Abstract

Description

由不能恢复的可畸变削弱图案制成的防伪证件
本发明涉及了一种防伪证件，它包括一个载体以及至少一个设置在载体上的标记。
这种证件通常已为人们所熟知，例如护照、驾驶证、信用卡之类。
可采用设置在载体上的护照像片，或者采用由墨水在载体上设置的标记，例如在载体上的签字或打印的名字，来形成具有个人特征的标记。
显然，如果这种证件落入造假者之手，造假者将企图对证件提供不同的个人特征标记，例如不同的护照像片和不同的名字，等等。此时造假者为了去除或更改它们，将不得不接触到原先加在载体上的标记。
EP-A-0626 275公开了一种防伪证件，它包括一个载体，载体上设有一个已插入护照像片的开口。这导致护照像片和载体之间的削弱。为了使造假困难，采用具有滚花边的相同刀具来切出护照像片和开口，从而护照像片与开口精确地配合，任何替代护照像片的企图将立即被看出。为了把护照像片固定在载体上，采用了夹层。
但是该先前设计需要在进行标志个人特征的地方，尤其是要与护照像片统一进行标志个人特征的地方提供刀具。
F-A-2626 392公开了一种防伪证件，其中把护照像片贴在证件上。在贴像片之后，对所得的组合部位进行压花，导致组合部位可能的削弱，但不去除载体材料。
本发明的目的是提供这样的防伪证件，其中，可在标志个人特征之前采用削弱图案，这可导致在后勤工作上的重大节省。
该目的由一种防伪证件来达到，证件包括一个载体以及至少一个设置在载体上的标记，其中至少在施加标记的载体的部分表面上，或者沿着在施加标记的载体表面的边缘，依靠去除载体材料来提供一个削弱的图案，其中削弱图案只设置在载体中，在标记被取除时，会使图案产生永久的和容易看得见的畸变。
这些特性容许在标志个人特征之前在证件上设置削弱区。
如果去除已粘贴的护照像片或薄膜，造假者将不可挽回地使削弱图案产生畸变，这将永久和明显地弄乱了图案的规则性，从而易于断定上述证件已经受到了伪造。
按照一个优选实施例，削弱图案包括了设置在证件材料中的线状削弱区，它至少沿着一条线作延伸。
该削弱区被触犯时会产生撕裂，从而产生可看见的和不可恢复的畸变。
按照第二个实施例，削弱线沿着一个规则的构形延伸，从而可立即看见构形的畸变。
按照目前提供的最有效的实施例，削弱区沿着矩形或燕尾形的齿延伸。
按照另一个优选实施例，削弱区沿着螺旋线形式延伸。
按照又一个优选实施例，削弱区至少部分地沿着径向线延伸。
按照一个有吸引力的实施例，线状削弱区至少部分地由穿透的线形成。
一个优选实施例涉及了这样的证件，其中把透明薄膜粘贴在载体上，当载体与薄膜分离时，削弱图案部分地保持粘在薄膜上，并且部分地留在载体上。
尤其在荷兰护照中这种措施得到了应用。为了去除施加在这种载体上的标记，造假者首先将不得不去除薄膜。在去除标记并代之以伪造的标记，以及把薄膜放回原位之后，按照本发明的上述实施例，因为在去除薄膜时削弱图案部分地保持粘在薄膜上，将会永久性地看出图案的畸变。
按照另一个优选的实施例，在打印处采取能产生更大反差或色差的措施，可加强削弱图案的可视性。这使得图案的畸变更加明显。
按照又一个优选实施例，在削弱图案部位，打印和提供至少一种的颜色变换。这会使得削弱区的畸变更加明显。
按照又一个优选的实施例，采用激光点焊来设置削弱区。
以下参照附图来阐明本发明，其中：
图1表示了本发明的护照透视图；
图2表示了图1所示护照的一种变化形式的细节；
图3是一个供替换的本发明护照实施例的透视图；
图4是另一个实施例的透视图。
图1表示了一个带有个人特征页2的护照1。采取护照像片3和名字4形式的个人特征标记均设置在个人特征页上。采用结实的载体材料，通常为已经设置了削弱图案5的纸来制造个人特征页2。在页面上提供了护照像片3、名字4和其它可能标志的个人标记之后，在页面上贴上自粘薄膜，贴的时候采用加热来施加大的粘结力。
为了使得去除和更改个人标记复杂化，在载体上设置了两个削弱图案5。它们在整个页面宽度上平行于护照像片边作延伸，并且部分地被所粘贴的护照像片盖住。图案由成为齿形的许多穿透线形成，它们容易被肉眼看出。
因此如果造假者企图接触到个人标记，在去除薄膜时他将不可避免地会损坏削弱图案，因为该图案的一部分将粘在薄膜上，而另一部分将仍留在载体上。在该页上的所有标记均由图案5的范围来保护。环绕护照像片3产生了附加的保护。像片总是部分地粘在削弱图案上，由此在去除护照像片时图案再次被局部损坏。
由于图案的细致性和对它的损坏，已不再可能以任何精确程度把图案的各元素重放到其原始位置上，从而可永久和明显地看出畸变。
显然，这形成了对造假的高度安全保障。
在图2中更详细地表示了各个方面。在这里还表示了薄膜6。已穿透的削弱线通过载体材料的整个厚度。为了使得图案容易被看见，必须在容易看见的线宽上去除载体材料。可采用激光点焊在良好的状态下完成这个操作。为了容易看见，削弱图案5可约为10mm宽。在该图案中的线具有量级为0.7mm的易于看得见的线宽。在各线之间留出的图案部分，如齿形、燕尾形和螺旋形部分，具有为线宽相同的宽度直到为线宽数倍的宽度。这增强了图案规则的可视性。
显然，一旦图案被弄乱，就不可能把这种图案恢复到其原始的状态。
显然，在削弱图案范围上另外施加适当的颜色可在视觉上增强图案的损坏程度，由此增加了被察觉的机会。还可能选择用激光处理可显示颜色改变的墨水，由此提高了图案的可视性。
本实施例涉及了穿透线7。显然，对于在整个削弱图案上以齿形延伸的线状削弱区，其本身不一定非要由穿透线形成；对此同样可以由凹槽线形成。而且最好也采用激光点焊来设置它们。
代替上述齿形的图案，也可以采用其它的图案，例如如图3所示的燕尾形图案。
图3所示的实施例与图1和图2所示实施例的区别在于：削弱图案环绕着护照像片3作延伸。在企图去除薄膜的情形下，削弱图案由此提供了针对从所有四周侵入的保护。
因为薄膜的一部分保持与图案粘结，而其它部分保持与载体连接，如果从载体材料上分离薄膜，燕尾形和齿形的图案将显示出更多的损坏。这与各种各样图案部分的表面积，薄膜的粘结力和与载体其余部分保持连接的强度等有关。
螺旋形图案特别适于放在被粘贴护照像片的各个角点。因为它部分地与像片连接和部分地与载体连接，如果要去除像片就不得不损坏图案。当螺旋线被损坏时，可发现显示出很明显的大孔。
在图4所示的护照中，不仅在护照像片3的附近，而且在出身日期9上提供了本发明的削弱区。总之这也是一个对造假很敏感的特性。
护照像片3在底部由削弱图案10来保护。它由三对同心圆弧所形成。由此它们形成了规则有序的图案，由此可立即发现图案被弄乱。相反，在护照顶部设置了一个图案11，它由许多径向削弱线形成，它们呈半圆弧延伸，并在其远端带有切线部分。这也形成了一个规则的图案，当图案被窜改时，例如当企图去除护照像片时就立即显示出来。
这也可应用于出身日期9。可把日期同样打印在削弱图案11上。
最后应该指出，也可采用与在出身日期情形中所示的不同方式，在削弱图案上作打印。例如也可在护照像片附近打印，从而使企图作的窜改更加容易看出。
还应指出，本发明也可应用于没有透明薄膜夹层的情形。此时为了防止在正常使用时损坏图案，推荐采用透明的防护套。
显然也可应用许多其它的削弱图案。对图案风格的要求也会影响到其设计。

