automatic oil discharge, the water pump runs at low power, water in the filter can be pumped out, and an oil-water mixture which is not separated can be pressed into the oil-water separator.
The invention has low energy consumption, convenient operation and low maintenance cost, the first oil-water separation membrane and the second oil-water separation membrane can select a hydrophilic oleophobic oil-water separation membrane or a hydrophobic oleophilic type filter net membrane according to actual conditions, and the invention can be provided with a stainless steel net type shapeable net membrane, paper type, fiber type, plastic type and other irregular type net membranes, and the hydrophobic oleophilic type filter net membrane positioned at the concave oil groove can be detached, thereby effectively enlarging the application range, having no need of other medicaments in the treatment process, effectively reducing the difficulty and cost of subsequent water treatment and realizing industrialized application.
The above-mentioned embodiment is only one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and should not be used to limit the scope of the present invention, but all the insubstantial modifications or changes made within the spirit and scope of the main design of the present invention, which still solve the technical problems consistent with the present invention, should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (6)

1. An oil-water separation device, which is characterized in that: comprises a separation box body (1), an oil-water mixed liquid conveying pipe (2) which is connected on the left side wall of the separation box body (1) and is used for conveying oil-water mixed liquid into the separation box body (1), a liquid discharge pipe (3) which is horizontally connected on the right side wall of the separation box body (1) and is used for discharging liquid in the separation box body (1) outwards, a buffer baffle plate (6) which is vertically arranged in the separation box body (1) and is used for separating the separation box body (1) into a buffer area (4) and an oil-water separation area (5), and an oil-water separator (7) which is arranged in the separation box body (1) and is positioned in the oil-water separation area (5) and is used for separating the oil-water mixed liquid in the oil-water separation area (5), and a separator drain pipe (8) connected with the oil-water separator (7) for discharging the liquid in the oil-water separator (7) to the outside;
the top end of the buffer baffle (6) is higher than the liquid level of the oil-water mixed liquid in the separation box body (1), a slow flow channel (9) communicated with the buffer zone (4) and the oil-water separation zone (5) is formed between the bottom end of the buffer baffle (6) and the inner bottom surface of the separation box body (1), the liquid outlet of the oil-water mixed liquid conveying pipe (2) is located in the buffer zone (4) and is opposite to the buffer baffle (6), and the liquid inlet of the liquid discharge pipe (3) is located in the oil-water separation zone (5) and is opposite to the buffer baffle (6); the oil-water mixed liquid in the oil-water mixed liquid conveying pipe (2) sequentially passes through the buffer zone (4) and the slow flow channel (9) to enter the oil-water separation zone (5) and is separated into two parts by the oil-water separator (7), one part of the oil-water mixed liquid enters the oil-water separator (7) and is discharged outside by the separator liquid discharge pipe (8), and the other part of the oil-water mixed liquid is retained in the oil-water separation zone (5) and is discharged outside by the liquid discharge pipe (3);
the oil-water separator (7) comprises a liquid outlet funnel (10) welded on the inner bottom surface of the separation box body (1), a clamping groove (11) circumferentially formed in the top of the liquid outlet funnel (10) and used for clamping an oil-water separation membrane, a rib-shaped support (12) arranged on the clamping groove (11), and a first oil-water separation membrane (13) fixedly clamped on the clamping groove (11); the oil-water separator is characterized in that more than two mounting holes (14) for fixedly mounting the first oil-water separation membrane (13) are equidistantly distributed in the clamping groove (11), the first oil-water separation membrane (13) is detachably mounted in the clamping groove (11) through screws matched with the mounting holes (14), the rib-shaped support (12) is integrally in a circular truncated cone shape, the large-diameter end of the rib-shaped support is connected with the clamping groove (11), the first oil-water separation membrane (13) is distributed around the rib-shaped support (12) for one circle to form a first separation cavity in the rib-shaped support (12) and the liquid outlet funnel (10), the top end of the rib-shaped support (12) is higher than the liquid level of oil-water mixed liquid in the separation box body (1), and the separator liquid outlet pipe (8) is communicated with the liquid outlet of the liquid outlet funnel (10);
the umbrella rib-shaped support (12) comprises a plurality of movable umbrella ribs, the longitudinal section of the umbrella ribs passing through the axial lead is in an equilateral trapezoid shape, and the included angle between any inclined edge of the equilateral trapezoid shape and the bottom edge changes between 0 and 90 degrees along with the movement of the umbrella ribs; the bottom of the separation box body (1) is provided with an installation opening (26), the outer wall of the bottom of the liquid outlet funnel (10) is welded with the installation opening (26), and the two inclined edges of the axial center longitudinal section of the upper opening of the liquid outlet funnel (10) respectively form an included angle of 10-85 degrees with the horizontal plane.

The oil-water separator according to claim 1, wherein: the first oil-water separation membrane (13) is an oleophylic hydrophobic oil-water separation membrane or a hydrophilic oleophobic oil-water separation membrane, when the first oil-water separation membrane (13) is the oleophylic hydrophobic oil-water separation membrane, oil with the density smaller than that of water is collected in the oil-water separator (7), and the water and the oil with the density larger than that of the water are retained in the oil-water separation zone (5); when the first oil-water separation membrane (13) is a hydrophilic and oleophobic oil-water separation membrane, water is collected in the oil-water separator (7), and oil with density smaller than that of water and oil with density larger than that of water are both retained in the oil-water separation zone (5); the liquid discharge pipe (3) is connected to the upper portion of the right side wall of the separation box body (1) and used for discharging water or oil with density smaller than that of the water in the oil-water separation area (5), and the liquid discharge pipe (3) is lower than the top ends of the buffer baffle plate (6) and the first oil-water separation membrane (13) in the vertical direction.