Claims (11)

1.一种防伪证件(1)，它包括一个载体(2)以及至少一个设置在载体(2)上的标记(3，4)，其中至少在施加标记(3，4)的载体(2)的部分表面上，或者沿着在施加标记(3，4)的载体(2)表面的边缘，依靠去除载体材料来提供一个削弱的图案(5，8)，其中削弱图案(5，8)只设置在载体(2)中，在标记被取除时，会使图案产生永久的和容易看得见的畸变。
2.按照权利要求1的证件，其特征在于：标记(3，4)是个人特征的标记，如护照像片(3)，它被粘贴到载体上。
3.按照权利要求1的证件，其特征在于：削弱图案(5，6)包括线状削弱区，削弱线(5，8)沿着规则的构形延伸，从而可立即看出构形的畸变。
4.按照权利要求3的证件，其特征在于：削弱线(5，8)沿着矩形或燕尾形齿延伸，或者削弱线(5，8)沿着螺旋线形式延伸。
5.按照权利要求3的证件，其特征在于：削弱线(5，8)至少部分地沿着径向线延伸，削弱线(5，8)也沿着与径向线连接的大致上为切向的线延伸。
6.按照权利要求3，4和5中任一个的证件，其特征在于：至少部分地由穿透线形成线状削弱区(5，8)。
7.按照权利要求3，4和5中任一个的证件，其特征在于：至少部分地由凹槽线形成线状削弱区(5，8)。
8.按照权利要求1中的证件，其特征在于：在载体(2)上设置一个以上的标记(3，4)，以及在各标记(3，4)的集合周边上均设有削弱图案(5)。
9.按照上述权利要求1中的证件，其特征在于：把透明薄膜(6)粘贴在载体(2)上，其中当载体与薄膜分离时，削弱图案保持部分地与薄膜(6)粘结，部分地与载体(2)粘结。
10.按照上述权利要求1中的证件，其特征在于：在削弱图案部位上打印，可提高图案的可视性。
11.按照上述权利要求1中的证件，其特征在于：在有墨水的削弱图案部位上打印，该墨水对激光作用可产生颜色改变的反应。
